Kamikawa Daisetsu Hanpukai Vol. 6, this is the final installment😭.
This time we use Comet from Sunagawa, and it is made with white koji!
Compared to the past, it has a refreshing taste!
From the citrusy acidity of the white koji, there is a sharpness at the end!
The low alcohol content of 14% combined with the sourness makes it perfect for hot summer days😊.
All 6 sessions were unique and very good👍.
