A return gift from my son and his wife. It has been aged for 2 years in white wine barrels, Both the aroma and taste are hard to believe it is sake. Wine? Wine or brandy? Good morning. Here is what we had last night. It has a refreshing aroma and a clean fruity taste. As the name "essayer" means "to try" in French, the theme of this wine is "new challenge and transformation of Yukichubai".

Tonight's sake is Junmai Ginjo "Bangaishin," a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, which I purchased in February, but since it was in a bottle, I opened it during GW when the sake drinkers gathered.
