Good morning.
Here is what we had last night.
It has a refreshing aroma and a clean fruity taste. As the name "essayer" means "to try" in French, the theme of this wine is "new challenge and transformation of Yukichubai".
The label with a chameleon and a branch of snow plum is also cute.

Tonight's sake is Junmai Ginjo "Bangaishin," a blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, which I purchased in February, but since it was in a bottle, I opened it during GW when the sake drinkers gathered. The aroma is gorgeous and rich...delicious.

I bought this the other day on my way back from a ski trip to Nagano, Japan. It is very dramatic when you open the bottle: the sedimentary ooze rises quickly and the whole bottle turns pink. Be careful not to spill.
