Thanks for your time. Here it is tonight. In the Heisei era, I drank Mine-no-Hakubai the most among the three Niigata plums, but this is the first time for me to drink Hishiko. It is served lukewarm with motsu-ni. Motsu-ni is one of my favorite dishes. I remember the taste of Nohaka that I used to drink when my wife's parents' house, where no one lives now, was lively. I remember it fondly. Noh hawk, Kuromatsu Honjozo Tanaka Shuzo(Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture)
