Thanks for your help. I was sent this sake by my son's wife's parents who live in Fukushima prefecture. It is a super rich sake with rich aroma and flavor, and is only available once every 4 years. Thanks for your help. I bought this the other day on my way back from a ski trip to Nagano, Japan. It is very dramatic when you open the bottle: the sedimentary ooze rises quickly and the whole bottle turns pink.
