Aroma is banana-like The strong sweetness is guttural! and almost no acidity. Weak gassy and complex taste comes and the sweetness remains at the end. Sweet and savory!

Tasake, which I drank some time ago. Gorgeous aroma, gorgeous flavor and sweetness in the first sip, lingering taste is clean without any clutter. A truly gorgeous sake, just as the label says. It's a perfect sake on its own, so it's better to drink it aperitif or after a meal than with a meal.

It has a freshness that is hard to believe it is fire-aged, but it also has a gentleness that is more gentle than raw.., It goes better with Western dishes than Japanese dishes.

Light acidity and complexity. Kills off with a minerality as it is. Sweetness is also present, but it is quite subdued. The low alcohol content of 12.5 degrees Celsius keeps the alcohol content low, but the minerality is strong, so it is very drinkable. Someone described it as an "adult's rum", and after actually drinking it, I feel that is a very apt description. By the way, it doesn't go well with yakitori (liver), which I bought as a snack,

Sweetness and umami of rice spreads in the mouth. The acidity is almost imperceptible. The bitterness leaves a lingering taste on the tongue and finishes off without being too sweet. Because of the sweetness of the first taste, it is more suitable for drinking while eating snacks rather than as a mealtime sake.

I remember that the nigori sake I drank before was delicious, so I bought this one that I happened to find at Shin-Kobe station. The aroma was lactic acidity. In the mouth, there is a sweetness of rice and a strong gaseous taste. The sweetness is swept away by the gas, and there is a sense of minerality and a slight acidity. The alcohol content is 11%, but the nigorigo (a bit of a cloudy taste) makes the wine very drinkable and yet refreshing.

Comparison of this year's Numerosis Ikeda lot and Normal lot I feel that the normal lot has more minerality and sharpness, Both of them have a strong No.6 yeast taste, and the sweetness and the lactic acidity make it easy to drink. However, I feel that I should have drunk each bottle carefully without comparing them.., I feel like I'm being extravagant...

I was told that this sake was made by Tatenogawa Sake Brewery with the hope that it would be a savior for people who are turning away from sake. I was attracted by the low 12% alcohol content because I was sick. The aroma is melon. Refreshing sweetness and gasiness. A little acidity and bitterness tighten it up nicely. Easy to drink at 12% low alcohol, but you can also feel a slight alcohol taste

My first peach heaven Gorgeous aroma, with a strong sense of sweetness. Then it finishes crisply with bitterness and moderate acidity. I thought it would be more effervescent, but the gassiness is not so strong. I wonder if it would be more gassy if it were left longer.

As a spring sake, one would expect it to have a gorgeous aroma, but it has a mild aroma. The mouthfeel is fluffy and gorgeous for a moment, but the taste is crisp and clean. The acidity is moderate and the minerality lingers in the aftertaste. There is no springiness, but it is delicious in its own way!

Junmai Ginjo NO.901 Nama Sake The brewery just restarted in 2022 The aroma is mild but fruity. Refreshing aroma spreads and clears up nicely. Fruity but not too sweet, with a lingering bitter aftertaste that calls for the next sip or meal.

At Nishikawasan in Kado-Yakujin. It has a mild nigori (nigori rice wine) taste, a refreshing sweetness, and a light lactic acidity that makes it easy to drink as much as you want. We also enjoyed Ine Mangaka, Daimine Winter Visit, and Ame no Tsuki Daigin.

First Viridian. The aroma is lactic acidic. Clear acidity with no unnecessary cloying taste. Beautiful, with a slight acidity lingering in the aftertaste. I think this is the first time I've had such a beautiful sake. I'm not sure if it's really sake or not. The acidity is present but not too much, so it tastes great on its own or with a meal.

As the temperature rises a little, you can taste the minerality, which is also good. It is a really dangerous sake that can be drunk in large gulps and run out quickly!
