I remember that the nigori sake I drank before was delicious, so I bought this one that I happened to find at Shin-Kobe station.
The aroma was lactic acidity.
In the mouth, there is a sweetness of rice and a strong gaseous taste.
The sweetness is swept away by the gas, and there is a sense of minerality and a slight acidity.
The alcohol content is 11%, but the nigorigo (a bit of a cloudy taste) makes the wine very drinkable and yet refreshing.
