Kills off with a minerality as it is.
Sweetness is also present, but it is quite subdued.
The low alcohol content of 12.5 degrees Celsius keeps the alcohol content low, but the minerality is strong, so it is very drinkable.
Someone described it as an "adult's rum", and after actually drinking it, I feel that is a very apt description.
By the way, it doesn't go well with yakitori (liver), which I bought as a snack,
