The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the lingering aftertaste is a bitter Oumachi-like flavor. Sweet but refreshing. Easy to drink. It's good. This is good. But the aroma is the best. You can smell it all the time!

I went to a liquor store and the brewer was there. This is a Buy it! I was told to buy it. He explained it to me in detail. I had no choice but to buy it. I bought this sake, which I was told was the most recent one. It is labeled "dry". The aroma is like... lactic acidity with a touch of alcohol added. I took a sip and wondered if it was spicy. It was a little sweet? After that, the spiciness of the alcohol taste spreads in the mouth. Not bad! The alcohol content is high, but I have the impression that it is not that strong. It is not my favorite, but it is not bad (for the second time). It is surprisingly easy to drink.

If you let it sit for a week, you can taste the sourness even if it's perfectly chilled. Yes, it's like Senkin. If you let it sit for two weeks... Yeah, it's ready to drink, isn't it? I think it's right to drink it right away because it's a pure sake, but for me, it was ready to drink after two weeks. I guess there are many different kinds of sake because tastes differ from person to person.

This is my first brand. Waka Ebisu? How do you read that? Waka Ebisu! I asked the liquor store owner to tell me. This was the most popular brand at this liquor store. This brand name. So I bought it. The aroma is 100 points! It has a sweet aroma that I like. When you sip it... it's sweet... but not too sweet. Not too sweet. It snaps right away. It has a grippy feel to it, and it's sharp. It's not my favorite, but it's easy to drink. It seems to be good as a food sake. I would like to try other brands.

Rum. It's a collaboration. I thought it was just this one, but they came out one after another. Collaboration? The price is expensive. The sake rice is 100% Kitakata-produced Yume-no-Kou. The aroma has a sharp alcohol taste. Nuh! Is this a bad one? Gulp! Huh? Oh, maaaay! It's so sweet. It's low-alcohol (13%), so you can drink it smoothly. It might be okay as a collaboration product. It seems to be okay even for those who bought it for the sake of Rum-chan. It was a little too sweet, but it was easy to drink.

Nagi-Spring Misty 100% Omachi This seems to be the only one of the orikara varieties of Kangiku. I didn't know that. So I bought it without a second thought. It has a sweet aroma. But it is modest. It is gentle on the palate, but the gas comes soon. Not that strong, but strong enough for me. I prefer it on the second day. I prefer the second day. If you don't entwine oli, it's refreshing. When you mix it with oli, it becomes full-bodied. The second day when it is mixed with the oli is the best time for me to drink it. The aftertaste is not so long and not too strong. It is just right. It is a good one that I like.

This is my first time. The label on the back says "extra" and "legit". Is it legitimate even though it is "extra"? I am not sure. The label smells like a kitchen (rude!). I'm not sure if it's a "legitimate" label or not. And the other brands are labeled only with a mark. It's cool, but I still feel the kitchen (sorry for repeating this). The aroma is neither too strong nor too weak. The aroma is not too sweet. But it has a nice mouthfeel! And the moderate sweetness spreads in the mouth. With a slight gassy feeling. And a not too long aftertaste. Oh my! It's good! Sorry for calling it "kitchen"! I'd like to try other brands of this one. The challenge succeeded!

Since it was so late, I opened it for the first time. So we decided on this one! The bottle cost me a lot of money! LOL! Well, here we go! Now it's time to open the bottle! The aroma comes out. Is it sweet for a moment? But the aroma is a bit alcoholic. When you take a sip, it is soft and mild. The sweetness spreads, but soon changes to a spiciness derived from the alcohol. The sharpness is good. It is not my favorite, but I think it is good as a food sake. I hope it will be another delicious sake this year. I've been drinking since the end of the year, so I need to take a day off from drinking! But I'm still drinking today.

This is the last drink of 2022. And the first camp sake in a long time. The place is Kujukuri (I didn't ask). It's Sairai's premium sake! It's golden! I think the direction of the slant is different from usual. It's such a premium sake. The expectations are so high. Let's open the bottle. The aroma is surprisingly subdued. The mouthfeel is gentle and not too sweet. The lingering aftertaste is smooth and fades away quickly. ... ...... ......... Hmmm... I don't know, it's not enough. Is it because my expectations were too high? It's different from the usual Sairai. No, that's because it's premium! It's just that... It's just that! This is my personal opinion. I can't say...that I like it. Yes it is! Maybe it was too cold because it was winter camp! Yes, I'm sure it was. I put it down for a bit, but it was unfiltered raw sake, so that didn't make sense either. It is just a matter of taste.

I was patient and laid it down for a year (2021). Then I managed to get this year's bottle (2022). There was only one bottle left, but I wanted to compare them, so I bought it without hesitation (well, I hesitated a little). The aroma was oh...nice. If anything, 2021 is stronger (others said 2022 was stronger. I have a stupid nose too?) I think 2021 is stronger than 2022. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with good mouthfeel. The 2022 has a gassy feeling, while the other has a very slight gassy feeling. I see that the gassiness is reduced to this level in one year. Other than that, it is almost the same. It is amazing. Isn't it an amazing technology to be able to make the same flavor? Then, I noticed something. This is origami. But this impression was superlative! Let's write something involving additional ori.

I forgot to drink. Lately, I have been suffering from a kind of disease that makes me want to buy sake so much that I end up buying it in droves and then forgetting to drink it. Now, Omachi. Nama Sake. I'm not a fan of some of Omine's nama-shu, but I'm not sure about this one. The aroma is a bit lactic. And then... Sweet! And once more, sweet! A sweetness that comes in two stages. Sweet on the palate and once more in the aftertaste. And because it is low-alcohol, it is very easy to drink. It's sweet, but that's not a bad thing. Omine's raw sake had a cemedine-like taste, but I don't detect a trace of it in this one. Because I forgot to drink it and let it sit as a result? Result all right!

The sake is supposed to be fire-brewed, so I don't think the flavor changes immediately after the first day, but it doesn't impress me as much as it did on the first day. Have you gotten used to it? It has been a long time since N o. 6. Old bottle. Tragedy has befallen me, as I like to keep sake in a cool place. I use a Remacom stocker to store sake, and this model has a switch called "quick freeze". This is a switch that does not need to be turned on to preserve sake. But...but... For some reason, this switch was turned on.... And probably for more than a day. That's right. Liquid increases in volume when it freezes. Result. Two bottles caps flew off, blew out and froze, and the other bottle, covered with resin, cracked because the caps did not fly off....tears! All three bottles were N o.6!!!! The two bottles whose caps flew off are this time's sake. The two bottles with caps that blew off are the ones that we had this time. But it was a waste, so I decided to thaw them and drink them. And so, these two bottles. X and S. I think I got a little bit old. But X is so rich! The flavor spreads in your mouth! S is a bit watery compared to X. No, this may simply be due to the above tragedy. Everyone, if you buy sake, drink it before the tragedy happens...tears!

When the bottle is opened, the usual aroma comes out. The soft sweetness spreads into the nostrils. The moderate sweetness spreads in the mouth with good mouthfeel and disappears. There is also a weak sense of gas. As the temperature rises, the lingering aftertaste has a spiciness derived from the alcohol, but it is a very easy-drinking sake. It is a typical Kangiku sake. As always, it is an excellent sake.
