I forgot to drink. Lately, I have been suffering from a kind of disease that makes me want to buy sake so much that I end up buying it in droves and then forgetting to drink it. Now, Omachi. Nama Sake. I'm not a fan of some of Omine's nama-shu, but I'm not sure about this one. The aroma is a bit lactic. And then... Sweet! And once more, sweet! A sweetness that comes in two stages. Sweet on the palate and once more in the aftertaste. And because it is low-alcohol, it is very easy to drink. It's sweet, but that's not a bad thing. Omine's raw sake had a cemedine-like taste, but I don't detect a trace of it in this one. Because I forgot to drink it and let it sit as a result? Result all right!

This year, the new sake has a chic label. It is a stylish label. Not only this, but the sake is stylish! Now, open the bottle. Ah, yes, this is a good one. This is the one I like. Not too strong, not too weak Gorgeous sweet aroma. It doesn't betray you! And when you take a sip This is a hit! The sweetness spreads in the mouth and soaks in. Ah, it's good. This is a sake you should drink (according to our company's comparison). But After the second day, the feeling is a little different. The sake is supposed to be fire-brewed, so I don't think the flavor changes immediately after the first day, but it doesn't impress me as much as it did on the first day. Have you gotten used to it? I feel a slight astringency in the aftertaste. This is not so bad, though. Maybe the impact of the first day was too strong. But yeah, it's a good one. I will probably buy it again next year.

Not a snow woman This year the coming of winter is that it is the first time in the year. Why? Has the pattern been out of the picture? Well Since it is an origami, let's enjoy it after mixing it with the supernatant. OH! The cork has jumped. I can't open the bottle with my bare hands due to a recent finger injury, so I use a flat-blade screwdriver to open the bottle. Then, the stopper flew off. It hit the ceiling. First, the top clear liquid. It smells a little bit cold. Gas is so strong! When the gas recedes, the sweetness on the palate The aftertaste is spicy from the alcohol. The aroma is mellowed by the addition of the cask liquor! A little milky! Gas is strong as well. The gas is strong as well, but the oli makes it rich and tasty! Yes, it is right to drink it in that state, since it is a product made with oriki. It's a good one, after all.

I was going to get it as a memorial of some kind, but since I suspect that this baby was also somewhat involved in the recent incident, I opened the bottle. The aroma is weak. Drinking it cold... Yeah, water? (Sorry for my poor tongue.) The label said to serve it cold, but I felt it would be richer at room temperature. Maybe I let it sit too long. It is refreshing and light. If you ask me if I like it, I don't think so. I thought it was more suited for a food sake.

It has been a long time since I have had a Sairai. It is a brand that is not easily available in my area, so I have few chances to buy it. I have not had a chance to buy it. It is very hard to find it because it is not easily converted to other brands. The aroma is cold and tingling. But Ah, yummy! I like it. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with good mouthfeel. The sweetness is not too strong. It is easy to drink. The second day, it seems to be a bit thicker. My preference is for the first day. But it's more like the first day, so it doesn't mean that the second day is bad. It's a good one.

It has been a long time since N o. 6. Old bottle. Tragedy has befallen me, as I like to keep sake in a cool place. I use a Remacom stocker to store sake, and this model has a switch called "quick freeze". This is a switch that does not need to be turned on to preserve sake. But...but... For some reason, this switch was turned on.... And probably for more than a day. That's right. Liquid increases in volume when it freezes. Result. Two bottles caps flew off, blew out and froze, and the other bottle, covered with resin, cracked because the caps did not fly off....tears! All three bottles were N o.6!!!! The two bottles whose caps flew off are this time's sake. The two bottles with caps that blew off are the ones that we had this time. But it was a waste, so I decided to thaw them and drink them. And so, these two bottles. X and S. I think I got a little bit old. But X is so rich! The flavor spreads in your mouth! S is a bit watery compared to X. No, this may simply be due to the above tragedy. Everyone, if you buy sake, drink it before the tragedy happens...tears!

Don't look at me, lol. What a cool black label. I feel a little bit kitchen lol. It's been a while since I've had this Eikoufuji. It has a sweet aroma like Eikoufuji. But it's not too strong. The sweetness spreads in the mouth... What's that? It gets sharp right away. Is it rather spicy? I had an image of Eiko Fuji being sweet. But is it still black? I feel a little betrayed. But it is easy to drink. It's not bad. It's not my favorite, but it's not bad. Yeah, it's not bad.

It's been a long time since I've had a camp drink. And It's been a long time since I've had Shinmasa. I really can't buy it for the past few years. I can still buy Colors, but...hmmm? Have you ever seen such a thing? Brown? Earth? I've never seen anything like it, so I bought it without thinking. The fragrance is subdued, as usual. It has a very gaseous taste. Lactic and sour taste. Clean aftertaste. Yes, it is yeast No. 6. It's low in alcohol, so it goes down easy. Ah, I'm empty now.

One of the series that I always buy when I find it I buy it when I find it. It is a chrysanthemum. I had never seen the orange label. So I bought it. When the bottle is opened, the usual aroma comes out. The soft sweetness spreads into the nostrils. The moderate sweetness spreads in the mouth with good mouthfeel and disappears. There is also a weak sense of gas. As the temperature rises, the lingering aftertaste has a spiciness derived from the alcohol, but it is a very easy-drinking sake. It is a typical Kangiku sake. As always, it is an excellent sake.

It's been a while somehow. Busy and not much room in my heart lol. Actually, I never drank this before. I used to be able to buy it for real, but recently I haven't been able to buy it at all. So at least this one! Light aroma. It has a smooth, silky sweetness. And it wears off quickly. It's like a light version of the real thing. Or maybe a super light version. However, this is my impression when it is cold. When the temperature rises You will be able to feel more rice and alcohol. If you like it this way, we recommend you to drink it cold.

It has been a long time. Daimine. I've been daring to avoid him lately, even if I saw him. I drank most of them, lol. But when a special label comes out I end up buying it. The label has a snow woman taste. The aroma is subdued. The aroma is modest, with a little bit of alcohol. When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads in your mouth. The aftertaste is also sweet and disappears quickly. Ah, yes! I haven't had it in a while, but it's a good one. It's expensive, but it's a good one. I think ohmine is good after all.

This is the same brewery as the Penguin label I drank the other day. I was going to buy this one last time, but was put off by the penguin. But this is also a stylish bottle. When chilled, the aroma is subdued. The aroma is subdued, with a hint of rice. When you sip it, you can feel a little gas. It is weak. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it quickly fades away. but it soon fades away. As the temperature rises, the aroma has a stronger rice flavor, and the aftertaste is sour. Even when the temperature rises, the impression is of crispness, so we recommend this sake for a mealtime drink. It is recommended as a food sake (our comparison). It is not my favorite type of sake, but it is not bad either. It is a type of sake that can be easily enjoyed.

It seems to be a challenging sake in many ways. It is unprecedented in its concentration and sharpness! It is said to be the most concentrated and sharpest sake ever made. Once at a liquor store, the brewer of this brewery came to the store and said, "I'm going to release the next great one! This is it. I happened to be able to get a bottle, so I opened it right away! Nuh-uh! It has a strong rice flavor! Aroma! When you swallow it, it has a thick, thick mouthfeel with a high concentration. It is indeed thick! This is high concentration! Thick and sweet! From the first sip! The nose is filled with the aroma of rice, and the taste is smooth and clean. Hmmm... It is just as advertised. I want to learn more about high concentration. If you ask me if I like it I'm not sure. I think it's quite interesting. Try it once ('▽'*)

I've been daring to drink brands I've never had before, so! It's about time I drank something I like! So, here it is. I took it camping last week, but I drank too much beer and didn't get there lol. The universe was like 10 per cent. It's more heinous than a Strong's can. That's all right, let's open the bottle. Oh, it smells good. It has a sweet aroma. The sweetness spreads in your mouth. This is it, this is it. The sweetness dominates the palate throughout the aftertaste. It's very nice. However, I don't feel the Omachi-like taste. I somehow thought that Omachi has a bitter taste (or is it just me?). I was surprised to find that it was so bitter. My only regret is... I wanted to compare it with the red one! By the way, I was able to buy this at the sake corner of Bic Camera. What a surprise! I thought the price was the regular price too. It's a good thing that local sake is becoming easier to buy.

It's a jackass. This penguin is going for it lol. This is my first sake from this brewery. I was attracted to the stylish bottle, but the penguin won me over. Opening the bottle...no...the stopper is too hard! No, it's too hard! The aroma is weak. When you take a sip, a not so strong sweetness spreads, but it is soon replaced by a pungent alcohol-derived taste. It is a slightly sweet but refreshing sake. Ah! Maybe because it is a summer sake! At any rate, it is an easy-drinking sake.

It was a gift. I was told I could choose whatever I wanted, so I got this one. The scent is neither strong nor weak. The aroma is cool. When you take a sip... it is not sweet. It has a weak bitterness, or perhaps a refreshing taste. The lingering taste is of alcohol in the mouth. The tingling sensation on the tongue is probably due to the alcohol. Overall, it is a refreshing sake that does not interfere with food. The higher the temperature, the more rice-like it becomes. In my opinion, I prefer to drink it cooled down to a crisp.

I am compelled to purchase it. I would like to support you in any way I can. To be honest, I haven't been drinking lately. But when I know what I like, I choose a sake that I haven't seen yet (excuse). I think they wanted to let it sit a little longer before releasing it. The aroma is strong, and the mouthfeel is gentle, but it seems too refreshing. But I feel it is too refreshing. But! (There are too many "buts.") Regardless of that, I wish you good luck!

Finally my first time in Osaka. Osaka filled up. lol. I wanted to drink it. But.... Ugh! Rice! Even after drinking it, it's still rice! When the temperature rises, the acidity is so strong! Or rather, sour! Is it old? I'm sorry, I don't like it. I'm sorry, it's not my favorite. I think it is a strike for those who like rice flavor.

Stylish design! Hmm! Pricey! Hmm? It's not sake! I heard that it is classified as "other brewed sake" because it cannot be qualified as a sake brewer. And since they mixed the unrefined sake with syrup made from tequila, they say it's not sake. It's not easy to make sake, is it? Even if you want to make sake, if you can't get a certification... I hear that the number of breweries is decreasing. So, this sake. The aroma... no! Cemedine-like! I guess this is not my favorite sake. But when you swallow it, there is no cemedine, but a weak gasiness and acidity. And it finishes crisp and clean. The liquor store owner said it was like Shinsei, and it certainly has that feeling. The representative of the company used to work at Shinsei. It is a little expensive (well, a lot), and I am not sure if I would buy it again.

I have been drinking it at the store, but this may be the first time I have purchased it. It is not always easy to buy and drink a sake that I know I like to a certain extent. The aroma is sweet, yes, like this. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with a good mouthfeel and disappears without leaving a long aftertaste. Yes, I like it. ...Actually, I drank it about two weeks ago, so that's all I can remember lol.
