I thought I saw a POP sign at a liquor store that read, "A brewery made by five people. When I hear that it is a brewery with a small number of brewers, I tend to buy it. The label is also stylish. The label said, "Be careful not to open the bottle," but it was fine because I chilled it to a crisp. The first glass I drank without letting it get mixed up, even though it had some oriole in it. I didn't consciously do so, I just didn't notice it. So, I decided to make a proper oriole, Aroma with lactic acidity. It is not strong. As if to warn that the bottle is about to be opened, there is a gaseous feeling. Then, acidity and milky richness spread. It is a refreshing type. It is not my favorite, but it is good. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. I drank it in small sips for about a month after opening the bottle, but the gassy feeling remained until the end. It's great. For me, I prefer the weakened gassy feeling after a month. I can taste the flavor. I would like to try other breweries.

I am a little late, but I purchased Nichinichi. Will it change from its predecessor warehouse! Or will it stay the same? I wanted to see. Then, I opened the bottle. There was a warning about opening the bottle, but it did not fly open. The aroma is weak and cold. The mouthfeel is gassy! It is clear and finishes with bitterness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. And then... Two weeks later... The gasiness is still there, and there seems to be no change in taste. And the difference from its predecessor... I can't really taste any difference. It may be good as a food sake because it has no peculiarities, but I am the type of person who wants to enjoy sake by itself, so this was not my favorite.

We could drink again this year. The coming of summer. Low alcohol. 100% Yamada-Nishiki. The aroma is very subdued. Yes, you have to have a good nose to detect it. Take a sip, A soft acidity spreads in the mouth. But it also has a full-bodied flavor. It's a refreshing and easy to drink. Because it's summer! (Probably). The acidity is more intense with time (two weeks). It is a sake for beginners.

I dare not buy white, only red. I used to dislike ogara-mi, but I have come to love it. It is 100% Omachi. The aroma is a little bit nose-piercing, but it is generally sweet. It is unfiltered and has a lot of gas. It tingles on the tongue. It is not too sweet, and the lingering bitterness is just right and refreshing for a Kangiku. I forgot that it is a "orihara" sake, so the first sip was the top clear liquid. Naturally, it is clearer without the ori, but it is richer when it is mixed with ori. It is right to drink it in the "ogaraumi" state. You can drink it with peace of mind.

I think I had drunk it before at an izakaya that sold local sake from Ehime, but I don't remember. The label was so beautiful that I bought the label instead of buying the bottle by the bottle jacket. I don't often win a jacket purchase, But this one is a winner, It's a winner. In my opinion. This is good. Sweet aroma. Good mouthfeel. Good spread in the mouth. Good aftertaste. It is sweet. There was a label on the bottle that said it was a food sake, but it is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own. It's nice. I want to try other sakes as well. By the way, the first day was my favorite. It is not labeled as "Nama-shu," though. Now I'm drinking the last one after about two weeks, and it still doesn't have the same impact as the first day.

I found myself sleeping for a year. Here it is. This is a sake rice called Jinriki. I have never heard of it. The aroma is modest. It has a cold aroma that gives off a bit of a twang. It goes in smoothly, with a slight acidity, sweetness, and a feeling of aftertaste. The spiciness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is also pungent, but not to the point of braking. It is an excellent food sake. The acidity is restrained for a Koei Kiku sake. This may be due to the characteristics of the sake rice.

It's Golden Week. I want to drink something that strikes my fancy! That's why I chose this sake. It's been a long time since I've had this sake. It is Miyamanishiki. It is Miyamanishiki, but It has an aroma right after the bottle is opened. Ah, ah, it doesn't betray you. The aroma is a little lactic acid. No, it is a perfect lactic acidity. The sweetness that spreads softly in the mouth is just as expected. The lingering aftertaste is a refreshing bitterness. Can we say that it is a typical Miyamanishiki sake? It is not too sweet for a hanayoshoku. But it is good. It is still good. I can't believe I've already drunk this much! It is a sake that says, "I've already drunk this much!

I went to an izakaya that has sake from all 47 prefectures. Then, I knew I had to have a sake from a prefecture I haven't had before! Yes, Miyazaki Prefecture. We were served a sake from Miyazaki Prefecture, which is not easy to find. It has a modest aroma and a slight rice flavor. A slight sense of rice. When I sipped it, I could feel the same rice flavor in a refreshing way. I was already moderately drunk, so I don't remember much. I was already moderately drunk, so I don't remember much, but the above impression is all I have left. I don't know if I like it or not.

Gunma's Kitchen Sake (sorry, I'm saying it as I please), This is "Hijirizumu" (I'm sorry, I just say it as I like it). This sake has a name I don't understand, like hijirizumu. It is very cloudy. And beware of fizzing. It did not betray my expectations, When we opened the bottle, it blew out. It was the right decision to open it in the sink. But it was a waste because it overflowed! Wow! Great gas! It's so shwashy. It's full of lactic acidity. Yogurt? Is this a Christmas version of No. 6? That's my impression. Too much gas on the first day. On the second day, it calmed down a little (but still strong). I could taste it. And if you look closely, you can see the following The alcohol content is 5°. (°д°)! That's a bit too low for my taste. This is the first drink of the party.

Sarah with a slightly different atmosphere. I wouldn't notice if it weren't for the diagonal cut decoration. No, I wouldn't recognize it even if it was there. A little bit expensive Sarah. I was worried because I didn't like the expensive Sarah at the end of the year, but I was afraid I would regret if I didn't drink it, so I decided to buy it! LOL! The aroma is weak. It is like trying hard to sniff out the twang and milky feeling in a weak one. Gentle on the palate. Slightly gassy. Next comes the lactic acidity, Then the lactic acidity comes next, and then the sharpness. There are too many "sensations. Can't you describe it better (I don't have enough vocabulary)? Overall, it is refreshing. It is also full-bodied. It's my favorite brand, so I'd rate it harshly. One more step. Sorry, it's just my taste. It is a good one that can be drunk easily.

I want to drink a definite drink today. That's why I chose this one. The word "Itaru" is a little sparkling. It looks like it is a draft sake. Oh! The aroma is perfect right after opening the bottle. Oh, thank goodness! The aroma is a little bit nasally. And the mouthfeel is soft. The mouthfeel is soft. Sweetness spreads In the mouth. Then the pungency of 17 degrees alcohol spreads in the mouth. Tingling. It's a nice design that doesn't stop at sweet. Well, I knew. I knew it was my kind of sake. But I'm so thankful that it doesn't betray that. It's nice.

They said it was a new brewery handled by a liquor store. The owner's silent pressure got the better of me and I bought it. The label is stylish. The sake rice is 100% Ginotome. I had never heard of this sake rice. There are so many different sake rice varieties these days that I can't remember them all lol. The aroma is weak, with a trace of sweetness. Good mouthfeel, Some sweetness. Then bitterness spreads in the mouth and it finishes. It is light. It is not my favorite, but it is easy to drink, But it is easy to drink.

The name is very straightforward. The aroma is like alcohol. The mouthfeel is sweet, but not too strong. Then, it has a pungent alcohol taste. I thought it was easy to drink, and when I drank it, I fell asleep. I fell asleep. The alcohol content was 20 percent! The alcohol content does not lie.

The aroma is a little ricey and milky. A little ricey and milky. The aroma is not my favorite. Then, when you swallow it A gentle sweetness spreads, and and brakes on the tongue. When I find them, I buy them before I think about it. It has become such a brand name. Kangiku. Yamadanishiki and Omachi. Well, what do you think? Open the bottle! Nuh! Nuh-uh! What is it? This aroma! Citrusy! Is this the aroma of sake? It smells gassy, like unfiltered raw sake. But it is moderate. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the lingering aftertaste is a bitter Oumachi-like flavor. Sweet but refreshing. Easy to drink. It's good. This is good. But the aroma is the best. You can smell it all the time!

It smells so good from the moment I open it! Oh, I can only hope! But the aroma is not so strong from the glass. I wonder if my nose has already been attacked. But it is a sweet aroma. And it has a good gasiness. It has a sweet mouthfeel. The aftertaste is also sweet. This is a perfect match. It's very nice.

I went to a liquor store and the brewer was there. This is a Buy it! I was told to buy it. He explained it to me in detail. I had no choice but to buy it. I bought this sake, which I was told was the most recent one. It is labeled "dry". The aroma is like... lactic acidity with a touch of alcohol added. I took a sip and wondered if it was spicy. It was a little sweet? After that, the spiciness of the alcohol taste spreads in the mouth. Not bad! The alcohol content is high, but I have the impression that it is not that strong. It is not my favorite, but it is not bad (for the second time). It is surprisingly easy to drink.

I think this might be the first time I've ever had a Risshun Shibori. I wasn't really interested in it. And I don't know why they squeeze it in Risshun. Sorry, it's an ancient custom. Senkinka - it must have a sour taste. I thought, and opened the bottle. Hmmm? What is this? ......... Water! Are you drunk? Me. It's watery when it's perfectly chilled. If you let it sit for a week, you can taste the sourness even if it's perfectly chilled. Yes, it's like Senkin. If you let it sit for two weeks... Yeah, it's ready to drink, isn't it? I think it's right to drink it right away because it's a pure sake, but for me, it was ready to drink after two weeks. I guess there are many different kinds of sake because tastes differ from person to person.

The aroma is 100 points! It has a sweet aroma that I like. When you sip it... it's sweet... but not too sweet. Not too sweet. It snaps right away. It has a grippy feel to it, and it's sharp. It's not my favorite, but it's easy to drink. It seems to be good as a food sake. I would like to try other brands.

Rum. It's a collaboration. I thought it was just this one, but they came out one after another. Collaboration? The price is expensive. The sake rice is 100% Kitakata-produced Yume-no-Kou. The aroma has a sharp alcohol taste. Nuh! Is this a bad one? Gulp! Huh? Oh, maaaay! It's so sweet. It's low-alcohol (13%), so you can drink it smoothly. It might be okay as a collaboration product. It seems to be okay even for those who bought it for the sake of Rum-chan. It was a little too sweet, but it was easy to drink.
