It's been a while somehow. Busy and not much room in my heart lol. Actually, I never drank this before. I used to be able to buy it for real, but recently I haven't been able to buy it at all. So at least this one! Light aroma. It has a smooth, silky sweetness. And it wears off quickly. It's like a light version of the real thing. Or maybe a super light version. However, this is my impression when it is cold. When the temperature rises You will be able to feel more rice and alcohol. If you like it this way, we recommend you to drink it cold.

It has been a long time. Daimine. I've been daring to avoid him lately, even if I saw him. I drank most of them, lol. But when a special label comes out I end up buying it. The label has a snow woman taste. The aroma is subdued. The aroma is modest, with a little bit of alcohol. When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads in your mouth. The aftertaste is also sweet and disappears quickly. Ah, yes! I haven't had it in a while, but it's a good one. It's expensive, but it's a good one. I think ohmine is good after all.

This is the same brewery as the Penguin label I drank the other day. I was going to buy this one last time, but was put off by the penguin. But this is also a stylish bottle. When chilled, the aroma is subdued. The aroma is subdued, with a hint of rice. When you sip it, you can feel a little gas. It is weak. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it quickly fades away. but it soon fades away. As the temperature rises, the aroma has a stronger rice flavor, and the aftertaste is sour. Even when the temperature rises, the impression is of crispness, so we recommend this sake for a mealtime drink. It is recommended as a food sake (our comparison). It is not my favorite type of sake, but it is not bad either. It is a type of sake that can be easily enjoyed.

It seems to be a challenging sake in many ways. It is unprecedented in its concentration and sharpness! It is said to be the most concentrated and sharpest sake ever made. Once at a liquor store, the brewer of this brewery came to the store and said, "I'm going to release the next great one! This is it. I happened to be able to get a bottle, so I opened it right away! Nuh-uh! It has a strong rice flavor! Aroma! When you swallow it, it has a thick, thick mouthfeel with a high concentration. It is indeed thick! This is high concentration! Thick and sweet! From the first sip! The nose is filled with the aroma of rice, and the taste is smooth and clean. Hmmm... It is just as advertised. I want to learn more about high concentration. If you ask me if I like it I'm not sure. I think it's quite interesting. Try it once ('▽'*)

I've been daring to drink brands I've never had before, so! It's about time I drank something I like! So, here it is. I took it camping last week, but I drank too much beer and didn't get there lol. The universe was like 10 per cent. It's more heinous than a Strong's can. That's all right, let's open the bottle. Oh, it smells good. It has a sweet aroma. The sweetness spreads in your mouth. This is it, this is it. The sweetness dominates the palate throughout the aftertaste. It's very nice. However, I don't feel the Omachi-like taste. I somehow thought that Omachi has a bitter taste (or is it just me?). I was surprised to find that it was so bitter. My only regret is... I wanted to compare it with the red one! By the way, I was able to buy this at the sake corner of Bic Camera. What a surprise! I thought the price was the regular price too. It's a good thing that local sake is becoming easier to buy.

It's a jackass. This penguin is going for it lol. This is my first sake from this brewery. I was attracted to the stylish bottle, but the penguin won me over. Opening the bottle...no...the stopper is too hard! No, it's too hard! The aroma is weak. When you take a sip, a not so strong sweetness spreads, but it is soon replaced by a pungent alcohol-derived taste. It is a slightly sweet but refreshing sake. Ah! Maybe because it is a summer sake! At any rate, it is an easy-drinking sake.

It was a gift. I was told I could choose whatever I wanted, so I got this one. The scent is neither strong nor weak. The aroma is cool. When you take a sip... it is not sweet. It has a weak bitterness, or perhaps a refreshing taste. The lingering taste is of alcohol in the mouth. The tingling sensation on the tongue is probably due to the alcohol. Overall, it is a refreshing sake that does not interfere with food. The higher the temperature, the more rice-like it becomes. In my opinion, I prefer to drink it cooled down to a crisp.

I am compelled to purchase it. I would like to support you in any way I can. To be honest, I haven't been drinking lately. But when I know what I like, I choose a sake that I haven't seen yet (excuse). I think they wanted to let it sit a little longer before releasing it. The aroma is strong, and the mouthfeel is gentle, but it seems too refreshing. But I feel it is too refreshing. But! (There are too many "buts.") Regardless of that, I wish you good luck!

Finally my first time in Osaka. Osaka filled up. lol. I wanted to drink it. But.... Ugh! Rice! Even after drinking it, it's still rice! When the temperature rises, the acidity is so strong! Or rather, sour! Is it old? I'm sorry, I don't like it. I'm sorry, it's not my favorite. I think it is a strike for those who like rice flavor.

Stylish design! Hmm! Pricey! Hmm? It's not sake! I heard that it is classified as "other brewed sake" because it cannot be qualified as a sake brewer. And since they mixed the unrefined sake with syrup made from tequila, they say it's not sake. It's not easy to make sake, is it? Even if you want to make sake, if you can't get a certification... I hear that the number of breweries is decreasing. So, this sake. The aroma... no! Cemedine-like! I guess this is not my favorite sake. But when you swallow it, there is no cemedine, but a weak gasiness and acidity. And it finishes crisp and clean. The liquor store owner said it was like Shinsei, and it certainly has that feeling. The representative of the company used to work at Shinsei. It is a little expensive (well, a lot), and I am not sure if I would buy it again.

I have been drinking it at the store, but this may be the first time I have purchased it. It is not always easy to buy and drink a sake that I know I like to a certain extent. The aroma is sweet, yes, like this. The sweetness spreads in the mouth with a good mouthfeel and disappears without leaving a long aftertaste. Yes, I like it. ...Actually, I drank it about two weeks ago, so that's all I can remember lol.

First time here. I heard it was featured on Dan Chu and it's selling like hotcakes! said the liquor store. Well, I'm a meek person, so let's have the last bottle. I opened the bottle right away, but somehow I didn't have the energy to post it, so it's been a couple of weeks since I opened it. The aroma tickles my nostrils. It is not unpleasant. It's a bit rich and delicious, and it cuts through. I guess that's not the right word to describe it. It seems to disappear. It is not bad. But if you ask me if it is my favorite, it is not. But it's not bad. I would like to try another bottle.

I went there for this purpose because the liquor store I often go to had started carrying it. But! What? It's gone! The current customer has finished the 4-gou bottle... What? What? You all know well. Delicious sake. Ah! But there's a bottle! Yes, we changed our cellar to one that doesn't care about looks, so we can now fit a bottle. Lemacom is the best. So, I opened the bottle right away. Sweet aroma. Yes, this is it. When you take a sip, you can feel a little gas (which is good), and then the sweetness spreads. The sweetness spreads from the first sip, and and then the sweetness spreads out and soaks in. This is good. Great balance. I'm glad I bought a bottle! It's a perfect strike.

I may have never purchased and drank Yuki no Bijin. The design was so beautiful that I just couldn't resist. And be careful not to blow it out. I heard that even if there is a warning, there are complaints if you blow out the bottle. Sake breweries have a tough time. And then It has been a long time since I blew it out. It's nice, though it's a waste of time. The only thing is that it just blows out and is very gassy. Hmmm... I can't really taste the W. On the second day, it calmed down somewhat, but the gas is still there. It is not so sweet, and the aftertaste is rather spicy. It's like champagne. But I don't like too much gas.

I have forgotten how to be adventurous lately. So I want something I've never had before! The liquor store recommended this one. Kochi's Kaygetsu. This is my first time. It is CEL24 yeast, so I feel somewhat relieved. This is the first shot after the cellar broke down. This is the first shot of Lemacom. Ah, it's cold~! Minus 5 degrees indeed! As long as you don't mind the look of it, it's cheap, it cools down, and I'd choose Lemacom! I've been thinking about it lately lol. Oops, let's get to the important stuff. The aroma starts right after opening the bottle. That's CEL24! That's what I'm talking about! Nice! Nice! The first sip is soft and sweet on the palate, not too sweet compared to Kameizumi. Yes, it is! From the second sip, there is a slight lingering bitterness, but not enough to be bothersome. By the way, there is no sense of gas. My first adventure in a long time has been a success so far.

It has been a long time since I have seen Koei Chrysanthemum. This time I drank it right away without putting it to sleep. Anastasia green. I don't know but it is an elegant name. On a personal note. The cellar is broken. I was worried because after the earthquake the other day, something started making a lot of noise, but when I put the thermometer in the cellar! Even though it's set to 0 degrees! What a surprise! Shhh! 10 degrees! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! Wait a minute! I'm in trouble! I'm in trouble! Immediately evacuated to the fridge and bought a cheap one from Amazon. Lemacom arrived today. To my surprise, it says not to turn on the power for 6 hours after installation. Please be careful everyone. I am sure it will become clear how the storage at 10 degrees Celsius for a few days will affect us, but we have to take into account the risk of power outage in the future. The situation has cast a shadow over the sake life, and we will have to be even more careful in preserving sake than before (tears). The aroma was subdued, as usual, when the bottle was opened. To be honest, at first I wondered if it was water. But when I focused my nerves, hmmm! It was full-bodied, yet refreshing, and I finished it in one gulp because of the low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius. Ha-ha-ha.

I happened to be able to buy two at the same time. Since I'm here... I would like to compare them. Aizan and Omachi + Yamadanishiki. The labels are as beautiful as ever. I could do a review of each of the two bottles, but it would be too much trouble, so I'll do them together. The Aizan has an aroma right after the bottle is opened. It has a nice sweet aroma. Omachi has a slightly subdued sweet aroma. The Aizan has the better aroma. First, Aizan. The sweetness spreads with a soft mouthfeel and lingers with bitterness. There is also a weak gaseous taste. From the second cup, the lingering bitterness is strongly felt. This is a common occurrence. The bitterness is felt strongly from the second glass. I feel like I don't feel the bitterness when I get drunk, but what is it? Then there is Omachi + Yamadanishiki. More gaseous than Aizan. But in general, it is normal. Unlike Aizan, this one has a lingering sweetness. I prefer the taste of this one! Both are good, but I dare say this one is better. I have been writing that it is Omachi + Yamada-Nishiki, but the label says Yamada-Nishiki + Omachi. It was the other way around. But it was the other way around! On the second day, it's the other way around! (Reverse, reverse, it's noisy, isn't it?) On the second day, Yamadanishiki+Omachi was more bitter and Aizan was sweeter. Why!

This is a sake from Chiba. It has become one of the drinks I buy when I see it. At the time, there were still 39 bottles available, but I decided to go with this one. The aroma was not the usual Kankiku, but a modest sweetness with a hint of alcohol. The first sip was refreshing and clean. The first sip was clean and refreshing, with a touch of gas. The first sip was clean and crisp, with a touch of gas, but from the second sip, I felt a strong sense of rice. I wonder if the rice flavor becomes stronger as the temperature rises. And then Second day The gassy feeling has calmed down. It's not bad, but I don't like it. It's not bad, but it's not a strike against me. But this is simply a matter of taste.

The first one in a long time. Safe and secure(?). It is safe and secure. My impression is that it has a cool design. I mean, the design of the work is good, isn't it? Opening the bottle...oh, it feels like it's gassy. Then, the aroma. It's quite strong. It's a little strong. The aroma is a little strong. The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice. And when you sip it... It spreads softly in the mouth, but the aftertaste is a bit bitter. No, the bitterness lingers for quite a while. The bitterness lingers for quite a long time, perhaps because it is 16 degrees. It's a little bitter, but it lingers for quite a while. I guess you could say it's sharp. I'm sorry for the questionable impression. It's not bad. It's just not my favorite. But it's not bad (who am I kidding?).

It's been a while. One from Ibaraki. If I know I like it, I buy something else. So, looking back, it's been a little over two years. But... What? It didn't start right after opening the bottle! What? It's not what I imagined. The aroma is sweet, but it's not what I imagined. I guess I've changed my image of it over the past two years. But when I sipped it... It has a soft sweetness and a moderate rice flavor. I don't need this rice flavor, but it's not too strong, so it's acceptable. The aftertaste is a bitterness derived from alcohol. It is indeed 17 degrees. But I can't feel the alcohol so much. It was a little different from what I imagined, but it is a good sake. And the third one is the universe. Thanks to this, I've become a complete ale lover.
