First time here. I heard it was featured on Dan Chu and it's selling like hotcakes! said the liquor store. Well, I'm a meek person, so let's have the last bottle. I opened the bottle right away, but somehow I didn't have the energy to post it, so it's been a couple of weeks since I opened it. The aroma tickles my nostrils. It is not unpleasant. It's a bit rich and delicious, and it cuts through. I guess that's not the right word to describe it. It seems to disappear. It is not bad. But if you ask me if it is my favorite, it is not. But it's not bad. I would like to try another bottle.

I went there for this purpose because the liquor store I often go to had started carrying it. But! What? It's gone! The current customer has finished the 4-gou bottle... What? What? You all know well. Delicious sake. Ah! But there's a bottle! Yes, we changed our cellar to one that doesn't care about looks, so we can now fit a bottle. Lemacom is the best. So, I opened the bottle right away. Sweet aroma. Yes, this is it. When you take a sip, you can feel a little gas (which is good), and then the sweetness spreads. The sweetness spreads from the first sip, and and then the sweetness spreads out and soaks in. This is good. Great balance. I'm glad I bought a bottle! It's a perfect strike.

I may have never purchased and drank Yuki no Bijin. The design was so beautiful that I just couldn't resist. And be careful not to blow it out. I heard that even if there is a warning, there are complaints if you blow out the bottle. Sake breweries have a tough time. And then It has been a long time since I blew it out. It's nice, though it's a waste of time. The only thing is that it just blows out and is very gassy. Hmmm... I can't really taste the W. On the second day, it calmed down somewhat, but the gas is still there. It is not so sweet, and the aftertaste is rather spicy. It's like champagne. But I don't like too much gas.

I have forgotten how to be adventurous lately. So I want something I've never had before! The liquor store recommended this one. Kochi's Kaygetsu. This is my first time. It is CEL24 yeast, so I feel somewhat relieved. This is the first shot after the cellar broke down. This is the first shot of Lemacom. Ah, it's cold~! Minus 5 degrees indeed! As long as you don't mind the look of it, it's cheap, it cools down, and I'd choose Lemacom! I've been thinking about it lately lol. Oops, let's get to the important stuff. The aroma starts right after opening the bottle. That's CEL24! That's what I'm talking about! Nice! Nice! The first sip is soft and sweet on the palate, not too sweet compared to Kameizumi. Yes, it is! From the second sip, there is a slight lingering bitterness, but not enough to be bothersome. By the way, there is no sense of gas. My first adventure in a long time has been a success so far.

It has been a long time since I have seen Koei Chrysanthemum. This time I drank it right away without putting it to sleep. Anastasia green. I don't know but it is an elegant name. On a personal note. The cellar is broken. I was worried because after the earthquake the other day, something started making a lot of noise, but when I put the thermometer in the cellar! Even though it's set to 0 degrees! What a surprise! Shhh! 10 degrees! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! Wait a minute! I'm in trouble! I'm in trouble! Immediately evacuated to the fridge and bought a cheap one from Amazon. Lemacom arrived today. To my surprise, it says not to turn on the power for 6 hours after installation. Please be careful everyone. I am sure it will become clear how the storage at 10 degrees Celsius for a few days will affect us, but we have to take into account the risk of power outage in the future. The situation has cast a shadow over the sake life, and we will have to be even more careful in preserving sake than before (tears). The aroma was subdued, as usual, when the bottle was opened. To be honest, at first I wondered if it was water. But when I focused my nerves, hmmm! It was full-bodied, yet refreshing, and I finished it in one gulp because of the low alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius. Ha-ha-ha.

I happened to be able to buy two at the same time. Since I'm here... I would like to compare them. Aizan and Omachi + Yamadanishiki. The labels are as beautiful as ever. I could do a review of each of the two bottles, but it would be too much trouble, so I'll do them together. The Aizan has an aroma right after the bottle is opened. It has a nice sweet aroma. Omachi has a slightly subdued sweet aroma. The Aizan has the better aroma. First, Aizan. The sweetness spreads with a soft mouthfeel and lingers with bitterness. There is also a weak gaseous taste. From the second cup, the lingering bitterness is strongly felt. This is a common occurrence. The bitterness is felt strongly from the second glass. I feel like I don't feel the bitterness when I get drunk, but what is it? Then there is Omachi + Yamadanishiki. More gaseous than Aizan. But in general, it is normal. Unlike Aizan, this one has a lingering sweetness. I prefer the taste of this one! Both are good, but I dare say this one is better. I have been writing that it is Omachi + Yamada-Nishiki, but the label says Yamada-Nishiki + Omachi. It was the other way around. But it was the other way around! On the second day, it's the other way around! (Reverse, reverse, it's noisy, isn't it?) On the second day, Yamadanishiki+Omachi was more bitter and Aizan was sweeter. Why!

This is a sake from Chiba. It has become one of the drinks I buy when I see it. At the time, there were still 39 bottles available, but I decided to go with this one. The aroma was not the usual Kankiku, but a modest sweetness with a hint of alcohol. The first sip was refreshing and clean. The first sip was clean and refreshing, with a touch of gas. The first sip was clean and crisp, with a touch of gas, but from the second sip, I felt a strong sense of rice. I wonder if the rice flavor becomes stronger as the temperature rises. And then Second day The gassy feeling has calmed down. It's not bad, but I don't like it. It's not bad, but it's not a strike against me. But this is simply a matter of taste.

The first one in a long time. Safe and secure(?). It is safe and secure. My impression is that it has a cool design. I mean, the design of the work is good, isn't it? Opening the bottle...oh, it feels like it's gassy. Then, the aroma. It's quite strong. It's a little strong. The aroma is a little strong. The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice. And when you sip it... It spreads softly in the mouth, but the aftertaste is a bit bitter. No, the bitterness lingers for quite a while. The bitterness lingers for quite a long time, perhaps because it is 16 degrees. It's a little bitter, but it lingers for quite a while. I guess you could say it's sharp. I'm sorry for the questionable impression. It's not bad. It's just not my favorite. But it's not bad (who am I kidding?).

It's been a while. One from Ibaraki. If I know I like it, I buy something else. So, looking back, it's been a little over two years. But... What? It didn't start right after opening the bottle! What? It's not what I imagined. The aroma is sweet, but it's not what I imagined. I guess I've changed my image of it over the past two years. But when I sipped it... It has a soft sweetness and a moderate rice flavor. I don't need this rice flavor, but it's not too strong, so it's acceptable. The aftertaste is a bitterness derived from alcohol. It is indeed 17 degrees. But I can't feel the alcohol so much. It was a little different from what I imagined, but it is a good sake. And the third one is the universe. Thanks to this, I've become a complete ale lover.

The aroma rises immediately after opening the bottle. This is a It's a good one. Not too sweet, but just right. You can smell it all the time. It has a soft mouthfeel, with some gas. The sweetness spreads, and the bitterness lingers. This is a It's a pretty good one! On the second day, the bitterness in the aftertaste became stronger, but if you think of it as a change in taste due to the weakened gassiness, it's positive thinking. This is a good sake for beginners. I have the impression that Koshi is not too bad (for my taste).

This is the first time I've seen a bottle of Shibi's raw sake. The young clerk at the liquor store said, "I've never seen it before, but I heard it's been around since last year! He said. Sake is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, isn't it? The word "solstice" on the bottle is blue. When I cracked open the screw cap, a faint aroma leaked out. It was the usual "Itaru" feeling. I was a little worried about the raw sake, but I was relieved. The aroma was strong...but a little weak (strange way of putting it). When you drink it, the sweetness spreads softly in your mouth. And the aftertaste is a bit bitter. This is good. It would be an exaggeration to say that it would be a Jyushiyo without this bitterness. That's how much I like it. It's a nama-shu, but there is no sense of gas. If someone told me that this was a "fire-hardened" sake, I would have said, "Yes, of course. It's just that my tongue is not good. The impression was the same between the Hi-ire and the raw sake. I wonder if I could have understood the difference if I had compared them.

I thought it might not be possible this year. But if there is, I'll buy it. New sake. The aroma is surprisingly subdued. The mouthfeel is soft, but then the alcohol-derived spiciness spreads in the mouth. However, the alcohol feeling is not strong. Rather than being sharp, it seems to go down easily. Easy to drink. But it's a little different from my usual feeling. It's not the same as the ones I've had before. I feel like I've been drinking it for a while. Hmmm. And here are the three pictures. It's been a long time since I've had this, or rather, it's the first time I've bought and drunk it myself. I can see why it sells well. I'm not deep into this field at all, but it's nice.

It's been a while since I've seen Sarah. This is the first time for me to try special junmai. The aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is slightly gassy. The first taste is sourness and sweetness. And then, it finishes off nicely. It's a good one. And I was thinking... The second day. The gassy feeling disappeared. A little bit of semedyne. And a pungent taste that seemed to come from alcohol. Well, well, well. The sweetness and sourness are still there, but... It's different! It's different from the first day. Is it because it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake? I feel like the taste has changed quite a bit. Well, it's just a matter of my taste.

This is a sake from Okayama. I had never had it before. That's part of the reason I chose it. The aroma is a bit alcoholic, but with a hint of rice. When you swallow it, the sweetness spreads and then disappears. The aroma that comes through the nose is rice-like. To be honest, I don't really like it, but... The second day! The second day, it became rounder and rounder. The second day, it became rounder and less rice-like after I swallowed it. It's refreshing. I think it might be better to leave it a little longer.

I went back to Akaoni in Sangenjaya, which I visited at the end of last year. I can't help but drink when I come here. Jyushiyo. And this one, which I couldn't drink last time Ryusen Doubutsu Iryo Aged Dai-Gokujo Morohakusake Agefune / Shichidaru Nijukan Just like last time, I got Ryugetsu and Sougani, and then this one! (°д°) (°д°)(°д°)(°д°) (°д°) Ha! It has the same specs as the Ryugetsu and the Twinbow, but what is this! When I said, "What's this?", the lady at the store told me that this one is matured. One year(?) I didn't know that aging made such a difference! This melts in your mouth! No, it melts because it's liquid (laughs). Ryugetsu and Sohji soak in. Ryuzuki and Sohji soak in, while Ryuusen dissolves (it's a mystery now). How on earth can you make a drink like this? It's not for those who like their sake to be strong, but for those who like its aroma and sweetness, it's the kind of sake you shouldn't drink (laughs). But if you like the aroma and sweetness, this is a sake you shouldn't drink.

I'm drinking it without laying it down, which is unusual. It is the popular SNOW EXTRA. I've never had it before, but the liquor stores love it! We're probably going to run out today! So I bought it. There's an air vent in the lid, so don't store it upright...really! I've never seen anything like this before. The same goes for the yukidaruma there...really! I heard that there are some people who complain to the brewery about the lid flying off, so it's meant to prevent that. Personally, I'd be happier if the lid flew off (laughs). It's a tough world we live in. And since I was standing up, the cage was completely submerged. Now, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma is weak, with a weak citrus feel. There is a weak sweetness and sourness from the gas. It's refreshing. Now let's start with the oligarchy. The aroma is milky! It's changing. And it's full-bodied! This is so good! I don't know why I haven't tried it before! I can understand why it is so popular. The origarami is the best.

I imitated MAJ and made it an honorary chrysanthemum. Anastasia green. It is a low al of 13 degrees. It's been a long time. Kouei Chrysanthemum. The fragrance is modest as usual. It has a rice-like aroma. Nui? It's not bluish (It's green, so it's self-explanatory. What's Anastasia?). It's not green. When you swallow it, you can feel the gas. I let it sit for a while, but the gassy feeling is still there. And the sourness. It's not greenish at all. It is clean and refreshing for low alcohol. The sourness is not so strong. It's a little short. On the second day, the gas was released and it became easy to drink. The bitter taste came out a little in the aftertaste. I want to buy it when I find it again because the stock of Kouyoukiku has decreased.

Happy New Year! I hope to see you again this year. I hope to be drinking sake at least once a week this year. The first sake of the new year is Takanome. I've been asleep for a year and nine months before I realized it. Because I can't drink it, it's such a waste. It's a bad story, but it's ridiculously expensive. I looked at the website after a long time (this sake is only sold online), and the price has gone up from when I bought it! Oh no, I can't buy it anymore (laughs) Well! Open the bottle~! The aroma is soft and sweet. This, this is... A good one! As you sip, the sweetness spreads, and after it spreads, the sweetness comes once more! Oh, this is... sweet, but not too sweet. It says on the label that it has a bitter taste, but I don't feel it! As I continued to drink it, I started to feel it a little, but it wasn't unpleasant at all. The aftertaste is good too, it just fades away! It's like it soaks in. Thank goodness... it didn't disappoint (LOL). Would I honestly buy it again? To be honest, I'm not sure if I'd buy it again (because it's so expensive), but this is a strike against me. I'm glad I could start off with a good drink.

Here's the last (possibly) drink of the year! And it's a camping sake. I'd like to close with a drink that has the wonderful concept of giving thanks for the year. I'm glad I got to buy some! There was also some kind of boxed version, but I guess the difference is with or without the box? Aside from that. Right from the moment you open the bottle, the aroma stands out. It smells sweet. This is... It's a good one! A soft sweetness that doesn't betray your expectations spreads throughout your mouth. There is also a lot of gas. It's sweet, but you can also taste the spiciness from the gas. As I drank more and more, the spiciness seemed to increase more than the sweetness (maybe I was just drunk). I'm glad that the last one of this year was a perfect strike. I hope I can drink in good health next year too. A happy new year to everyone at Sake no Wa!
