Then, I opened the bottle.
There was a warning about opening the bottle, but it did not fly open.
The aroma is weak and cold.
The mouthfeel is gassy!
It is clear and finishes with bitterness.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
And then...
Two weeks later...
The gasiness is still there, and there seems to be no change in taste.
And the difference from its predecessor... I can't really taste any difference.
It may be good as a food sake because it has no peculiarities, but I am the type of person who wants to enjoy sake by itself, so this was not my favorite.
