I think this might be the first time I've ever had a Risshun Shibori. I wasn't really interested in it. And I don't know why they squeeze it in Risshun. Sorry, it's an ancient custom. Senkinka - it must have a sour taste. I thought, and opened the bottle. Hmmm? What is this? ......... Water! Are you drunk? Me. It's watery when it's perfectly chilled. If you let it sit for a week, you can taste the sourness even if it's perfectly chilled. Yes, it's like Senkin. If you let it sit for two weeks... Yeah, it's ready to drink, isn't it? I think it's right to drink it right away because it's a pure sake, but for me, it was ready to drink after two weeks. I guess there are many different kinds of sake because tastes differ from person to person.
