The supernatant is like a cucumber soda. After stirring, it's creamy soda It's very tasty, but To be honest, the only thing that beats it is the nigori from Tengu Mai (small voice)

It was an excellent sake that cut through the bitterness without showing it. The Hishiki was a little out of my taste, but the Renewal Usukazakura was my favorite and delicious!

Sometimes I check in like a mineralcollector (^^; Montana Sapphire and Sri Lanka Sapphire. It has a sweet aroma and a sweet but dry finish that is well balanced and delicious!

I was wondering what I should drink for the first time in 2021. I decided to drink Aizu Musume which arrived today from Watanabe Sota Shoten! It's only available in Fukushima Prefecture, so I snapped it up! It was a sake that made me happy the moment I put it in my mouth!

Thank you very much! Thank you very much! Have a happy new year! For the closing sake, I decided to drink Yamamori like a Tokyoite! Omachi is sold only at 12 stores nationwide! Direct pumping is also delicious! When you pour it into a glass and the temperature rises a little, it turns a little dry. It's hard to believe that the whole process from sake brewing to labeling is done by just the two of them! I heard that the husband collapsed during the shipping work of the swallow flower, but...
