Our sympathies go out to the victims of the earthquake. Today, we will drink sake from Fukushima. Sake of Ippodo Ichijo It is produced in the Katakado district of Aizu Sakashita-cho. I bought it to confirm the rumors, but the sweetness, sourness and umami complement each other. It is a gentle and elegant sake, and the rumors are true.

It's called a special concentrate. I drove home carefully so as not to irritate it so as never to lay it down! I poured it slowly and drank the top clear. What the heck is this‼️melon pulp juice like a combination of pineapple and melon🤩! After that, it was stirred vigorously, and when I poured it after it calmed down, it was creamy melon pulp! This sake is foul! I don't know what's going to happen to me now that I know this🤔.

I used to drink Ottersai's Enshin Seperation a lot, but this is my first time to try Nigori Enshin Seperation! It is not a typical sweet nigori, but dry and very smooth. I have a feeling that the best time to drink it is about 3 days after opening the bottle because the rice flavor is visible.

The supernatant is like a cucumber soda. After stirring, it's creamy soda It's very tasty, but To be honest, the only thing that beats it is the nigori from Tengu Mai (small voice)

Sometimes I check in like a mineralcollector (^^; Montana Sapphire and Sri Lanka Sapphire. It has a sweet aroma and a sweet but dry finish that is well balanced and delicious!
