The supernatant is like a cucumber soda. After stirring, it's creamy soda It's very tasty, but To be honest, the only thing that beats it is the nigori from Tengu Mai (small voice)

It was an excellent sake that cut through the bitterness without showing it. The Hishiki was a little out of my taste, but the Renewal Usukazakura was my favorite and delicious!
