The rambunctious black rabbit I could open the bottle with the wine opener safely. It's strongly carbonated, and the rich taste of the rice spreads out, and my stomach tells me the pleasure. It's a pattern, but it's perfect for the sushi with rock salt and lemon juice.

That's why I'm opening another bottle today! There was a time when I loved Kawasami and was crazy about taking pictures of it at a certain park, so I've always wanted to drink this sake. It is a lightly muddled sake with a delicious rice flavor, and as the days go by, the corners seem to come off, so there is something to look forward to!

Another mini bottle operation today It was stormy, but we went to Ueno Green Club to buy mini-bonsai! I'm looking forward to the autumn leaves of the Kiyohime maple tree! The alcohol is refreshing, but the alcohol will slice you in half! I thought the bottle could be used for a flower vase😅.

I've been watering my weeping cherry trees since I bought them last fall, and today they bloomed all at once🌸. I've been waiting for this sake to open so I could drink it when the cherry blossoms bloom. It has a clear sweetness that is perfect for sushi eaten without soy sauce, just Andean rock salt and lemon juice!

Hanaboe (and Yamatan Masamune) will be coming to Ikebukuro Seibu from 3/10, so I opened the stock in a hurry! The nigori was really good but this one has a strong habit that I don't like😅. It tastes just like the Miyoshikiku white grape that I used for cooking!

Let's go! Hanamura Omachi (raw) Even though it's chilled from the snow, it has a nice uplifting aroma. When the temperature rises to Hana-Rei, the flavor and sweetness bloom and it's delicious! It goes well with salty and spicy snacks, not with sweet ones. It's brilliant and I've added it to my favorite brands ✌️. (I heard that Dewa Sanzu's raw will be released on 3/17)
