It was an excellent sake that cut through the bitterness without showing it.
The Hishiki was a little out of my taste, but the Renewal Usukazakura was my favorite and delicious!

Last year I asked Fumiko-san, the Toji (brewer), to do the direct pumping of Usukazakura, but I thought it might not be possible because it takes time and effort.
