I bought this sake on a recent trip to Yamanashi. The roadside station I stopped at on my way home to buy sake did not have much sake (I think there are many such stations), but I chose this sake from among them.
The color was almost transparent, and I think it was on the dry side, but it also had umami flavor and went well with fatty meats.
I would like to encounter a thunderbird sometime when I go hiking.
With heat from the dam? It is said to be a matured sake. The sake had a slightly yellowish color, sweet aroma, umami, acidity, and a banana smell on the palate that was close to cemedine.
We enjoyed it slowly and comfortably on a long autumn evening.
Sake found at a liquor store in Ueda City.
It is a sake invented by students of Nagano Prefectural University. The clerk at the liquor store told me that it was created by surveying the students to find out what kind of sake they wanted to drink, and that it was the result of that survey.
I was surprised to find out that the sake had a fruity, pear-like flavor. I could feel the sapidity, the fruity taste, and the pear-like flavor, and I think that even people who do not usually drink sake would enjoy this sake.
I hope that sake will be popular among people who want to live a life of sake.
I can't buy much alcohol. I opened the one I bought in early spring and kept in the fridge.
It has a gentle gaseous taste. It is fruity even though it is Yamahai. Delicious.
I bought this sake at a liquor store in town during a trip to Nagano. It is a sake with the unique flavor of junmai sake and a touch of sweetness. It goes well with fatty dishes.
The label is not like Yonemune's, and gives the impression of summer.
The color is yellow like Yonemune. When you drink it, you will feel a strong thump! The label says it is 21 degrees Celsius. I drank it on the rocks. Next time, I'll try heating it up.
Unusually, I buy craft sake.
From the aroma, you can taste apple acidity, and in the mouth, there is a solid apple nuance. A delicious sake with a fruity apple flavor. We enjoyed it after dinner in a relaxed manner. Delicious.
Cool label and name.
Soft citrus aroma, light when drunk. Gentle bitterness. I thought it would be good as a summer sake because of its refreshing taste.
I am a fan of Okuharima,
I'm a fan of Okuharima, but it's been a while since I've seen it,
I didn't know there was such a great one out there!
I would like to try it!
I did it. I underestimated the cautionary note about opening the bottle. All I could do was watch as the cork popped and half the bottle flowed out before I could remove the aluminum lid. Good thing I opened it in the kitchen.
Almost no aroma, firm and smooth (I guess), and clean on the palate. I bought it because I wanted to drink something like this in the summer, but I ended up drinking half of it.
Sake bought at a liquor store in Ueda.
I had never seen the label before, so I bought it.
It had no aroma, but when I sipped it, I first felt a light gassy sensation, then a sweetness, then a full-bodied umami, and finally a light bitterness.
It seems to be the only brewery in Nagano Prefecture that uses flower yeast. I didn't know there was such a thing as flower yeast made from flowers. Sake is fun.
I thought I knew quite a bit about Fukui's sake, but I was not quite there yet.
This is my first time drinking Onisakuza. The design is not easy to reach for when buying a packet (sorry), but I had never had it before, so I bought it.
It is very tasty. It is gorgeous and has a strong umami taste. I want to buy this sake again.
Ding purchased at Miyajima Sake Shop in Ueda. The selection was amazing, a large collection of Nagano sake.
The sake was gorgeous in both aroma and taste. Amai. It was mild and mild, so it might be good to drink it with soda during this season (I drink everything with soda these days).
I found an unfamiliar label and bought it. I found a label I was not familiar with, so I bought it.
I took a sip and thought, "This is good," but a closer look at the label revealed that the alcohol content is 18.7, which is strong. I have been enjoying it with carbonated water recently.
In fact, when I drank a freshly opened bottle, I thought, "I chose a sake that I haven't liked in a long time. I don't know..." I thought. But when I drank it a while after opening, I thought, "Oh, this is it. I thought, "This is it. It is a delicious Yamahai sake.
On a trip to Kochi, I went to a liquor store and bought a bottle because I had never seen the label before.
I bought it because I had never seen the label before. After buying it, I took a closer look and saw that it was made by Kameizumi Sake Brewery. I bought it, and then looked at it more closely.
The color was almost clear, with a light gassy and mildly fresh taste. There's still some left, so I'll try heating it up.
This bottle was selected from among the limited edition sake available in Akita Prefecture at the Akita Station liquor store.
The flavor of rice is typical of unfiltered junmai sake. It has a solid feel. It says it is recommended to drink cold, but I guess it can also be served lukewarm. It was gone before I could try it.
I remember seeing the president of Shinmasa when I went to a popular izakaya in front of the station.
