Sake found at a liquor store in Ueda City.
It is a sake invented by students of Nagano Prefectural University. The clerk at the liquor store told me that it was created by surveying the students to find out what kind of sake they wanted to drink, and that it was the result of that survey.
I was surprised to find out that the sake had a fruity, pear-like flavor. I could feel the sapidity, the fruity taste, and the pear-like flavor, and I think that even people who do not usually drink sake would enjoy this sake.
I hope that sake will be popular among people who want to live a life of sake.
