I have been busy with work and have been drinking but skipped posting 🤫. Abe, Takanen Nishiki This was already exceptionally good on the 3rd day 🥳. Yamanohisu Himitsu Origami Simple and juicy-umami type! It tastes like a more refreshing version of Takachiyo....delicious 🤭. Today is the weekend...to hell with work! So, I stocked up on Hana-yosu🌸. I never thought I'd be able to drink at home 😭 Now, open the bottle 🍶! I have no words to describe...gentle aroma and umami 🥰. I'm so impressed that they can make such a difference with Jun Dai 😍. The lingering aftertaste pulls the alcohol feeling for a long time, but I don't mind it at all...in fact, I'd like to see it go on longer 😍... I wonder when I can get the next one 🥲.

After tasting the second day of Kuheiji Usunigorori, Jikin Senbon Nishiki Nama! The brewery's SNS announced that the raw series is in season, so be sure to drink it soon... too good to waste 😭 I think it will be about 2 months in... I opened the bottle as soon as I got the other Jikin series! The fire-roasted Senbon-Nishiki was clean and crisp, but the raw juices were ahead of the others, but the cleanness was still there 😍. The bitterness might come a little later...? I heard from my master that the taste change on the second day is great, so I left a little more and finished it........ I don't have much to say about the taste of Jikin...delicious 🥳.

First time at Kuheiji! I pre-ordered it and it's been, what, 2 months? It finally arrived and now it's time to open the bottle. The aroma is almost nothing. The aroma is clear with a hint of gas in the back 👃. The initial reaction is gaseous and gaseous, and the umami flavor appears in a flash. The finish is not so rich, but rather a bit of a tangy and bitter taste that lingers afterwards. I see 🤔. I personally think it's not enough for me due to various expectations...maybe because I drank Fudo after 🤣 lol I thought it was more beautifully put together than I expected...

After enjoying Mimuro Cedar and basking in the afterglow...I just opened the bottle 🍶. Fudo seemed dry, but it also had a delicious juicy flavor! To begin with, when the bottle was first opened, a pop🍾 was heard. The sake was so good that it was stirred by itself when the bottle was first opened. Aroma is a little bit too much. The initial taste 🤛 with a fistful of flavor I thought the appleiness would come in gassy and fizzy, but it disappears with a bit of bitterness that lingers along with the alcoholic expansion 🫥. It's also unique or different from others 🤔 I'm surprised there are so many people in Chiba who like Kanjiku 🥰.

I think it's almost spring 🌸🍶 and I'm ahead of the game. Mimuro cedar is a clean and refreshing type of cedar! I had an image of Mimuro cedar as a clean and refreshing type... but in a good way, it was beyond my imagination 😍. The moment you open the bottle, the gas is shrieking 😅 It was still shrieking when I opened it the second time 😍? The cage stirred on its own 🤣. The first time I drank it, it tasted apple-like flavor, contrary to the image of the gas feeling. There is not so much acidity, and it disappears silently while tasting the continuing flavor... Too good! Today, the second day, the alcohol taste is a little stronger, but it's more like a punch ⤴️ and it's also delicious 🤤.

Now, next to Akabu🌸, we have Shinshu Kamerei. Last time, I imagined the sweet aroma, umami, and bitterness of Hitogokochi Nama! I was imagining something like that... 😳 Aroma Moderate but sweet impression Initial Aperture Juicy and full of umami 😍. Finish You can soak in the lingering aftertaste with a thin layer of bitterness while retaining the juiciness. It is the same as when we used to be able to buy it only at the brewery! This is the taste I fell in love with in Shinshu Kamerei😍. I'm so thankful to have met it 🥹.

I was hesitant because of the price... but the clerk told me that the stock was really low... so I bought it 🤣. Opened the bottle immediately! Aroma Clear and refreshing, reminiscent of a refreshing ☺️ Initial Aroma This is the Sentori! Clear aquarius😍. It also has a juwapity... you can drink it forever ♾️ Finish The bitterness is low in alcohol and there is almost no sake feeling, and it finishes with the image of Aquarius with no sweetness left over. This is the kind of drink that will get you drunk before you know it😇

The other day, I drank Kangiku Aizan, so I bought it because I wanted to compare Aizan... The shopkeeper told me that black and Aizan run out quickly, so I had no hesitation in buying 👍. Aroma Sweet like Takachiyo...but with a refreshing impression! Initial Aroma Sweetness in the very juwapity. Finish Kanji, alcohol in a pull like Takachiyo~. Today, the second day, the flavor is again spreading like a fwah...fwah 😍. This is delicious 😋! If you can stock it...it seems to be sold out 🥹.

Dolls' Festival - 🎎. So, Ko no Tsukasa Harukageiro was opened 🍶. The label, which is said to have been requested by a designer, is very elegant... I thought it was a beautiful sake at a tasting event and wanted to go to the brewery, but... there was no limited edition sake available on the day, so I had to give up! The fresh juices, of course, are beautifully integrated and disappear easily with almost no bitterness or alcohol residue... 🫥. I think Ko no Tsukasa should be more appreciated 🤔. My daughter, who is already in the first grade, is sitting next to me, eating a piece of rice cake 🤣lol. I wish this time could go on forever...and I'm thankful for good sake 😋.

Well, now, while I'm still basking in the afterglow of Jikin Sake Mirai, the next singer to appear after B'z in Kohaku is in an awkward situation... Kangiku Aizan 50! I wanted to get this one, so when would it be available at the sake store? I was so desperate for this sake that I asked on SNS when it would be in stock 🫡. Aroma Not that strong, but it reminds me of sweet and clean. Initial Aroma A clean start, with a fresh juiciness that is typical of unfiltered drafts. Finish Bitterness comes in? The bitterness is well covered by the umami...in fact, it exceeds the bitterness 😳The alcohol is not too much and it finishes without feeling too much. I have the impression that Kangiku has a little bitterness, but Aizan's uniqueness makes the bitterness less noticeable. But due to Aizan's uniqueness, the bitterness is not felt that much due to the umami. ⁉️ The bitterness of Kangiku comes in the clear taste. But thanks to the bitterness, you don't feel the bitterness, and it is very sharp. The price is only 2,100 yen...isn't it too high-cost?

After a year of waiting, I finally got my hands on this 😆. It is no exaggeration to say that I started getting into sake to have this in my hands! I've already opened the bottle all at once 🍶. Aroma...beautiful Jikin aroma! Initial taste...the aroma that is typical of Jikin is accompanied by the umami flavor, and then it starts to sizzle! Finish... It disappears without clouding the finish, as is typical of Jikin. It is the best 🤣! I want to consume it before my wife gets mad at me, but it's such a waste 🥹.

A stopover brewery in the course of a trip to Tottori! It seems that the sake is made with the Kanto area in mind, and is a unique series that is almost never distributed in the western part of the country! Especially at this time of the year, the raw product is mainly consumed at the brewery. Aroma Clear, fruity, and non-habitual. Initial Aroma More pure and clean than fresh like raw, with a spread of umami Finish A touch of bitterness comes through, but the alcoholiness prevails, and it lingers in a mature way without coming on too strong. It is dry! I had an image of a dry wine, but this is simply delicious. I think it's a high-cost beer with these specs for about 2,300 yen including tax...very high-cost! However, it is not available for online shopping...surprisingly, Tottori - Hiroshima is far away 🤣.

Long time since I got it! I've been going back and forth and finally saw you 🥹. What is the aroma 🤔 clean with a sweetness that reminds me of chocolate. When you put it in your mouth, the initial taste is like apple or pear, and at the same time, the bitterness of the slight carbonation is well-balanced with the taste of chili tingling. The alcohol taste does not appear even if it goes down the throat, and the bitterness lingers a little. I wonder how the taste will change tomorrow... Purchase at extra cost on trip to Tottori. It is a dry sake! It's a bit dry, but it's still refreshing and easy to drink. Goes well with crab 🦀 and fish 🐟😆. Drinking sake with a snowy landscape in the background was also exceptional ☃️🍶

Buy it if you find yourself in the market! Sweetness that seems to melt into a fullness of flavor. Alcoholic fluff with sweetness on top. I can feel the alcohol taste and a bit of bitterness... The rest of the taste is definitely like pudding caramel 🤣 if I had to describe it. It was a different taste from the previous ones... Sake is a very deep wine...! I think I'll drink this one over the next few days this week. ☺️

It's been a while since I've seen the Takachiyo series! I was intrigued by the catchphrase "peach" 🍑. First day 🤔 Peach...maybe not😇 It's so unusual for Takachiyo that the bitterness of the aftertaste is more memorable than the flavor juwa... 2nd day The umami expands, but it's still not peach 🤔. The bitterness is still there when it's cold! When warmed up, the bitterness settles down and the Takachiyo character comes out more. 3rd day I wonder where the peachy flavor comes out... Finally, the peachy sweetness appears in the umami! The bitterness has almost disappeared, but the alcohol taste is more powerful 💪. I think the peachy "As if Peach" from a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is the peachy winner 🤣.

Attended a tasting at a certain liquor store in the city! I was curious about the Amami series 👀 because it is from my home prefecture. All of them were well balanced and different according to the specs! This time, I bought the winter Amami 🍶. The aroma is reminiscent of Sukkiri. The initial taste is of nigori rice in a fresh juices with a fullness that is not persistent. Almost no dryness or bitterness, but a sharpness that disappears quickly. Great balance 👍 Some people think it's not specialized and interesting...? Simple balanced type is very smooth and comfortable to drink.

Hiran Drinking Comparison🍶. I couldn't drink Queen on 2/5. I couldn't drink Queen on 2/5, so I bought some more Nikomaru... Nama Queen vs Nama Nikkomaru on our own time 🎉! Uwazumi version Clean and refreshing, with a pronounced bitterness but no alcohol 👑. The bitterness doesn't come as much as the complex umami that you feel in the POP, but it's also very sharp 😃 -> Nico? LOL! Stirring Very cohesive, clean and smooth 👑 while feeling the bitterness in the expanding umami. It's hard to feel even bitterness due to the specialized umami of the flavor of the "Hiran" style 😃. My personal subjective opinion is Nikomaru win✨. I wonder why? The taste is different from others, I feel the enjoyment of Hiran...

The cherry flavor comes out as it goes down the throat. It has a great sharpness with a little bit of alcohol taste at the end of the bottle! Is it more beautiful this year? The first instrument Masamune I had been waiting for the future of sake, even though it had won various awards and I was curious about it! A good 👍 with a nice sharpness and a slight piquancy of umami. It's like a Takachiyo-type of umami with a lingering aftertaste like an Akatake-type of lingering aftertaste. If this is what you get when you fire-brew it, you can't go wrong with unfiltered... 😍🍶. The first day was a disaster and on the second day there was only about 200m l left 🤣. The second day, the impact of the flavor increased! It was worth the wait 🙇‍♂️
