Low Milling Series Gorilla🦍 Macho💪. The initial punch is powerful🤜 due to the low milled rice. However, it has a sharpness that disappears without being persistent, while expanding in a mysterious and well-balanced way. The alcohol taste is more elongated than Aizan, but it's not a habit. I think Macho series is the best sake that can be sharp while producing 😆 😆 😁. I'm sick of it, but I'll make sure to disinfect it with alcohol 🫡 lol

The other day I had a bottle of Hiran...it was so good that I opened a bottle on the second day 🤭. I love you is a personal favorite of mine... Aizan is a sure bet! I bought it on 🤩. I think my expectations were too high... the flavor is not as full as I expected 🤔. The first day it was a little bit peculiar when it was sharp, but on the second day it was gone and the alcohol was extended 🤔. The initial taste lacks character, but it is nice that it finishes without relying so much on bitterness.... I think it was bad that I drank it after "Hiran mile"😅

The vacation weekend is over today (please give me tomorrow off too 🥹). So I chose this one for my closing bottle: 💁‍♂️ We opened the bottle yesterday and split it between two days. It seems to be a combination of good elements of Nikomaru Nama and Queen. It has a clear and distinct flavor like Nikomaru, which is typical of Tobiran. It is not a messy taste, but a clean and clear way to get rid of the Queen-like taste. Well, it tastes good... but considering it costs over 5,000 yen... you have to let go of the concept of sake to be satisfied... 🤣 I enjoyed it till the end of Golden Week 🎌.

This is another series I've been accumulating😅. I got addicted to Wakanami... and bought it, even though I felt it was a bit expensive 🍶. I was surprised when I drank it... it was so good! It has a pop of flavor like the "Hiran Nikkomaru" 🤤. It's rare for Wakanami to be so sharp with a little bitterness. I want to buy this every year 😍. And the second day at Yoshidagura u Juwapichi still alive and well! The umami is more pronounced 😍. The extension of the umami is more important than the alcohol at the end 😆. This is so good!

Travel Sake Part 1 🍶. Ishikawa Prefecture👍 The sweetness is almost pear-like. It is a type of sake that makes you think that the sweetness is going to extend and the slight carbonation will reduce the swelling, and then it will disappear modestly... and then the alcohol feeling will be slightly fluffy and you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste for a long time. It is a type that can be enjoyed for a long time with a lingering aftertaste. Tetorigawa seems to have excellent cost performance, but... I wonder if there are places that sell it in Hiroshima 🥹.

This one is also run-of-the-mill! It is a little expensive due to the fact that it is 500ml! I have the impression that Kaze no Mori has many negative aspects if you change the taste, so I will have it all at once. I wonder if it's because it's also a No. 6 Niimasa, but I somehow feel a sense of Niimasa deep in the flavor 🤔. The style with a sense of heaviness is like Kaze no Mori 🤔. In addition to that, there is no juiciness or other unpleasant taste, so I could enjoy this bottle until the end 🍶. I'd like to repeat it except for the money.

I'm in Ishikawa Prefecture Arrived and immediately explored the nearby stores 👀. 2 minutes walk from the hotel 🤣. Speaking of Ishikawa...Tedorigawa🤔 A bit of complex flavor on the first move. It's a pure Dai, so the pull is beautifully elongated. I'm thinking of going to a brewery within a 30 minute drive from the hotel... 😍.

Since I couldn't drink it last year, I immediately put it on hold 😋 when the information about its arrival came in. What an easy drink 😆. It's so easy to drink 😆. The lingering aftertaste is just right and at 12 degrees Celsius, it's hard to stop 🥹. Personally, the taste change on the second day is outstanding 🥰. It's more like a rounded, stinging change than an increase in flavor 😁. I will buy this again next year!

The winter series is a high-cost, sweet, mellow, and delicious series. So the spring series: ☘️ This one....Yamaguchi trading company is involved, distributed by Seven, 300m l....and cheapest of all 😆. Pure large is about 1700 yen 😱. The taste I'm interested in is a mildly melty pear 🍐. It's the one you want to drink lazily from noon 😍.

I have a few piling up, but I can't help but post this one 😁. I remember being in the middle of a cosmos straight from the pump and thinking, "how about this one? I'd buy it if I was offered it 🤣. So I opened the bottle 🍶. It has a more juicy and slightly carbonated mouthfeel than the usual ⤴️ The clean taste and the complex aftertaste is not enough to keep you drinking it.... If I had to pick a flaw it would be the cost 🤔.

Last! The 🌸 is falling but we must drink it before it falls! So open the bottle 🍶. It has more alcohol than I expected. Other than that, it's already Sentori 🤣 lol It has a lemon taste with a slight bitter dryness. It has a slight bitterness dryness. I think the juiciness is not that great 🤔. It's a clean and relaxing taste 🌸 I've tried a lot of 🌸 series but I think Mimuro cedar's Hana kyun was my personal No.1 😍.

Part Three! The one that I avoided because the label was too distinctive 🤣. This is good! Taste like Nikomaru It has a pop flavor. Even though it is pure rice, the swelling never exceeds the initial taste. Almost no alcohol bloating! Excellent sharpness😍. Punchy but not clingy, and the pull is crisp! The label implies love yamacho... or something 🥶.

Cherry blossoms in Hiroshima City are looking good. In honor of the cherry blossoms, we opened a bottle 🍶. It's also very good! It's sizzling, but has a good punch and a nice pull. The second day and after, the flavor increases, but the alcohol doesn't expand as much as it should. I'm running out of space for my favorite bottle, so I'm going to start collecting them by peeling off the labels.......here's one to start with: ✂️

The timing of the opening of the bottle was shifted from last weekend to today. The Haruhi was gassy, but the Jukinmu was sparkling! It was so gaseous that it was almost like a sparkling! I tried to open it slowly because someone posted that the cork flew out, but it flew out before I could get to the cork in the first place 🤣. I learned from Abe....these sizzling dry ones should be better after the 3rd day as they become mellow! Believing in this, today is the 4th day... the corner of gassy feeling has been removed in a good way, and it's mellowed and more delicious... It's delicious 😍. Both have a strong gaseous taste with no bitterness, but not too much alcohol. As the day goes by, the corners are removed and the mildness of the umami increases, while the alcohol lingers a little more, which is nice 🤤.
