This is also the first time for me to try Shichihonjari.
Series recommended by the clerk 🍶.
I don't know how it compares to other nigori, but it's rather dry 🤔.
It's like a sparkling wine.
I think it's a bit like a dry gas feeling with a little bit of flavor while keeping the oli from going too far 🤤.
It's a delicious wine that also has a hint of sake 🍶.
If I had to pick a favorite...I don't think I would repeat it 😑.
However, it's still fun to try different things 😆.

Toasting with sashimi from Iwakuni-oki (local 🤭) with Spanish Mackerel 🐟 from a fresh fish store 🍶.

Recently, one of my favorite breweries, Amami.
As a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, I'm very proud ✨.
First day
The supernatant has a delicious Amami flavor already!
It's dry and has a nice kick to it.
Yum!
Mix in a little bit of orikura...
Like a perfect average pentagon... no flaws to be found... delicious...
Not as dry as Machida
Not as dry as Machida, not as sweet as Takayo
Right in the middle
I think it's like the middle one.
I have nothing to say...when should I go to the warehouse? It's definitely on my list 🚗🏠.

I had a drink last year and freaked out and ⚡️ repeat product 🔁.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has the sweetness and umami of a Takachiyo-style sake.
It has a sweet umami taste that is typical of Takachiyo.
The usual "juwa" is a little bit matured.
It has a beautiful pull that makes you think of a slightly dry sake.
Delicious!
But this year, I'm looking for variations in tastes 🔍.
On the second day, I went for this one to heat up 🍶.
...the mouth is saturated with sweet umami 😍.
The taste is very good to begin with, so by skipping the sake feeling a little, the lingering umami flavor passes down the throat and through the nose for a long time... 😍
This will be on repeat forever ✨

So, I posted a moment of Chiyomusubi from nearby Tottori that I got from my brother 🍶.
I drank it fresh in winter, but it's also delicious when fired 👍.
It's very tasty with a tender texture.
I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but I'm sure it's not the same as the other ones.
I'm going to try heating it up... 😳

Initial taste...Sake with more acidity 🍶🥃🥃.
Pull...somewhere in between 🤔🥃🍶.
What is this sake 🤣?
It has a hint of oak and sake flavor... strange 🤩.
Day 2...soooo good😳
Atmosphere is more acidic sake 🍶.
But the aroma is always barrel-aged 🥃.
I want to enjoy sake with a whiskey like flavor in my nose
Not sure about such a core clientele, but it was a great experience for a fun frame of mind ✨.

Hiran, Abe, Senkori, Azuma Tsuru... I'll know later why I got hooked on the Tsubo 🤣.
Almost no bitterness.
No 🍋 like Sentori but clear drinking
Nigori (nigori) is the active ingredient, so the oli flavor from the juices is perfect 😍.
I drank too much on the first day, probably due to the 13 degrees...
The second day, it seems a bit more like Sentori, but it has the same aftertaste and concept as Azuma Tsuru 🤔.

I tried my best to enjoy the taste change in about 6 days 👍
The last part of the bottle was a bit long, but the freshness and umami seemed to be fine after about 4 days 😳.

The Aizan from Okura was also good, so no hesitation 👛.
The first day, it was fresh, but I didn't like the lingering flavors that were somewhat habitual 🤔...
The second day I thought it was fresh, but the freshness was almost maintained... 🤔.
The spread of the flavor has also improved and the taste is better 😍.
As expected, after 4 days, the alcohol taste is getting stronger.......it's Junmai.......
So tomorrow I would like to try heating it up 🔥.

It is more like a beautiful 🍋 that is typical of Senkou, but closer to water 🤔.

I want the waiter to experience this sake! I bought it due to a push from the store clerk who said
In the past, I have drunk Okura, which has a negative image because of its habitual taste 🤔.
I'm not sure about this one, but I gulped it down 😳.
It has a habitual taste like Okura, but the aroma is reduced by the freshness and the unique flavor of Aizan!
It is not too strong, but has a good extension....
Isn't it delicious?
I was told that if you let it sit for a while it will change again....leave it for a few minutes and it will lose its hardness and become even easier to drink....you are a munchkin 🤣.
The hot sake is also very mild and is a good playmate for those who want to take their time ✨.
I think I'll be back next year 😆.

Last travel sake 🍶.
Slightly effervescent with a juppiness that is typical of the land of origin.
I could feel the brown rice in the finish... 😳.
Is this Kago unique? Not sure if this is unique or not, but I don't think there are many sundries that feel so much rice 🤔.
Although the price is a little high, I sincerely hope that you give priority to domestic rather than overseas production 🥹.
I think there is no other sake that goes so well with champagne 🍾 and I appreciate it on its own... delicious 😋.
