The other day, I went to a certain sake store 🚲 and was told that they had a lineup in the back. They have a lineup in the back...Shinsei yan! Flax cat🐈? Spark! So I bought it without hesitation 💰. Sweetness, sourness, and a touch of sizzle... and the unique flavor and aroma of Shinsei... too good 😆. It's not easy to come across... but if I find it, I'll buy it immediately 👍

A wave of push and a wave of pull This concept is exactly what it sounds like! The Omachi also makes for a great flavor expansion in the mouth 🤣. The flavor of Omachi expands even though it's fire-brewed 😆 and then the sake feeling is pulled out while leaving a small lingering aftertaste 🫥. I'm hooked on this one 🎯.

In talking with the clerk, I was recommended to buy one of the multiple candidates for a spick and span, but with good traction! The first day I bought it. The first day I bought it, it had a spicy, muscat-like liquor taste and disappeared before the twang came. On the second day, the spiciness somehow became more vivid! Muscat flavor is also added... and then it disappears 🫥. The taste is a little off to my taste buds, but the presence is interesting 🍶.

The owner told me that the water in Wakayama is soft and easy to drink...indeed👍. It seems to be gentle and mild. The aftertaste is long and the aroma lingers. It is not strong, so it is good when you want to enjoy the aftertaste. But still, it's too cosy!

At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!

The other day, I went to pick up another bottle of sake...one bottle per person in the store! First opened when I went home to my parents🍶. Like the Jikin, it was a beautifully put together and delicious sake 😋.

I think there is only one store in Hiroshima city... I bought it because it was spiffy by word of mouth...! The unique spiciness of the raw sake The punch of Junmai sake Yet, it pulls fast! I hear that they change the pull and fruity difference between different rice varieties. They didn't want the sparkle, but they stuck to the raw sake, and the result was okay... lol... I'm a candidate for a repeat purchase, including for the cost performance 😆.

Repeat! Selling directly from the brewery is a local privilege! I don't want this to spread, but if you include the cost, I prefer it over Shinsei 🍶. No bitterness or twang in the piquancy, no aftertaste! I'm looking forward to the taste change after tomorrow 😆.

Second Nagano Trip Currently on the second day! Simple and tasty! Less piquant than I expected, but I guess the water is still good...it blends easily in the mouth! There is some lingering sake flavor 🍶.

What is this! LOL! Initial reaction...the aroma is melon-like...liquoriness? After...it disappears quickly and the melon aroma remains 🍈. This is a new frontier!

The balance is exquisite! If white wine is good, who doesn't like it 🤣. Slight bitterness in the schwash! Not too much of a boozy zing, but a nice pull. This is perfect for summer! It's a spot item and I don't think they'll have it in stock anymore though 😂.
