I usually enjoy the second day these days, but this is going away... 🥹. Shinsei Cosmos Naokumi rarely available in the first year 🥳. I just happened to get it last year....well, it's delicious! That's all I can say about it! No need to tell... was it difficult this year for the label? It's consistently delicious ✨ Keep track of what you drink 📝. How can you not buy it when you're told it's available 😍. A little negative opinion... Difficulty of obtaining Price Taste ... A little too brandy 🤣.

Compared to the instrument Masamune, which was a day late. Conclusion, Shizenigo is my personal favorite😍. This one is like Kamo Kanehide > Takachiyo Slightly drier than sweet Strangely enough, it doesn't lose its juiciness even after a few days 😳. It tastes like Kamo Kanehide 14, which is a gold 🥇 and convinced 👍. This is so good!

Recently, I have developed a collector's mindset that when I see a sake competition, I want to buy it irresistibly... But now, the same sake brewery is dropping a new one at the same time.... I was wondering why I couldn't just buy one and compare...! So I bought some! First, fuzzy green🥉. Juwari and Omachi? The punch of omachi? A little dryness counteracts the punch. The finish is quick, but the alcohol comes later. On the second day, the juwari becomes more mature, but the overall balance is beautiful 😍. I also opened a bottle of Shizenkou a few minutes ago, and my favorite on the first day was even🥳 lol.

I've always been curious about Hououmida. I've been wanting to try this series for this time of year when hiyaoroshi is a little less my personal favorite ✨. First day Beautiful, like Jun Dai... but something is missing... I thought it would have more impact... Day 2😳 Oh, the umami has more melon, but the pull is simpler... keep drinking it slurp slurp slurp slurp... before you know it, it's empty 🥹... But hey, I guess I'm a Senkyoku guy 😍.

Finally, the last alcohol I stocked up on during my summer vacation 🥹. Hana no Kaori Junmai Daiginjo Sakurabana! Since I went to the trouble of buying it at the brewery, I also bought a bottle of Sandoni Nozomi 👍. Needless to say, the Ninoujozo is... delicious! If the lot is new, the first day it's clean, but for some reason it gets juicier on the second day! It's a healthy one 🤣. Hana no Kou... A little bit of jwah on the first day! The flavor shows the character of Ni no Kozo's production. If Ninosojo is like champagne, Hana no Kaori is like a local sake 🍶. However...I think the first day was the best... The second day tends to be more dry and more sake-like than umami 🤔. I enjoyed it ✨

I couldn't justify the stag beetle at the price... I was also worried about sparklers... but there are sparklers in the back! I'll buy it if you say so... I would like to compare them, but I'll take the back side for now 🙏. First day It tends to be sweeter than Senkou🍋? When mixed with ori, it turns to be more refreshing 🤔. 2nd day Sentori🍋 comes out more clearly I can't stop ✨ I get the impression that the sweetness is stronger than the usual Sentori series. Personally, I can't wait to try it again! It's sweet but not cloying. You can keep drinking it slowly and comfortably. It's delicious! I put the label on my daughter's toy box 🤣.

I hadn't picked it up for a long time because I felt secure that I could always buy it, but I wanted to compare it with Hiran classic. I thought that many of this year's Hiran lacked the impact of flavor that I expected from the comparison... 😳. Nikomaru's stability 😭 More umami change on the second day 😍. The pop of citrusy flavor and sharpness that seems to be typical of Hiraman! Oh my goodness it's delicious 😋. I hear Saido is coming out soon...I'll buy it...right ✨

As far as I remember, it was my first instrument Masamune 🍶. Someday someday someday... but now 😅 This is the most standard one, so it's good to drink to see if you like it or not 👍I bought it on your recommendation I don't feel there is that big a difference between the first and second day. More than melon? More than Muscat? A little bit of juiciness in addition to the flavor of More beautiful than complex. The alcohol aftertaste is also good, and there is a little bit of a long-lasting mouthfeel. If this is the standard, I'd be interested in a brew with a punchy rice or raw series 👀. But this is Masamune! But I don't think it's the type that makes much of an assertion 🤔.

We secured it before the holidays and it's finally on ✨ The bitter taste of the dry eye with the juwa freshness that is typical of Kangiku....Koshihikari? The rice feeling of "Koshihikari" is the first time on the first day and appears on the second day in the latter half of the season? It's a simple and delicious concept that is typical of Kangiku 😍. I wish I had tasted it with other different rice 🥹.

I decided to follow this year's Ohbai Macho Series 💪. First day... Fresh! The taste is strong and not so much umami, but it is beautiful and has some bitterness, and it is a fast dragging pattern without alcohol. 3rd day... Masked man unmasked: ⁉️ The freshness of the juices has gone down a bit, but the umami has spread and the series opens with a beautiful clean taste... it was so good 🥹.

Series 🍶 purchased on a trip to Ibaraki! This is also the 1st place sake of Sake no.1! Let's see what it's like 😃. Simply delicious! I guess that's the expression... It has a good flavor It has a good alcohol taste, too! Well, I guess it's a matter of taste, but I personally prefer Takeyoshi... However, on the 4th day... the alcohol taste did not change much while the umami increased... Series from the Kyushu trip🍶. Hana no Kouka Kaihana🏖️ Compared to Sakurabana, it's more dry and refreshing as the label says. but the fizziness is stronger 🫧. The second day is more rounded and more gobby 😆. Is it distributed in the prefecture? No special distributor in Hiroshima... So even if you want it, you can't buy it at regular price 🥲. However, if you ask me if I would buy it every time because of the price... I think I would rather buy it from Sandoni-Ninoh 😊. I have 2 bottles of Ninou left in stock 😍.

I had a hard time deciding between the one and the two...I bought the one! Last year I didn't go through with it because of the price, but this year I can afford it 😳. ...It has the freshness of the first day, but the umami doesn't spread as much as I expected, and it has a nice sharpness, but... it's not what I expected from Hiran😅. If the umami spreads on the second day... it's not enough... Maybe my expectations for Hiran are too high 🤣. The most recent one was a limited nigori (nigori is a limited edition) and it was too good 😍.

I think it's winter. I was told that it was New Year's, so here it is 😳. I missed the timing to open it and now it's here, but there's also a sweet ten (10 years of marriage) and it's open 🍶. Delicious... 🥺. First day The aroma is more mature compared to previous Daiginjos. Plenty of Jyushidai-like flavor. The bubbles are not assertive, but they are moderate. The sweetness leads the way, but the subtle bitterness keeps the fullness in check. The finish is slightly dry and sharp. 2nd day The chiri-chiri-ness is gone. The chili is gone, but the flavor is still there. ⤴️ The dryness is still there, but the bitterness is almost gone and the umami is growing. I wish I could buy it again...someday I'll have the main round in my hand 🤣.

Another stop on the trip Wakanami, a brewery that is one of my favorite breweries. I was so impressed when I saw the dragonfly because there is no special distributor in Hiroshima 🥺. This year we caught beetles, stag beetles... and even dragonflies: 🕸️ The aroma is not that strong, but there is an initial umami taste plus acidity😍. The alcohol is not too strong for a special pure sake, and the sharpness is as expected of Wakanami...fire-aged special pure sake? I'm very impressed with the price and the year-round series with this flavor 😭 I regret that I should have had 4 gou 😫.

During my trip to Nagasaki, I went to visit one of the breweries that I have been pushing 🙏, the Hananoka Shuzo. We were worried about the roads due to the heavy rain, but we made it without incident and got our long awaited sansho and hana-no-kou ✨. Today, we had a cherry blossom (this is a friend of mine who sent it to me when she went back to Kumamoto... 🤭) At the brewery, I bought 2 bottles of sundo and 2 bottles of hana no ko 🍶. Now, how about the sakurabana: ⁉️ Compared to Sundo More fizzy Not as dry as dry, but with some alcohol and a tendency toward dryness Ni-no-kozo is more umami? But Sakurabana is also delicious. On the second day, it has more of a local flavor, and the sake feeling comes in a bit more quickly, but it also goes away quickly... also delicious 😋. The areas that haven't oxidized are still full of freshness and change is perfect👍 The only drawback is the higher price of Sakurahana Haika in comparison to the other two 😂.

The valor obtained on a recent trip to Ibaraki 🍶. I am drinking I LOVE YOU, but I wanted to try Junmai 🙏 for a more orthodox taste. I love it when it's cold, but when it's warm, the Takeyuki umami comes out gradually and I don't mind the alcohol growth...it's a foodie's dream 😁. I'll be enjoying it with my meals in about 3 days 🍶.

My trip to Nagasaki is over, and I have made a pilgrimage to various holy places. The healing power of Jikin was the first appearance of Jikin after a long time 🍶. Last year, I couldn't drink the Hachitan-Nishiki Hi-Niki, so I finally got to meet it ✨. I drank about a pint of it before I left for my trip... I wanted to reproduce the outstanding taste of the fire-brewed Hachitan-Nishiki I had at the izakaya 🥹. Conclusion...hmmm...something different...but delicious 😍. The first time I opened it, I could feel the slight bubbles on my tongue and the umami of the Jikin. The taste is firm and the pull is a leisurely alcohol feeling. As time goes by, the alcohol growth increases slightly. No more tingling and more umami can be felt ✨. After all, Jikin is exceptional - too stable ‼️

I came to Nagasaki Prefecture for the Obon holidays! We are sightseeing in Shimabara, which is the opposite of Hirado, but we searched for a distributor and found a classic (fire-returned) 🍶 distributed in the prefecture. I had a glass of the classic draft from Mori Shuzo a while ago, but this time it was a fire-brewed version! Gentle pichijuwa! Unlike the typical flavor of "Tobiran", it is more refreshing and has a long alcohol content. The flavor comes out more when it is warmed up, and it is delicious! I wish it was sold all over Japan.
