I happened to find it the other day at a store I frequent...I picked it up about this morning on layaway: 🙇‍♂️ The aroma was not that strong and gave a clear impression. When I drank it, the umami did not expand as much as the aroma suggested, and the bitterness grew from the latter half of the bottle. There is a subtle presence of umami in the bitterness. The alcohol is not that strong, so you can drink it forever 🤣. I'll buy it when I find it as the first sake of the year series 🤣! It's a good one to buy when you find it 🍶.

3rd repeat 🔁. Kijoshu...sake...what is it...one-of-a-kind taste 🎯. I don't know which one this would be if it wasn't a stand alone rating 🤣. Personally, I'll hold out for one cup today because the second day is even better with more flavor 😣. The sweet smell of the wine makes me drink it and it's not as sweet as I imagined it would be. The piquancy is still there and I can feel the alcohol, but it disappears without disturbing me when I swallow it 🫥. Every time I think... what the heck is this?

I was hesitant because of the price... but the clerk who treats me well told me it was the best of the year 🍶... I bought it immediately 😆. Melon type It's not as piquant as Wakanami's Jungin, but the flavor is better. No bitterness in the finish and the Yamadanishiki lingers and disappears 🫥. It's delicious 😋😋.

I've been interested in sake I've been curious about the name Nanamizu...finally got it! Opened the bottle with high expectations 🍶. Well... the umami part is not quite to my liking... the strain is great but where is the Omachi 😅 But...on the second day😳 The umami of Omachi's character is in full bloom! No swelling at all, which I didn't like! It goes perfectly with grilled fish....yum....

Orihara raw! It has been recommended to me by the waiter for some time and I bought it! Not so much piquancy, but it is not too bulky like Yamadanishiki and has a smooth and smooth taste! The bitterness is not too much like Yamadanishiki. The bitterness disappears at the same time. Delicious! It's between Wakanami and Sengoku, my personal opinion 🍶.

Forgot the picture... Day 2! More acidic and lemony than yesterday! It has a fullness like the Sentori series. It would be nice if it had more piquancy, but it continues to be delicious as it was yesterday 👍.

Sake of the Day Hiran Kagura I think this sake is the most suitable for eating with food among all the sake of the "Hiran" series we have had so far! Not too much piquancy, but enough to make you feel like you're eating. Strong in flavor. A little bit of alcohol The sharpness fades away slowly and beautifully. This is a great taste for those who love to drink. The price is a little over 2000 yen...I really hope it doesn't spread 🤣. Reborn is on repeat stock and we'll compare tomorrow 😆.

In the process of buying other sake, we were served this one as well...in terms of taste! It has a bright flavor like Takachiyo, Hiran, Shinshu Kamerei, and Shinmasa, but with acidity and bitterness, and the alcohol feeling does not grow, but recedes! I love it 😍! If the umami gets even better tomorrow...I'll be sure to chase it down 👍! I'm going to go buy it since there seems to be a "orikara" flavor too 🤔.

Purchased Yamada following Yumachi! The taste is clean and refreshing, as is typical of Yamada! It is not alcoholic from the umami, but rather has a bitter taste with a quick finish. The push and pull are of consistent Wakanami quality. I drank it all up: 🤦‍♂️

Fireplace! I got stocked up the other day with another Jishin available 😋. Jikin is very well put together and tasty! I have had Omachi and Senbon Nishiki so far, but I personally felt the sweetness in the umami that is most typical of Jikin. The bitterness switches to bitterness just as the alcohol taste comes out and slowly fades away. On the second day, the initial umami increased more than the sweetness, and it became easier to drink. I wish it were easier to buy...

I'm looking forward to seeing how it differs from the normal cosmos... so I bought it, even though it's more expensive. This is... too good 😳 If I had to make a comparison The moment you put it in your mouth, it's so beautiful 🍶. When it's chilled, it starts off clear, and while you can feel the acidity of the new Masa, it disappears quickly and without any clutter. When it gets a little warmer, the aroma and flavor of Shinsei increases. In conclusion, it's really good 😋!

When chilled, the complex flavor of the rice hits you hard. After that, while prolonging the sake feeling, the impression As it gets a little warmer, the classic sense of umami? One that you will want to drink regularly 🍶. It's fire-aged, but it's still shiny and shwashy 😍. The first day is more acidity than umami, and the last day is a bitterness and a little sake-like. This changes drastically on the second day! The spiciness is still there even though it has deteriorated a little 💪. The umami shows up clearly and the bitterness finishes with the bitterness while the umami remains well until the end. A repeat sake with perfect cost performance 🍶.

I was intrigued by the label... Compared to Kabutomushi, the overall impression is more cohesive, less bitter, and more mature. It has a little bit of hiyaoroshi aftertaste, which is typical of Senkou, and is well balanced. I think I'll use it as a vase when I finish it 🥀 lol

First time in the Red Army Not too much acidity and not too much spiciness. Sourness pulls you through to the aftertaste. Taste is like Shinsei without the aroma of the wooden vat. It has a cohesiveness that allows you to continue drinking it without distractions. ☺️ It's a good sake that hits the middle of the pack in so many ways! More sake I'm interested in 😍.

Since it was 10/1, the bottle was opened yesterday and today is the second day! On the first day, the aroma is unique, and the acidity (is this called apple acidity?) is very strong. The mouthfeel is not so sweet, but there is not so much twang. It has an image of Senkou with little bitterness. 2nd day The aftertaste is more pronounced, but the umami does not change that much (is this because the acidity is stronger than the umami?) Wipe glasses Can wipe glasses rather nicely 👓. Very practical👍

Tomorrow is Sake Day! So the eve of the festival 🤣🍶. I'm personally addicted to Hiran! Reborn which I bought at a recent tasting The piquancy comes first, but the sweetness from the noble sake? The sweetness from the nobori-jozo (noble brewing sake) quickly pushes in! There is a twang afterwards, but the sweetness remains and is irresistible. The warmer it gets, the sweeter it gets 🤩.

I have had the No.6 series from X to S, but this is my first experience with R 😋. Aroma of woody aroma peculiar to Shinmasa. The private lab also has a more umami taste than the ecru, but the initial taste is more 👍. As soon as the spiciness comes out, the umami part disappears and shifts to acidity. Compared to XR, the pull is not as clean, but the acidity and lingering flavors are mixed together and the taste is rather long. However, there is no persistent aftertaste and you can drink the next one right away... I realized again that Niimasa is still good 😆. The only thing is... it's hard to find 🥹.

I was curious about it in a standing magazine, happened to find it and bought it...blunder of not checking that it was fire-returned due to sensitivity 🤣. It was so sensitive that I didn't check that it was fire-roasted 🤣. The flavor is not that strong and goes down your throat smoothly while enjoying the taste of the water. It is not persistent and disappears quickly 🫥. The second day, the umami flavor rises, and I would definitely like to try it when it comes out unfiltered raw.

Takachiyo Halloween 🎃. Purchased at the encounter as they were gone in a flash when they appeared in the store. The flavor is typical of the Takachiyo series! The second day, the flavor increases and it goes down a treat! Juicy with acidity and umami! Easy to drink with not so much twang! Including the price range, it is very cost-effective!
