The aroma is more mature compared to previous Daiginjos.
Plenty of Jyushidai-like flavor.
The bubbles are not assertive, but they are moderate.
The sweetness leads the way, but the subtle bitterness keeps the fullness in check.
The finish is slightly dry and sharp.
2nd day
The chiri-chiri-ness is gone.
The chili is gone, but the flavor is still there. ⤴️
The dryness is still there, but the bitterness is almost gone and the umami is growing.
I wish I could buy it again...someday I'll have the main round in my hand 🤣.
