I had a hard time deciding between the one and the two...I bought the one!
Last year I didn't go through with it because of the price, but this year I can afford it 😳.
...It has the freshness of the first day, but the umami doesn't spread as much as I expected, and it has a nice sharpness, but... it's not what I expected from Hiran😅.
If the umami spreads on the second day... it's not enough...
Maybe my expectations for Hiran are too high 🤣.
The most recent one was a limited nigori (nigori is a limited edition) and it was too good 😍.
