The velvet went right over my tongue.
Even more elegant!
I came back with the last one (a bottle) and a 4-pack of Junmaishu 🚲!
Today I'm pairing it with a low temperature cooked beef tongue steak.
When you take a bite, it attacks your throat.
But after that, sweetness and astringency came.
Delicious!
It's reasonably priced, so I want to keep it on hand!
(If I can buy it...)
(If you can buy it...) Together with salted kombu momi-momi (radish)
Strong sweetness.
And it is very thick and full.
Compared to Junmai.
Today, I paired it with three kinds of sashimi of Indian tuna I bought at Misaki Port, and grilled cheek meat.
I finally got some at Hasegawa Sake Shop!
Gutsy from the moment you put it in your mouth. But elegant.
The complex taste spreads.
It's as good as tonight's entrée, beef stew!
I was able to buy some Collagen!
They were sold out of Yogo bottles, so I came back with a bottle on my back 🚲.
Full, not too sweet, elegant!
I like it.
I just saw a review by someone who is drinking the exact same drink, and hmmm....
It's definitely fruity, with a degree of sourness that I like, and a touch of bitterness at the end. I wonder why it tastes so different!
I like it.
Two days after opening the package.
Right after I put it in my mouth, I felt a stream in my mouth.
I guess it's part of the process of swallowing, but I didn't feel that way last time.
I guess it means that the alcohol has changed since the opening of the package.
We had a bit of a rush at work with all the inquiries, but for the most part, work ended peacefully!
While thanking everyone, we chose the most expensive sake from Kakinuma, Ugo no Tsuki.
After the taste of unfiltered raw sake, which I like, there was a nice taste of sake.
It doesn't taste like the Shinsei or the 24 that I drank yesterday!
The taste of good sake!
I still can't describe it well, is it sweet, fruity or dry....
I have no sense of taste!
