This is my first Laughing Shiki.
It is fruity and pleasant to the palate.
It has a good sourness and a bitterness that comes quickly and lasts until the back of the mouth.
In my image, I thought it would be sweeter, but the sweetness is only at the beginning.
It is a very tasty sake that is easy to drink.
