I followed the instructions on the back and opened the bottle without shaking it, but the bubbles came up to the stopper so I had to wait for the bubbles to settle down and open the bottle little by little. At the same time, there was an aroma of lactic acid bacteria like sweet sake. In the mouth, sweetness, sourness, and fizziness rush in, and a little bitterness breaks it up nicely. There is sweetness, but the sourness stands out like Senkou. The foaming sensation is extra large and the lactic acid bacteria are strong, like Calpis soda. Sake with a strong foaming sensation can be spicy, but this one is not. It's more like an unsweetened Amazake soda than a sake. Even though it's such a unique sake, there's no problem with drinking it while eating. It has a mysterious charm that keeps you coming back for more. I wasn't sure if I should register it as "Snowman" or "Senkin" on Sake no Wa.

Because it is Omachi, the sweetness has a complex flavor that you will never get tired of, and it is so delicious that you can drink it one after another. It is juicy and has a complex flavor that cannot be imagined from the small amount of aroma before you taste it. It can be used as a sake during a meal, but it is best to wait until the sweetness has left the tongue before eating another meal. This is a delicious sake that is sure to be talked about. I can't think of any other sake with a similar taste. I'd like to try a sake rice other than Omachi.
