まさし
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
When the bottle is opened, the sweet aroma is expected.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong sweet taste, followed by a hint of sourness, and then a complex umami including bitterness.
The aftertaste has a slight sawdust smell, but it does not linger, so you can drink it one after another.
It has a complex flavor that is typical of Aizan, and it is delicious the moment you drink it. It is not "delicious" at the moment of drinking, but rather, "Is it good? Yes, it is delicious.
It may be my inexperience that I feel it tastes good afterwards.
The bitterness washes away the taste of the meal, and the umami does not lose to the meal.
On the second day, the sweetness increases and the sawdust smell disappears, making it even more delicious.
