Jikon特別純米火入
まさし
Satisfaction: ★★★★★
The aroma immediately after opening the bottle is discreet but deliciously sweet.
In the mouth, it has a melon-like aroma, sweetness, light acidity, and a slight bitterness.
It has no unpleasant taste or sawdust smell at all, and is simply delicious.
As a food wine, it complements food, but it also asserts itself well.
It is sweet, but it is not only an aperitif.
I had the same hi-iri last year, but I think I found it sweeter and tastier.
It is not easy to buy Jyushiyo, but Jikin is available at Koyama Shoten from time to time, so it is relatively familiar to me.
