Satisfaction: ★★★★★ We went to Sake Masaruya in Machida to try Miyakanbai, which Sakewa recommends as similar to Jyushidai. When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma. In the mouth, strong sweetness, umami, and sourness rush in, and it is crisp without bitterness. It is delicious! Even when used as a food sake, it is delicious with food and sake without bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. Is it like a Jyushidai? I have a slightly different impression. Jyushidai is a bit more emerald-like or greenish melon-like, but this Miyakanbai is not melon-like. It shares the same sweet and sour taste with Jyushiro, but I think this sweet and sour taste is more similar to Kangiku's. It is sweet but sour. It is sweet but has a sourness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. The price of 3300 yen including tax for a jun-dai of this quality is a great value. It is a pity that I could not find it in Sendai even though I have been there many times.

When the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet aroma and a slightly bitter flavor. In the mouth, it has a light sweetness, strong umami, strong acidity, and bitterness, and it finishes quickly. It is like a ripe ruby grapefruit without the aftertaste. The umami is strong and crisp with a strong flavor. The impression does not change at all even if it is served as a food wine. It is delicious. However, there is something a little lacking. If it is meant to be drunk as a mealtime drink rather than as a stand-alone sake, would it be a good match for Nagasaki food? I've never had it before, so I don't know what Nagasaki's seasoning is.

Satisfaction: ★★★★★ This is the first Red Diamond in two years, and the label is red like the Girls' Festival. When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma like Kangiku. The sake has a small bubble on the top of the bottle. When you sip it, the strong sweetness is followed by sourness, which is quickly cut off. The balance of aroma, sweetness and acidity is strawberry-like. It is like strawberry juice, but it has a nice sharpness, so you can't help but drink it in gulps. I don't know if the flavor is different depending on the year or the lot, but it tastes like strawberry, not apple as it did three years ago. When used as a food sake, it has a bitter aftertaste. It seems to be best as an aperitif, which is unusual for Kangiku. Whether it is Denshogiku or True Red, he seems to prefer red labels. I know without a doubt that they are delicious, so I try sake that I don't know even if it is off the beaten path, but sometimes I want to go back to Kangiku. I find myself drinking Kangiku the most because it is available at Koyama Shoten.

Satisfaction: ★★★★★ I had a bottle of Genmai which I bought at Yamazakiya in Eifukucho a while ago. When the bottle was opened, it had a melon-like aroma. The aroma of blue melon and sweetness rush into the mouth, and it finishes crisply with a muscat-like acidity. There is no bitterness or sawdust smell at all. It is so delicious that one can't help but repeatedly say "yummy, yummy, yummy! It is perfectly fine as a food sake. And you will never get tired of drinking it. It tastes emerald green like Jyushiyo or Suidama. Once again, we were impressed by the high level of Genmai.

I chose the sake of Ishikawa prefecture for the sake of Ishikawa prefecture at least. When the bottle is opened, you can feel a little gas being pushed out. When poured into a sake cup, it has a slightly yellowish color and bubbles stick to the inside of the cup. There is a slight smell of sawdust. In the mouth, there is a strong sweetness, followed by sourness and a decent sharpness. It has a strong umami taste, but it is not too strong, perhaps because it has a fizzy feeling. It tastes just like the label says on the back: soft, fresh, and slightly sparkling. As a food sake, it has a bit of bitterness and a sawdust smell, but it's not too bothersome. Satisfaction: ★★★★★ I bought a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai at Yamazakiya in Eifukucho a while ago and tasted it on New Year's Day. When the bottle was opened, it had a melon-like aroma, but it was not too bright and restrained. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami spread out with a gusto, and then you feel a hint of sourness, but then it quickly fades away. It is sweet but not too sweet, not too sour, and just delicious. If I had to compare it to something, it would be like a grape. This is another great sake. I am not an omatist, but I was completely taken in by the complex flavor that is typical of Omachi. It is best as an aperitif, as it tastes a little bitter when served during dinner. I will drink it before a meal.

The rich sweetness of ripe pineapple, sourness, and just a little bitterness in the mouth make for a clean finish. There is no sawdust smell. It is delicious as a food sake without any problem. As always, it is wonderfully delicious. I have had many Hana-yosu, but Miyamanishiki is the most pineapple-like and to my liking. When you put it in your mouth, it is not as sweet as you expected, and it tastes clean and delicious. It also has a tropical fruitiness. Compared to other nigorizake, it is more refreshing and more like regular sake. It also has a high level of nigori-like aroma. It is also delicious as a food sake. It is so good that it could be a 4-star sake, but since I couldn't taste any characteristics, I would give it 3 stars. On the second day after opening the bottle, the umami and acidity increased and it became a delicious sake. I added a star because it was the type of sake that can be enjoyed with different tastes.

The aroma was sweet and fruity at the same time as the bottle was opened. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gorgeous aroma and honey-like sweetness strongly. The acidity and bitterness are not so strong, but the wild umami is very attractive. It is delicious. Even a sake novice can appreciate the taste, but the complex umami may divide the evaluation. While the previous Aizan gave a sophisticated impression, this Fukuro-hari Omachi has a rough charm. It has a bit of bitterness when used as a mealtime sake, but it is strong enough not to be defeated by food. It is a welcome encounter, as it is limited to 150 bottles per year.

There is no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and the sweetness, sourness, and lactic acid bacteria drink-like aroma is like Calpis water, but there is no aftertaste. There is no aftertaste. It is refreshing and not as amazake-like as it looks. It has a strong flavor and is very tasty. It is not too fizzy. It can be used as a food sake, and it makes meals taste even better. Overall, it has a strong richness, but the border between bitterness and richness is not clear. It is perfectly fine as a food sake. It is delicious, but the bitterness is not to my taste. Satisfaction level ★★★☆☆☆☆ I was so shocked by Kawanakajima Genmai that I bought a bottle of nigori at Yamazakiya in Eifukucho. About 70% of the bottle seems to be koji. The bottle was shaken well before opening, but it didn't overflow. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the amazake aroma. When I poured it in, I found a thick liquid. It looked just like amazake. The amazake aroma was felt in the mouth, and after the amazake-like texture and sweetness, it was followed by a moderate aftertaste that was very sharp. I don't sense any ginjo aroma like the so-called Fruits Nagai. Of course, there is enough sweetness that is not sugar like amazake, but the aftertaste is strangely refreshing. The aroma of Genmai lingers at the end. As a food sake, it tastes a little bitter. If you do not evaluate it in the category of sake, but as nigori sake, it is wonderfully delicious. The alcohol content is higher than the impression of 15 degrees, so it will make you drunk if you drink it vigorously.

Satisfaction: ★★★★★ After visiting Kichijoji for some business, I visited Yamazakiya near Eifukucho Station for the first time. I had wanted to try Kawanakajima Genmai for a long time, so I checked the stock and found Yamadanishiki and Kinmonnishiki in stock. When I opened the bottle, the melon-like aroma excited me to no end. When you take a sip, the melon aroma fills your mouth with a flurry of melon flavor, followed by a strong acidity and a strong sweet flavor, and then it is overtaken by a crisp finish. There is almost no bitterness, and the aftertaste is clean with no sawdust smell at all. It is wonderfully delicious. The mouth repeatedly says it tastes good. It is perfectly fine as a food sake, and in fact, it makes rice taste delicious. I felt the same shock as when I drank Jyushiyo for the first time. I realized that it has a good reputation at Sake-no-wa. The sake is brewed by a female toji, and I can safely recommend it to first-time sake drinkers because of its sweet and sour taste, which I think women would like. I was worried that I might not like it since I bought it in a bottle, but I was right. I would like to try nigori sake and Yamadanishiki.

When I opened the bottle, it smelled like pears and a little bit of sawdust. The yellowish color made me a little uneasy, but when I sipped it, the sweetness and acidity were followed by umami and a strong bitterness. There is no sawdust smell. The sweetness is less than what one would expect from "Ni-Rabbit," and is more mature. The aroma is not strong, and the sweetness is not strong, but it does not feel insufficient, perhaps because the umami is strong and sharp. The bitterness is not my favorite, but I had to have another one. It is not my favorite, but I find it appealing. It is not my favorite, but I find it appealing. It is suitable for advanced drinkers who are not afraid of bitterness.
