Bunrakureborn純米吟醸無濾過生原酒SnowFlake
まさし
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
Sweet aroma as soon as the bottle is opened.
Sweet on the palate! Honey-like, ripe mango?
It has a slight sourness and it cuts off moderately.
It is so effervescent that bubbles stick to the boar's mouth, but there is no bitterness.
No sawdust smell.
It is fine as an aperitif, but the sweetness stands out so much that it is more like an aperitif.
It is sweet and tasty, but something is missing.
The fact that it tastes like juice is a negative factor.
Since Koyama Shoten was closed, we went to Kuraya in Machida for the first time.
I enjoyed the sake I had not seen before.
I am a Bunraku fanatic, but whether this sake is Bunraku-like is a mystery to me.
