Oni Yamama! So spicy!
I didn't imagine Yamama to be this hot, but it's interesting in its own way... This kind of experience is also an interesting part of sake.
Ruka-san. When's the last time you had a drink?
She is the one who makes me want to drink at a moment's notice. It's a refreshing drink that's always good, and it's so easy to drink! I like this one!
This sake is called "Horaisen". It was recommended to us as a spring sake with a strong flavor. It is actually delicious.
It was a good stepping stone to two more visits (lol).
Amafurutee. Only one person for the first time in a long time. I've been drinking with more than one person lately, and it seems like it's been a while since I've posted anything.
When I asked the store owner for Yokoyama Goju, he kept looking for it and I was wondering why, but it seems he was looking for "Yokoyama" in hiragana. I like that one too lol.
Mr. Kubota's...Ikuhara...? I think it's unusual.
It doesn't have Mr. Kubota's feeling? The attack is quite strong and opposite to the usual one. And for some reason, it makes me want to eat curry....
The old sake! Delicious!
It has a unique old sake-like feeling, and it seems to be a child that people may not like or dislike. It is delicious, but please choose the right person when you recommend it. If you don't, it will go down fast...?
First time! Ishikawa's sake is often considered heavy, but this one is refreshing. I've been drinking it cold, but I think it's surprisingly good warmed up as well.
It's been about 3 years since I've been to Harushika!
The last time I drank it was dry! The last time I drank it was dry, but this one has a lot of umami. It has acidity and is very rich. This is delicious!
I don't recommend to drink it vigorously because it comes with a big thump, but I recommend it to those who are fine with seared squid as a snack....
It's been a long time since I've been to Kuromatsu Senkozo. My personal favorite ✨
I know I've mentioned this every time, but the "sweet aroma but not sweet" series. This one in particular is very cosy. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but it does make me want to eat meat and potatoes...
I forgot to give it to you.
It's wonderful that you can buy this at convenience stores! It has a fruity aroma with a hint of lychee? It tastes spicy. You can buy it many times, it's very good.
This sake has a sense of being a traditional sake brewed in a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. I think it is good warmed up, but I had it cold to compare. Some people may not like it because of its low whiteness. But as someone who likes the taste of sake, including the impurities, I can only see the merit in that! Unfortunately, they don't seem to be licensed to brew sake, so I can't drink the brands brewed independently - I think that's typical of Tsuchida Brewery.
Mystery Macho WOW!
The name is what it sounds like, but it's so (p)oomph!
It's a little light for my taste, but it's a delicious drink. Thanks to the waiter who recommended this one to me. I'd like to try the other ones.
Delicious! That's all!
I think this is all I have to say about it. It's so complete on its own. Great balance ✨
It has a fruity and slightly bitter taste, so I think it's best to pair it with something sweet and sour, but it's also great on its own, so you can really just drink it by itself and think it's delicious.
It still has a strong, strong, alu feel to it. It is not bad for the price, but...hmmm. It is a sake like sake, so I recommend you to drink it in small doses.
As a Wakayama sake lover, I couldn't miss Chokyu-san.
After all, Wakayama has a lot of rich, mellow sake. It is a very robust sake, so please enjoy it with delicious food!
Hmm? Good cosmetics! I think it's good.
It is fruity, but it has a unique aroma. It's like a Japanese confectionery. It is probably difficult to match it with food, so it is better to drink it by itself or with green tea sweets (my opinion).
It is an old-fashioned sake. Considering the price, I think it's good.
Personally, I recommend letting it sit for a bit after opening. It makes it easier to drink.
