Nanikore Umeje!
The aroma is ale, and I'm sure it comes from the hops. The taste is like doburoku with the bitter accent of beer, and if you like IPAs, you will like it, and even if you don't like IPAs, you may like it because the bitterness is well balanced with the flavor of doburoku.

It's difficult to pair it with anything because it stands alone so well. It's hard to pair it with anything. I think it is better to drink it alone or with something that goes well with white wine or champagne, such as crackers (canapés?) with cheese or marinated salmon....
