Souvenir of Hokkaido from my second son He gave a bottle of Kokushi Musou Daiginjo to his friend! How nice! I gave my mom a reasonable one....well, that's okay lol Thanks for buying it for me even though it's heavy 🙏! First there is sourness, then a hint of sweetness, and finally the smell of alcohol leaves your nose... I guess it's not bad 🤔. I want to try this Junmai Ginjo!

Urakasumi No.12 We had a tasting of Urakasumi No.12! It was fruity and beautiful! It was easy to drink and delicious. ❤️ My friend liked it better than the next one: ☺️ It was perfect with salmon roe rolls!

I finally got the Hakurakusei that was recommended to me by a friend at work! Wow! This is the ultimate food wine! I was so impressed, and it says so right on the back 👀‼️ My taste buds were right 🤪. Extra bonus: I get TERAKOYA's sake infused chocolates every year from a client of mine 😍They are delicious and make me want to drink more sake again 🍶.

The land of origin you've always wanted to drink I opened the bottle and popped it open! Like a cider with a splash 🍶. Dry and crisp! I was expecting a little more sweetness and acidity, but... But... it's easy to drink with its low alcohol content of 13 degrees.

At the brewery opening event, I bought a sake ticket and went to the booth where I could exchange it for a drink. This sake is said to be limited to the brewery, so I quickly exchanged my ticket! Wow! It was fruity and powerful, freshly pressed and hard but very drinkable! I had never had Sasaichi Sake before, but Sasaichi was also very tasty! I also eat sakekasu soft serve lol! Sasaiichi = 331, and it seems that the brewery was having a "kurabiraki" event on March 31 (I only just found out about it lol).

The second bottle is the first left, Jungin. Huh? I think I like it better than the Omachi Jungin from earlier! It has a good balance of light fruity and sourness and goes well with all kinds of food and is a versatile wine that you won't get tired of drinking ✨✨. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy a bottle of HAN at the brewery, but I was happy to be able to drink many different kinds of sake: ☺️

At the Sasaichi Sake Brewery Opening On the way back from an overnight trip to a winery in Yamanashi I really wanted to visit Sasaichi Sake Brewery. It happened to be the day of the brewery opening event. I was so excited! We could drink Tadashi! I was so impressed by the aperitif I had at an izakaya before! The first one is the second one from the right. Yes, it's tangy and delicious🤤! Actually, they are a sake brewery that also makes delicious wine! I personally recommend the Syrah 🍷.

Got this at a liquor store that replaced a former liquor store in the basement of Futakotama Rise. It seems to be a liquor store that mainly operates in Yokohama. Sweet, sweeter than I expected, but the sourness with a hint of 🍓 is just right, so I can't stop drinking it 😄. I don't think it has much of an orikara flavor, but I can feel the female toji's love for strawberries 😙.

On the way home from a full day of eating and drinking, I wandered over to my favorite restaurant 🍶. We were served a lovely spring-like sake that was highly recommended 🌸 It is sweet and sour and delicious! Aomori-esque 🍎 flavor - the name is cute too🐇. The store gave us a bear-shaped towel as a White Day gift 🎁, also cute 🩷. Even grandma? It was a girl's time.

The first Risshun Morning Press My favorite Sentori ❤️ I gave it to my boss as a gift and she said it was delicious. I'm looking forward to the taste opening up day by day 😊. I had decided to drink this after my second son finished his exams! Finally done 🙌 this is good 🐴 too good 🐴. Youthful and crisp acidity with a hint of sweetness and fruity greenness💚. I'll have it while praying for good health for this year 🙏.

A bottle of consecrated sake given to me at work🍶. I tried it at room temperature. I was prepared for a strong taste, but it was surprisingly light! I didn't really feel it as it went down smoothly, but as expected of a 17% alcohol content, it became very warm afterwards. Next time, I would like to drink it lukewarm.

Junmai Unfiltered Raw from Nanada, which I haven't seen much of! The more you chew, the sweeter the rice gets, and the more acidity you get at the end! The more you chew, the sweeter the rice gets, and the more the acid stands up at the end! Delicious 🤍! A deeply flavored bottle! I was going to savor it slowly. but my husband almost drank it 😅.

Local Higashimurayama sake! I think it's Tokyo's No.1 ☝️ I'm so thankful that I can always buy it in my neighborhood because it's local 🙏! I had a sudden urge to drink it and got a bottle of Ras 1 Orikarami! It's not too sweet ori and quite dry shuwa wan! Cool 😎. Gecko 🦎 written as Yamori and read as Okunoimi. This is also cool 😎. I'm glad Toshimaya Sake Brewery returned my insta story😃. The Toshimaya Festa will be held on 4/28! You can drink a lot of sake, enjoy many delicious restaurants, DJ booths, and drink, sing, and dance at this festival ‼️ I haven't been able to make it to the festival yet 😭. I will definitely go this year 🩵!
