Next was a sake I'd never seen before, so here it is. As soon as you take a sip, a very unique habit spreads! What is this? What a shocking taste! Looking at the label carefully, I found a hint of plum flavor? If it's the astringent bitter taste of plum, I'm convinced: 🙂‍↕️ I don't think I'll ever drink it again😅.

My boss took me there again! Lots of sake! Which one shall I try? First, the sake of resurrection 🍶! Dedicated to the Okunitama Shrine in Fuchu! Kokubutsuru Freshly brewed and ready to drink 🙏! Light, clear, fresh, good acidity, delicious. Perfect for summer. ☀️ It exceeded my expectations by a long shot! I have even higher expectations for Kouzuru, which is sure to boost Tokyo's sake scene ♡.

Drinking 🍶 with 3 of my friends from elementary school. It's a girls' night out, so we're going to be cute 🍎. It's 7 degrees alcohol, but it's cute and looks like a juice! You know that apple lactobacillus drink that comes in a container that looks like Yakult? Can anyone tell me if it's an apple lactobacillus drink? It's like a thinner version of Yakult. I could drink a whole bottle of it 🤣it was delicious ♡♡♡♡!

I drank this too on Sunday! I was curious about it. ⛷️ nigori, which reminds me of the Naeba ski resort! Fruity but not too sweet and refreshing, perfect for summer! Ambassa not sweet (nostalgic - taste of my youth 👅) This is a great drink for summer!

Next up is Naruto Tai LED Junmai Ginjo! This one has won the Gold Prize in the Premium Junmai category at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards 2024! It is fruity, citrusy and refreshing! The taste is fresh and citrusy, with a hint of bitterness as you taste it. Tokushima is said to be famous for its sudachi sake (according to my hairdresser who is from Tokushima), and it has a citrusy taste like sudachi. I heard that the invention of the blue light-emitting diode by a company in Tokushima led to the rapid spread of LED lighting around the world, and "LED Dream Yeast" was born by irradiating existing yeast with various types of light from LEDs. It is a rare yeast used only in sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture.

At the hair salon in the morning, I asked my regular stylist where she was from, and she said Tokushima Prefecture! I haven't painted it yet... Tokushima Prefecture. I was thinking that, when I saw on the instagram of my favorite izakaya that Naruto sea bream had just arrived: ！！！！！ Miracle 😁. I invited my husband out for a rare drink! (I wonder if it's happened a few times since we got married lol) First of all, Mizutomai Junmai Genmai I thought it was Miura Mai, but it turned out to be Mizutomai 😅. The sweetness spreads in your mouth! The sweetness of the rice is all over 🌾. It also has a hint of sourness, which finishes off the sweetness nicely. 🙆‍♀️ Recommended for those who like sweetness ♡.

The one I missed last year. I got it this year hoping it would be the one this year 😃. I opened the bottle with trepidation and just a little bit of twisting caused it to start spurting out 💭 I spilled a little bit and was in a hurry 😓. I spilled a little bit and got impatient 😓I wanted to drink it quickly but I had to hold back the fizz and be patient 😅 It looks like calpis soda, but it's dry! It's a bit dry, but it goes down your throat like a beer! It's like a beer, I gobbled it up 😄. I drank the whole bottle and suddenly got drunk 👀🌀 The next day I felt the slightly carbonated nigori sake had a deeper flavor 👍. The beginning of the hot summer, I was in the mood for dobu rock 🎸 🕺.

I'm back for another drink, and I've got one for you. This time with my boss in tow. And we're back for another round of drinks: 🙇‍♀️ The last time we drank "Dake" Honjozo was sweet but this one is dry! This one is my favorite. It has no peculiarities and I never get tired of drinking it, so I feel it goes well with a variety of meals! We also had another Junmai and Jungin after this one - juicy and delicious 😋.

This girl has been quietly sitting in my fridge for the last month. Where did she come from? A lost little stray drinker 🍶. I asked my husband but he doesn't know🤷. The last drink to be compared is Only the first clear distilled water of the first sake. This one is sweet, sweet, sweet. Good for those who like sweet sake. In my opinion, it would have been better if it had a moderate acidity. The owner told me to try it and see how much I liked it 😃. I got it from the owner. The Junmai has more acidity than the Jungin, and you can also taste the sweetness that is typical of rice 🌾. But I could feel some wild nuance, maybe because it was an unfiltered raw sake 🧐. It was an uncomplicated taste! I wish I could learn directly from sake professionals 📖 I still have a lot to learn 🔰!

A familiar restaurant celebrates its first anniversary on Sunday: ㊗️ So we came to the restaurant to celebrate! I didn't know that I could drink "Ippin", which is hot right now because it is reported on TV and other media as a brand offered to VIPs at Dodger Stadium! There was no jun-dai, but there was jun-gin, junmai, and honjyo. We had jungin, junmai, and honjozo. The Jungin has a gorgeous taste, but the sweetness and bitterness are a little wild. It's not the kind of wine that you can drink with food, but rather, it's the kind of wine that you want to savor on its own. I'd like to try the Jun Dai 😋.

I had a glass of Kaze no Mori! I've had it a few times, but this is my first time in a sake crocodile! I opened the bottle and popped it! Nice sound! Shuwa wa wa wa! Slightly carbonated, perfect for this time of year when it's getting hotter! I will drink it while looking at the description on the label 😋. Wow, it's a banana! It's banana 🍌 It's sweet, but the tangy, slightly carbonated taste tightens it up! Delicious! Ripe plums picked at the president's house and made into jam. We also picked some mountain peaches from the company's property and made jam with them. We had it with cream cheese and crackers 😋. Tonight was a time to feel the blessings from the trees and the forest.

Tama's pride matured sake Yaegiku We gratefully opened the bottle! Made from 100% Koshihikari rice grown in Akiruno City and brewed with water from Fussa, this sake is all made in Tokyo! I chilled it well and drank it. First of all, the aroma, is it the aroma of matured alcohol? The aroma is not very strong, but it has a nice, slightly elegant, perfume-like aroma. The taste is dry and well-balanced with just the right amount of acidity. The sweetness of the rice is mellow and delicious. I would like to try it warmed up 🍶.

Last 7 drinks Furoizumi Yamahai unfiltered unpasteurized sake It looks very peculiar and looks like it has a peculiar taste. It is 17 degrees Celsius, so it comes with a kick! This is what is called "Umakuchi"! The bitterness is not so strong, and it is surprisingly easy to drink. I've got a completely stupid tongue, so I couldn't comment on the taste any further 🤪.
