After drinking at Osaka-ya in Kichijoji to Aomi in Tachikawa A self-serve all-you-can-drink store 😄. The fridge with all kinds of sake in it made me so excited 🩷! First of all, we started with the super dry Bakuren! Nice and dry with great umami ✨! It's great to be able to drink all you can drink 👏!

Take home a bottle of this one that you like and drink it at home 🍶. I hope it will support Noto 😊. I also wanted to try some of the "Hiran"! The rice is "Aizan" that survived the disaster, the yeast is Kanazawa yeast, and it is made with the "Namo" yeast that Yutaro Mori, the toji at Mori Sake Brewery, is known for! The sweetness of the Aizan and the acidity of the yeast is irresistible. The acidity is irresistible! I was about to drink too much, but I held it in and drank it gratefully 🙏!

Kaku-uchi Drinking Competition (2) that I went to the other day Kinjaku According to the owner, this is something that is hard to find at kaku-uchi. The owner says that this is something that is hard to find at kaku-uchi and that it is the number one drink that people buy after drinking it at a kaku-uchi. First of all, the sweetness spreads. It has a fruity taste, but it's sharp and makes you want to have another glass 🍶. There are almost no details about the sake on the etiquet. I guess the owner wants you to taste the sake without putting the details on the label. What is good is good 😋.

My friends and I went to Osaka-ya (liquor store) in Kichijoji. I wanted to go there! We were told that we could have a kaku-uchi (corner drinking) session. We immediately tried different kinds of sake! We told the owner what we liked and he chose 3 different kinds to serve us ✨✨. I requested a sweet and sour one 🎤! First, Chiebijin! This is sake! It's like a handsome rosé sparkling wine! I'm convinced that many women buy this for Christmas! It's a dangerous one, low al, sweet and sour and gobbled up lol! Delicious! I want to beg Santa for Christmas lol!

This is the second drink! The picture is blurry... We were served a sake that was not on the menu! Our first Chikuma-Nishiki Jungin from Nagano! It was a delicious sake with a nice matured taste, cinnamon-like flavor, slight sweetness, roundness and depth! I felt my body gradually warmed up. ☀️ It's fun to drink good sake with good friends 😃.

After work with a local mom friend who works a part-time job with me, I wanted to have a drink, a drink, a drink! I had a sudden urge to go to our usual restaurant 🤣🍶. The sake we wanted was sold out 😭. But it was my first time to try Hiyayogoshi Tsururei. I'll have some! I went to kissyo in Futakotama I went to buy Haneya and happened to see the brewer of Haneya. I went to buy Haneya and happened to see the brewer of Haneya at the store! I tasted three kinds of sake, and I liked the one I wanted the most, so I bought a bottle for my boss and one for myself. I tasted three kinds of sake and liked the one I was looking for the best, so I took one home for my boss and one for myself. Fruity and fresh! It's a bit like Jyushiyo! Delicious 😋. My husband liked it so much that if I didn't leave it alone, he would have drunk the whole bottle 😄. I want to enjoy it again tomorrow 🍶! It was a big hit with my boss 👍✨✨.

I wanted to drink the water bird note Get Sandesi at Depa. Jun Dai, a once-fired sake I had it after chilling it The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice is overwhelming, The spiciness is immediately followed by a tangy, yogurt-like, bitter and sour aftertaste. It stimulated my taste buds and was very interesting👍 I wonder if this is a characteristic of rice made from 100% Miyagi grown Kuranohana rice. I'd like to try some of the other ones 😙.

I tasted it at my favorite restaurant (2) It seems to be read as "Koishika". It's also 17 degrees. It tastes quite peculiar. It tastes bitter like some kind of Chinese medicine. Flavor? The owner of the store said it tasted great after eating a sweet melon bread I brought for him 🤣. Maybe it goes well with sweet things! Unexpected discovery 😄

Hiyoroshi Junmai Harazake that I was allowed to taste at my favorite restaurant. It's a very robust sake, with a high alcohol content of 17%, so it's not a strong drink, but a little bit of it. It was my first time to drink TANI-Sakura!

And Houou Mita again! Next to red, black! 100% Aizan Less sweet and tighter impression than the previous Aka-han. This one seems to go well with conger eel. I thought Aizan had a lot of pinkish or reddish labels, but I guess that's just a preconceived notion of Ai❤️? No 😄. I'm not sure if it's a preconceived notion or not, but I'm not sure. I want to become a person who can tell the difference in taste between different brands of rice!

This is your first Gasanryu I see you read it as "Gasanryu". Made with 100% Dewa Sanzan! I don't remember anything about the taste 😭I'm sure it was delicious! Because... 👇. The restaurant is a semi-private room, but next to me through the curtain was a high school classmate! When I called out to him, he thought I was a different person and the conversation proceeded...no, no! I couldn't say 😭It was about 30 years ago. He remembered me on the way home though😅. I'm still a little timid person no matter how old I get 😓.

Next up is Houou Mita's Red Seal 🟥. The jacket is cool~! The sweetness is so gorgeous and it spreads like a shower. I would rather drink this by itself than with a meal 🍶. Hououmida is a definite winner: 🐦‍🔥

Regular sake meeting with my boss 🍶. At a familiar restaurant Premium sake? I had to drink it 😄. I guess this sake is named after a place called Hachimantai Dragon Eye 👀👀, located on the border between Iwate and Akita prefectures? It is dry but has a slight sweetness and a refreshing sourness at the end! It's very easy to drink and I love the taste. This is the first time I've had Washinoo!

Sake Day Tochigi again🍶😄 Last but not least, Houou Mita-sama 🐦‍🔥 I haven't had a chance to drink it since it was buzzed about being Romanized as Phoenix Biden, but the owner of the restaurant served it to me! Pow! The gorgeousness that spreads out in a flash is the best ✨✨This was a big hit with my sake 🔰 friends 👍No complaints 👌. It was a handsome drink that made me happy!

Sake Day Also Sake from Tochigi Sake from Tochigi Rikishi, where there is a cave brewery where we went on our summer vacation. The summer sake was great, so I had high expectations! I wonder if this one was aged in a cave. Well, it was kind of watery and left an alcohol smell...not my favorite type 😭. There are so many different types of sake from the same brewery!

Sake Day is still going on lol Sake from Tochigi - a handsome Nishibori Sake Brewery's limited edition sake that is not available outside their gates! We were served the few remaining bottles. I thought it would be strong in the mouth, but as I bit into it, the sourness turned to sweetness and I was able to enjoy it without hesitation!
