This is the best of all room temperature 😅
It's also very high in alcohol content, and the last one was soggy lol.

I ordered it at room temperature without looking carefully 🍶The label says to keep it refrigerated though!

The brewery's original brewing formula is a collaboration with Symphony Yoshida Sake Brewery yeast!
The 5th glass...I can't remember what it tasted like anymore...lol!

Yamahai unfiltered unpasteurized sake
It looks very peculiar and looks like it has a peculiar taste.
It is 17 degrees Celsius, so it comes with a kick!
This is what is called "Umakuchi"! The bitterness is not so strong, and it is surprisingly easy to drink.

Ibaraki Prefecture, which was not filled in the map of Sake no Wa.
