The last drink to be compared is Only the first clear distilled water of the first sake. This one is sweet, sweet, sweet. Good for those who like sweet sake. In my opinion, it would have been better if it had a moderate acidity. The owner told me to try it and see how much I liked it 😃. I got it from the owner. The Junmai has more acidity than the Jungin, and you can also taste the sweetness that is typical of rice 🌾. But I could feel some wild nuance, maybe because it was an unfiltered raw sake 🧐. It was an uncomplicated taste! I wish I could learn directly from sake professionals 📖 I still have a lot to learn 🔰!

A familiar restaurant celebrates its first anniversary on Sunday: ㊗️ So we came to the restaurant to celebrate! I didn't know that I could drink "Ippin", which is hot right now because it is reported on TV and other media as a brand offered to VIPs at Dodger Stadium! There was no jun-dai, but there was jun-gin, junmai, and honjyo. We had jungin, junmai, and honjozo. The Jungin has a gorgeous taste, but the sweetness and bitterness are a little wild. It's not the kind of wine that you can drink with food, but rather, it's the kind of wine that you want to savor on its own. I'd like to try the Jun Dai 😋.

I had a glass of Kaze no Mori! I've had it a few times, but this is my first time in a sake crocodile! I opened the bottle and popped it! Nice sound! Shuwa wa wa wa! Slightly carbonated, perfect for this time of year when it's getting hotter! I will drink it while looking at the description on the label 😋. Wow, it's a banana! It's banana 🍌 It's sweet, but the tangy, slightly carbonated taste tightens it up! Delicious! Ripe plums picked at the president's house and made into jam. We also picked some mountain peaches from the company's property and made jam with them. We had it with cream cheese and crackers 😋. Tonight was a time to feel the blessings from the trees and the forest.

Tama's pride matured sake Yaegiku We gratefully opened the bottle! Made from 100% Koshihikari rice grown in Akiruno City and brewed with water from Fussa, this sake is all made in Tokyo! I chilled it well and drank it. First of all, the aroma, is it the aroma of matured alcohol? The aroma is not very strong, but it has a nice, slightly elegant, perfume-like aroma. The taste is dry and well-balanced with just the right amount of acidity. The sweetness of the rice is mellow and delicious. I would like to try it warmed up 🍶.

A girls' night out at my favorite restaurant! There was already a wide selection of summer sake! Tsukabotan Zero Shita Nama Shu! It's super dry, but when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness and sourness 🥰 My friend who drank it with me also said it was delicious 😋! I know, right?

I came home from a drinking party with my boss. Oh well, there were four of my husband's soccer buddies at our house! I thought, "Wow! My husband bought a bottle of "Kozan It's sweet, sour and refreshing! Sweet and sour and refreshing! I wanted to enjoy the change the next day, but we all finished it 😅. He also bought me another bottle of Kisan, which I will open at a later date😃.

Last 7 drinks Furoizumi Yamahai unfiltered unpasteurized sake It looks very peculiar and looks like it has a peculiar taste. It is 17 degrees Celsius, so it comes with a kick! This is what is called "Umakuchi"! The bitterness is not so strong, and it is surprisingly easy to drink. I've got a completely stupid tongue, so I couldn't comment on the taste any further 🤪. 5th cup I can't taste it anymore, but I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones. I wanted to try this one too! Isoboast I kind of like Jungin! I thought (suddenly lol), it was delicious! But I was so engrossed in talking that I don't remember the taste...it was delicious! It was delicious 😆. The seaweed salad with choreggi was so good, and the amount of seaweed was huge!

Fourth drink. I wanted to drink this again. Yokoyama This one is supposed to be super dry, but it's rounded, crisp, and has just the right amount of sweetness. It's like a cool adult who can work and is a gentleman 😎! I'm in love with it ❤️ My boss also liked it 👍

Third drink Ibaraki Prefecture, which was not filled in the map of Sake no Wa. I had tasted Raifuku before when the brewery was at Futakotama Rise, but I didn't buy it at that time because I wanted a dry sake... This was my first time to taste it properly! Drinking with the boss at a restaurant with a wide selection of sake Gochi-no-kitate 🙇‍♀️ He bought me a lot of rare sake that I wanted to try. 🙇‍♀️ First of all, we started with "Imi"! I was too drunk to remember what I drank at the beginning! It was a stylish sake that was made with white malted rice and looked like white wine 😭. Anyway, it was delicious lol! My boss gave me this. Tasake in a can! I've never seen it before 👀 one-pack size! 100% Hyakuden rice Polishing ratio 45 Refreshing sweetness with no cloying taste, typical of Junmai Daiginjyo. It is not too sweet, but has a sharp and moderate aftertaste. Because it is so easy to drink, I drank half a bottle in no time without even drinking any water 🤓. With baguette French toast that doesn't look good 🥖. I've never had Momota before 🔰. I hear it's a relatively new sake rice. I wish I could get my stupid tongue to remember that 👅← forget it easily🤪. Thank you MY boss for getting me another can, which I drank very quickly 😊. I'll enjoy some more sake tomorrow ♡!

Children's Day Celebration 🥂. My third son had Coke and I had this. I didn't know summer sake was already available! It's apple-like & a little banana at first, sweet and pretty, but the aftertaste is short and it goes away quickly. Beautiful women make me want to chase after them lol! I think I learned the secret of beauty from sake😂.

The last sake we drank Shiboritate Nama sake I was so drunk I honestly don't remember what it tasted like 😂. The comment on the sales list reads The comment on the sales list says, "It has a round taste with moderate aging." I was so drunk I honestly can't remember what it tasted like 😂! Served with Festa 2024 branded Masu Taru sake! Kagamibiraki (opening of the sake barrel) is very dynamic! The aroma of cedar is very good! I couldn't stop drinking it! I had another glass of sake at the open-air concert! The Seppuku Pistols got me in the groove 🎵 I'm getting drunk 🌀🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪.
