Sake Day (Drinking party with my second son's mother's friends) The manager of the restaurant (a classmate of my second son) recommended a bottle 🍶. It is a sake brewery in Nagatoro, Saitama (my first time!)! Hakusen Jun-Dai Hi Hiya Oroshi! It's not too heavy, but it's a Hiyoroshi sake! It's not too heavy, but has a deep taste with a ripe and fruity flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi!

October 1st is Sake Day 🍶. Drinking party with my second son's mom's friends from nursery school at our usual restaurant 🍻. First time to drink Hakuryu I've had Kuroryu before, but... It has a rather heavy taste.

Hmm? What is this? What is coffee doburoku! Rice and agave made in Oga City, Akita Prefecture, where my mother's family is from! Another rare thing... 🫢. Slowly opening the bottle as it fizzes with mukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumukumuk. The coffee is malty, not sweet. It's like milo (nostalgic) The doburoku is quite mushy, so it's easy to drink with ice. It's easy to drink with ice. It's like a sweet sake, but not sweet. It has a strong character, so I had it by itself after dinner. I wish people would try it - I'm sure there will be many different impressions depending on who drinks it 🤓.

Shiromayumi received as a gift from my boss It's my first time! Ko, re, ha, Delicious! ！！！！！ Does he know what I like? It is exactly my type of sake 🍶. Hiyayogoshi was available at my usual restaurant, so I had one (1 gou)! Koshitsukano Sake Brewery's Autumn Melancholy I ordered it without looking at the contents carefully! I ordered it without looking at the contents carefully 😆I wonder if it's because it's a pure sake that you can feel the strength within the cleanness of a jun-dai. I'm not sure why I can't go on drinking it...what, it's 18 degrees? After drinking a lot of sake, the ladder drink was very effective 🥴.

A friend of mine from Niigata gave me a bottle of white Yukimine and I have been saving it for a long time. Two days of fire and disaster prevention study 📖. I rewarded myself after the course 😆. The sweetness is slightly like cotton candy. The sourness follows and it is refreshing. Good aftertaste! The black Yukimine I had before was very wild, masculine and rugged. If I were to use a Disney analogy, the black one would be the Beast and the white one would be Anna. The black one is like the Beast and the white one is like Anna Snow? LOL! Mr. Kubota is wonderful 👏.

Returned mountain stored in the fridge since before summer Active nigorigo = big eruption experience, and this time slowly pushed in the sink! Close it! Repeatedly, the bottle was opened after about 10 minutes. The turbidity going up from the bottom, combined with the blue color of the bottle, looks like ☁️ in summer. It tastes like a dry rum! It tastes like a dry rummine! Perfect for summer (it's already September lol). Not just a sip, but a gulp! I drank it! The second day's more nigori part was also great, creamy and not sweet! I love nigori!!! ❤️

Souvenir from Toyama from my husband's friend. It's a Famima limited edition lol😆. No aroma, strong alcohol taste, a little dry, not too sweet, not too fruity 😗. I didn't really like it, but if I try it at room temperature, it might be a little different. But it was my first Toyama sake, so I'm glad I got to map it out 😆 thanks 🙏✨✨. Today is the end of my summer vacation 🌻I'll start working hard again tomorrow 💪!

Visit Shimazaki Sake Brewery in Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi I was curious about a sake brewery called Dokutsu Sake Brewery. I went there! And I tasted a delicious sake as a souvenir! Toukishi Soukai Jungin Drunken Summer I took some home and enjoyed it right away! I can't taste the 🍉 but lol It has a refreshing taste, but with an apple-like sweetness and sourness. apple-like sweetness and sourness I put ricotta cheese from Senbonmatsu Ranch in my salad with my homemade dressing🍯🍋🫒 and it goes perfectly with this drink 😃. I'm sure I'm enjoying the aftermath of my trip at home as well: ☺️ Now I want to take a relaxing sake trip to Tochigi!

Overnight trip to Nasu Shiobara At the inn, dinner was all-you-can-drink with a variety of alcoholic beverages! Here was all-you-can-drink sake! Fukuju Matsuno-i from Hakuso Sake Brewery Alcoholic aroma of the sake Not too sweet and not too spicy, just right for an evening drink! And I think I can taste a nice sourness in Tochigi sake...is it just me? This time, I was traveling with my second and third sons. Since I'm the only one who loves sake, I wanted to visit liquor stores, but I held back this time😅. We drank 🍺 beer 🍺 sake 🍶, wine red and white, sparkling 🤍 and too much 😆😆.

at the end of a drinking contest Asahi Koh This is also my first time to try it. Wow! I like this one 😊. Slightly sweet and sour with a nice kick at the end. Well balanced 👌 I got a butter cousin (green tea bean paste) as a souvenir from Nasu and it was delicious 😋. I'm going on an overnight trip to Nasu Shiobara for summer vacation!

The next drink comparison is "Ten-taka". My first Tenryaka 🦅. Thin 🟡 yellowish and dry! This was the driest and most powerful! My eldest son went to Nasu Highlands with his girlfriend and seemed to be healed by nature! I love summer vacation 🌻I think I'll go there too!

Souvenirs from my eldest son's day trip to Tochigi🍶. He requested sake as a souvenir in advance 🤭. My eldest son doesn't know much about sake. He only remembered "Ona" because I had called it so many times. Happy drinking comparison☺️3 bottles! First, Ona! It tastes different from the raw Ona! It has a dry taste with a moderate sweetness, and the acidity comes out slowly when you bite into it. I would like to taste it with dried fish. Suddenly I want to eat seared eihire.

At the company launch This summer, we enjoyed a party at a restaurant with good sake (and good food, of course). We started with a Kubota Junodai (forgot to take a picture...), followed by a Ganki. It is a junmai unfiltered sake, but it is fruity and full-bodied! I drank it with a grin on my face... Nitari!

And finally, this one 🍶. I think this is my 7th drink. I was so drunk that I ordered it without looking at it carefully! This is the best of all room temperature 😅 It's also very high in alcohol content, and the last one was soggy lol. So I don't remember the taste anymore 🙇‍♀️ Thanks to my boss who always buys me drinks, food and conversation with such a clumsy person like me 🙏.

Sake from Shimane I ordered it at room temperature without looking carefully 🍶The label says to keep it refrigerated though! It smells like alcohol! It's 18 degrees. The bottle had only a few bottles left and was stored at room temperature... I wonder if the taste has been changed?　I wish I could have tried it a little fresher 🤔.

Next was sake from Noto! I had never been to Ishikawa Prefecture before! The brewery's original brewing formula is a collaboration with Symphony Yoshida Sake Brewery yeast! The 5th glass...I can't remember what it tasted like anymore...lol! But I think it was a well-balanced and delicious sake 🍶😄 sorry for the roughness 😅
