Visit Shimazaki Sake Brewery in Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi
I was curious about a sake brewery called Dokutsu Sake Brewery.
I went there!
And I tasted a delicious sake as a souvenir!

I took some home and enjoyed it right away!
I can't taste the 🍉 but lol
It has a refreshing taste, but with an apple-like sweetness and sourness.

I put ricotta cheese from Senbonmatsu Ranch in my salad with my homemade dressing🍯🍋🫒 and it goes perfectly with this drink 😃.
I'm sure I'm enjoying the aftermath of my trip at home as well: ☺️
Now I want to take a relaxing sake trip to Tochigi!
