Drinking party at my friend's house where I work part-time 🍻. 4 of us brought our own homemade food and had a gorgeous party 🥳! Beer, wine, sake, whiskey, awamori and many more 😆. It was the first time for me to see the appearance of the party and it was the first time for me to see Sugata! It seems to have been sleeping for a while in the fridge at my friend's house we visited, so I'll have to drink it soon 😁. The first sip had a delicious taste of rice and a fruity sweetness, followed by a sourness and finally a bitterness! It's a very alcoholic 💪 and tasty and deep tasting sake 🍶. The party went on non-stop from noon to night 🕺✨🤣.

First time in Tottori Prefecture 🍶. Shigeru Mizuki was from Tottori Prefecture, wasn't he? I went to the cashier immediately 🤭 because the one-cup was the last one. Mmmm dry! My husband made seafood rice bowl and grilled yam with cheese. It was the Konaki Grandpa that seems to go well with all kinds of meals 👴.

The last five yakitori restaurants I actually love Nabe-sama! However! I didn't upload it to Sake-no-wa at all! I had Nabe-sama as my icon until a while ago 🤭. I can't go wrong with Nabeshima no matter what I drink and everyone loves ‼️ 😍! I was so drunk that I don't remember the details of the flavors 💦all I remember is this...! Fourth Yakitori restaurant with my boss. This is my second time at Mimuro Cedar and my first time at Orikarami! I can't get enough of it if you like ogara-mi! Milky and refreshing ✨✨and easy to drink at 13 degrees! I drank it all up in no time! Just as I was drinking this, my second son appeared at the store 😀 He came to pick up his car that was parked near the office. My boss said, "You should go out for dinner! and he bought me a drink 🤩. My boss was so friendly that my second son and I struck up a conversation and the yakitori restaurant became a consultation room for our problems 🤣I'm glad we had a good meal and were able to discuss our work problems, my second son! Thanks to my boss 🙏.

Second bottle at a yakitori restaurant. What does sake made in Minato Ward taste like? I wonder what sake made in Minato Ward tastes like? Bon appétit! Not so fruity and quite dry, maybe because it's a pure sake, but somehow powerful 💪. The alcohol feeling comes on strong (I'm sorry I'm not very good at expressing it. 🙇‍♀️). Maybe it's because it's been a while since I had a sake day 😀.

First sake in 15 days 🍶. Last month I had a hangover, not a hangover, at a company drinking party, and I couldn't accept alcohol for a while 🤣. I'll start with a lick 🍶. I had this sake last year at a restaurant I was familiar with and was so impressed with the taste that I bought it on the website of Toshidaya! Houou Mita Nikko Yumesasara The moment you put it in your mouth, you'll feel the sweet and sour taste of strawberries ✨. It's delicious! I was impressed again and knocked it down before I even drank half the bottle 😴. I must work on my sake training 🍶💪.

At a New Year's party with my boss My friend introduced me to a restaurant with a good reputation and I went there immediately 😊. It's an upscale little restaurant. I can only go there with my boss (I can't afford it 😆) We started with Toichi, a first for both my boss and me. (But first, a toast 🍺😁) I see it's a Saga sake! It's a Junmai sake, 17 degrees. It's fruity and a little bit dry, with a touch of zing, and it's very sake-like (because it's sake 😄). It goes well with fish.

I drank it on New Year's Day but forgot to upload it to Sake-no-Wawa😅. Happy New Year Sake is Masayo🤍. I have a mommy friend who is a Masayo-san, so I kind of feel close to her without my permission lol. Light, clear and smooth! It goes well with hot pot 🍲. I've been making a lot of silly mistakes since the beginning of the new year, so I need to cleanse myself with a moderate amount of sake to clear my head! I'm going to have to clear my head with a moderate amount of alcohol 😁.

It's been a while since I've had a drink 🍶. So today I'm going to have a light plum wine made with sake. I tasted this when the brewery was in the basement of the Takashimaya Department Store in Futagotama, and I liked it because it was the best plum wine I've ever had 😍. It's served on the rocks 🧊 with a sweet sensation😋 with 11% alcohol content. The sake brewing is more rounded than shochu plum wine, combined with the sweet and sour taste of the plums, squeaky! Great after a bath! I drank it in gulps as if it were juice 😛 It sinks into all your internal organs 🤪.

Kagoshima get! Only a few more maps of Japan left 😃. The liquor store recommended to chill it in the fridge and heat it up when you drink it. But for now, I'll have my first glass cold 🍶. First of all, the aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, the bitterness and sourness come at the same time, and later on, you will feel a tingling sensation on the tip of your tongue. I was expecting a more robust sake. This could be good ✨. I wonder how it would be if I heated it up...it's only 300ml so I might drink it all in the hiya 😅.

It's the company's year-end party! My boss ordered Okunokami, and the owner responded to his order and stocked it well 😊Azamaru! It was even better than I expected and everyone was satisfied! It was full of rice flavor and not too fruity, which is unique to Junmai. ☺️ Even those who usually only drink heated sake said this sake was delicious and took pictures of the labels! I'm kind of happy about that😍. The white broiled eel and moku-no-kami are perfect❣️

I got 🟢 a green can of Funaguchi! I bought 2 cans and gave one to my boss because there were only 2 cans left 🤗. It's a little fresher than the regular FUNAGUCHI cans! The sweetness still has a banana🍌 feel (or so I think). It's 19 degrees so you'll get drunk easily 🥴. It's so sweet and tasty that you can't help but drink it 😍. Sweet schwarzwine is my boom these days. I'm not sure if I've ever had the OCEAN99 series before, maybe for the first time. I don't know if I've ever drank Kangiku 🤔. I'm going to drink it now! There are some bubbles in the glass, too 🫧 The gasiness is nice. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, it has a muscat flavor and a nice bitterness that gives it a nice kick. I drank it in one gulp and now I'm fighting sleepiness that came all at once 😆.

My mom's friend from Niigata always gives me Kubota sake as a gift, and this one is called "Mitsumitsu" made by the Kubota brewery! Jun Dai, Yamahai, Gohyakumangoku! It is served at room temperature! There is no hint of ginjo aroma, and a slightly ripe, mellow sweetness spreads in the mouth. After a light bitterness and a touch of alcohol, it quickly becomes crisp and clean. It is a bottle that should be savored slowly, but not gulped down in small sips!
