Sake Brewery Fest in Sakura Town The last one is Chichibu Nishiki's Summer Limited Edition Sake in a jar! It's a honjozo, but with a rice polishing ratio of 60%, it has a ginjo quality, which adds mellowness and richness to the taste! But it's a 20-percenter, so maybe just enough for a tasting! Dangerous ⚠️ The most popular sake among my friends this time was Chichibu Nishiki's Yamadanishiki Dry Junmai Sake from their craft sake series! By the time I tried to sample it, it was already sold out😭. But we had already had it once when we visited Chichibu Nishiki's brewery 🤣. I guess I forgot what it tasted like because I was so busy gawking at the handsome mannequins at the brewery 🤪. I'm attaching a photo of the mannequins from back then 😁🤳.

This one from the sake brewery festival was also delicious! I think this is my first time to visit Kamaya! Hideo-san! Nigori (nigori) with 11% low alcohol content, not too sweet and refreshing! There were also food stalls outside the festival site. We also had a bottle of Noro Golden, Tokorozawa's local beer, and the old ladies were excited 🤪.

The sake brewery festival will continue for a while 🍶. Mr. Igarashi of Igarashi Sake Brewery I love it! This one did not disappoint either! The sweetness comes in the mouth, and a subtle fizzy sensation is felt in the back of the throat. The tasting was in a small plastic cup with a ticket, but I'd like to have some more 🤤. We enjoyed it while listening to a talk by Shizuka Midorikawa, a sake taster (actually, I was so engrossed in the sake that I didn't listen to the talk at all😅). This was my first visit to Sakura Town and it was interesting just to look at the building 👀. There are various exhibits inside, but you have to pay for them 😅.

Visit Tokorozawa Sakura Town in Kadokawa🌸 Sake breweries in Saitama Prefecture gather I went to the sake brewery festival 🍶. First of all, I wanted to try Koshu Umebayashi! I started with a special junmai, which is their most popular sake. It's delicious! Delicious! The pleasant mild sweetness of the rice was well utilized! It was a good salt 👍(only for Koshu Umebayashi lol)

The annual physical examination is always in Shinjuku After the checkup, we go straight to Miyazaki Pavilion. Of course, to get some sake! There it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is! It was a little dry, but had just the right amount of sweetness and umami from the rice, so before I knew it, I was chipping away at my sake 🤭. Finally, I was able to paint it in Miyazaki Prefecture colors 👏. The "brown sugar fure" I bought as a souvenir was delicious, just like steamed bread 😋.

Nice to meet you at Kiracho! It was easy to drink with a fresh sweet taste like muscat and a clean bitter taste 🍶. The snack was a simple stir-fry! I put frozen spinach in the bowl...hmm? What? Something is different 🌀 Wow! Chives are in the mix 🤣. I totally misjudged 🤓I knew I would do it someday 😇 I suddenly changed it to chives and bean sprouts 🤭.

Last month, I went to Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for sake. A bottle of sake I purchased on a visit to the "Koyama Shoten I was thrilled to find it here, as I had not been able to come across it before! The aroma is very fruity! I thought it tasted fruity too, but the sweetness was so pronounced, like cotton candy or strawbaked rice cake, that I couldn't help but say "sweet! I couldn't help but say "sweet! To be honest, it wasn't my favorite sweetness, but when I drank it a few days later, the sweetness had calmed down and the bitterness had been added to the flavor to give it a good taste👍. Sake is fun to taste the changes in flavor 🍶. My husband gave me an eel and sweets from a convenience store for Mother's Day, and my second son gave me sneakers, coffee, and a mug 🤭.

I've been curious about this for a while. Glasses only! What does that mean! It was made by brewers who all wear glasses! I see 🧐. The former glasses girl 🤓 will have it! Sweet and sour! Sourness is more dominant. I love the tangy feeling 😋. Little bitterness, a little tangy on the tongue, and a clean aftertaste ✨. I can gobble it up 😊. I have one more favorite bottle! I used to wear 🌀👓 because I was very nearsighted, but I got LASIK almost 20 years ago, so I'm out of glasses. My second son's work is related to ophthalmology, so I feel some attachment to the Landolt rings for eye exams ~ 👁️

We've run out of alcohol😭 When I was crying, my husband said I was crying and my husband said, "Why don't you try heating up the Hakkaisan we have at home? He said Oh, I knew you had it in you! I didn't know that was possible! This was a bottle given to me at the company's ridgepole ceremony. I'm not a big fan of sake, so I've been sipping on it, but this is the first time I've had it warmed up. Let's see... I'll try it at 40°C at first It's still a bit alcoholic, but it's getting more rounded. Next, I'll try it at 60°C Ahhh...! It's rounded out and easy to drink 🍶. On a hot day like today, chilled sake goes well, but heated sake might be nice sometimes too 🤓.

This is my first Shuho! I've always been curious about the cat label 🐈‍⬛ It has a handsome sweetness like ripe grapes. After the sweetness, it has a tangy spiciness and a sharpness. It's been a while since I've posted here: 🙇‍♀️ I was able to get it in the season of cherry blossoms🌸 I took it to a friend's house and it was well received, so I made one for home 😙. A perfect sake for the cherry blossom atmosphere! The bottle is light, sweet and sour and lovely! When mixed with the light bitterness at the bottom of the bottle, it looks like It's as beautiful as the cherry blossoms dancing in the air ✨✨. I hope to enjoy it again next year🌸 It's been a while since I've opened Sake no Wa because my respected boss has been hospitalized due to health problems... I've been so busy with work that I haven't had time to spare both physically and mentally😭. I'm relieved to hear that his health is finally improving and he seems to be on the way to recovery 🍶 I suddenly felt like drinking 🍶. I'd be happy if I could have a drink with my boss again 🍶.

Drinking party at my friend's house where I work part-time 🍻. 4 of us brought our own homemade food and had a gorgeous party 🥳! Beer, wine, sake, whiskey, awamori and many more 😆. It was the first time for me to see the appearance of the party and it was the first time for me to see Sugata! It seems to have been sleeping for a while in the fridge at my friend's house we visited, so I'll have to drink it soon 😁. The first sip had a delicious taste of rice and a fruity sweetness, followed by a sourness and finally a bitterness! It's a very alcoholic 💪 and tasty and deep tasting sake 🍶. First time in Tottori Prefecture 🍶. Shigeru Mizuki was from Tottori Prefecture, wasn't he? I went to the cashier immediately 🤭 because the one-cup was the last one. Mmmm dry! My husband made seafood rice bowl and grilled yam with cheese. It was the Konaki Grandpa that seems to go well with all kinds of meals 👴.

Fourth Yakitori restaurant with my boss. This is my second time at Mimuro Cedar and my first time at Orikarami! I can't get enough of it if you like ogara-mi! Milky and refreshing ✨✨and easy to drink at 13 degrees! I drank it all up in no time! Just as I was drinking this, my second son appeared at the store 😀 He came to pick up his car that was parked near the office. My boss said, "You should go out for dinner! and he bought me a drink 🤩. My boss was so friendly that my second son and I struck up a conversation and the yakitori restaurant became a consultation room for our problems 🤣I'm glad we had a good meal and were able to discuss our work problems, my second son! Thanks to my boss 🙏.

Second bottle at a yakitori restaurant. What does sake made in Minato Ward taste like? I wonder what sake made in Minato Ward tastes like? Bon appétit! Not so fruity and quite dry, maybe because it's a pure sake, but somehow powerful 💪. The alcohol feeling comes on strong (I'm sorry I'm not very good at expressing it. 🙇‍♀️). It's been a year since I've been able to visit an upscale yakitori restaurant that opened near my office. I begged my boss to take me there 😃. I want to eat Yakitori, but the real purpose is this! Jyushiyo-sama 🍶. It was my first time to try the orthodox Honmaru! It's so smooth and sweet ✨That's delicious 😋! Sake engine kicked in at once 🍶!
