Akebono-iro peach liqueur
This is a peach liqueur with sake in it that I bought on a trip to Aizuwakamatsu. Delicious sake made with peaches from Fukushima Prefecture. It's dangerous to drink it all at once because you don't feel the alcohol so much.
Since it was a BBQ, I brought some sake that I got as a gift. It was a Ginjo, which I don't usually choose myself. It was fragrant, sweet, and very easy to drink.
We drank this sake at a food stall on our trip to Hakata. Unfortunately I only took a picture of the menu, but it was a dry sake that goes well with oden and yakitori.
A gifted sake from Fukushima.
We recommend drinking it cold or at room temperature. It is crisp and clear when served cold, and a little sweet when served at room temperature.
I bought this sake on a trip to Aizuwakamatsu.
I imagined a refreshing taste from the name "Aizu Musume", but it tasted like a mature woman who knows both sour and sweet.
It's been a long time since I've been to an izakaya in my neighborhood.
There was a rare hiyaoroshi, so we ordered it. Easy to drink and delicious.
It is a hiyaoroshi made with Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice.
It has a gorgeous aroma, and since it's made at 16 degrees, the alcohol pushes out lightly and smoothly.
The aftertaste is fresh and crisp.

It is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo.
The first sake from Kumamoto. The label is lovely.
I felt a little gas when I opened it. It was a little tense, so we enjoyed it slowly. It was easy to drink at the end. The sweetness is little.
Sakurahana is brewed with 50% Yamadanishiki from Wamizukicho and No. 9 yeast + 1801 yeast to give the impression of spring. It is fragrant, delicate, and gentle, with a gorgeous, rice-like flavor that is broken up by a positive bitterness, like a floral snowstorm.
I drank this at the launch of a celebration.
The description said it was Muscat, but it had a sour taste, but I didn't feel it was Muscat.
The alcohol content was lower than normal at 13 degrees.
It is a famous sake, but I have never had it, so I bought it.
It has a fruity and mellow aroma. It has a sweetness and a lingering aftertaste that I like.
This was the first izakaya I opened this year after the emergency declaration.
We had it chilled, but it was easy to match with meals, and could be served warm.
