Unrefined Junmai Sake, once hiki-ire
In order for our customers to enjoy the original flavor and richness of junmai sake, freshly squeezed junmai sake is stored in cold storage without filtration, and then hi-ire is performed only once during bottling.
The aroma, complexity, and depth of this junmai sake are different from those of light sake. You can enjoy its rich, deep flavor and the delicious taste of rice that can only be experienced with unfiltered sake, along with strong dishes.
