Sake received as a souvenir from Gunma. The label is fancy. Easy to drink for a dry sake. Junmai-shu is a must for dry sake drinkers. For a sake like Higen Higen was created with the desire to create a sake that customers would dream of tasting again. The sake is brewed in the lush greenery of the Azuma Valley in Gunma Prefecture, known as the "Yabakei of Kanto," and uses soft water from the Asama mountain range. The sake is brewed at an altitude of about 600 meters above sea level under the slogan of "making sake that goes best with vegetables in Japan. Spiciness and deliciousness. A solid drinking experience. A very dry sake with a sake strength of 15. Zankara, which means "cutting spiciness," is recommended for those who want to taste the true flavor of sake. It is a regular sake that can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures.
