Sake from a small sake brewery in Oita Prefecture. I found it during a trip to Oita.
It is surprisingly delicious that such a sake can be made with only rice and rice malt. I would like to order some.
My parents and the liquor store recommended it to me, so I bought it.
It is sweet and fruity. It was delicious even at room temperature.
