This is a bottle of Feiroki that I was able to buy in the store in July. I opened it at my parents' house for the Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day. It is a little yellowish in color. There is no ginjo aroma. In the mouth, I could feel a slight citrus nuance like a Kirin lemon in the dark flavor. The aftertaste is long. It's not outstanding, but it has a good balance. This is the type of wine that would be better to drink with a meal than to enjoy alone.
It smoothly enters the tongue. Smooth on the tongue. It doesn't have that strong an impression at first, but as it goes down your throat, the flavor seems to come back.
Five million goku. 50% rice polishing ratio. It is juicy. Delicious. They recommend consuming it within two months of the date of manufacture, but it is still delicious even if it passes.
