Purchased at Kobe Shushinkan. This is a raw sake directly from the brewery.
A very beautiful sake with a sweetness followed by a firm spiciness.
It tastes great in a cup, but a white wine glass brings out the sweetness of the sake. Delicious.

It has a sweet taste when it comes in, with a spicy aftertaste.
I think it is best to drink it in a white wine glass at a temperature that is not too cold (10-15℃?). I think it is good to drink it in a glass of white wine at a temperature that is not too cold (10 to 15 degrees Celsius?).
