Purchased at Kobe Shushinkan. This is a raw sake directly from the brewery.
A very beautiful sake with a sweetness followed by a firm spiciness.
It tastes great in a cup, but a white wine glass brings out the sweetness of the sake. Delicious.
I opened it and let it sit for a day before having it.
Slightly "masculine" sake 🍶.
I think it is recommended to drink with a cup.
Postscript: 3/5
After another day of drinking, the peculiarity is gone and it tastes a little more like a beautiful sake. Personally, I think I prefer this one.
Purchased at 7-Eleven.
It has a sweet taste when it comes in, with a spicy aftertaste.
I think it is best to drink it in a white wine glass at a temperature that is not too cold (10-15℃?). I think it is good to drink it in a glass of white wine at a temperature that is not too cold (10 to 15 degrees Celsius?).
It was served with cheese dashi soup stock.
It was rich and delicious, like drinking carbonara...!
(I don't know how good it tastes by itself, so I would like to drink it by itself someday)
Sweet and mellow. It is delicious even when drunk on its own.
I think it would go well with bonito because of its region of origin, but I drank it without bonito.
I'll try again next time...
