First time getting the standard summer sake. First, without ice. Sourness is the main taste, with a strong rice flavor. It was recommended to drink it in a wine glass😋🥂, but if you drink it in a rocks glass🥃 with ice, the acidity is a little lessened. It was a bit bitter, but I didn't mind at all. Best when chilled 🍶‼︎
