I bought it at the Hayashida Sake Shop near Kokura Station in Fukuoka. It seems that this sake is not widely available, but the family of the liquor store owner's mother runs the brewery, so there are many varieties. I bought a bottle of the Omachi 60, which was popular by word of mouth, but the Omachi unpasteurized and unfiltered was fruity, tasty, and very tasty (this was a special junmai).
I felt it was quite fresh, even for Tsuneyama. It's a very different image from the usual Tsuneyama. From the aroma, it smells sweet. I prefer this one! Funaba-kumi (direct pumping)
This is also an event-related Sakahomare sake. It's not Junmai, but Daiginjo. It's 50% polished, but it's quite yellow and smells like it's aged (why?).
