I got this bottle when I went to Toyama the other day. I chose it because I thought it was a brand not available in Tokyo. As the phrase "sweet, umami, and acid resonate with each other" says, it tastes like drinking a fruit wine.

Takarazan was recommended at the shop. It is said that Koshihikari rice is used as the sake rice, and that is why it has a soft, blurred outline and an acidity that lingers on the tongue. I had a strong image of Niigata's sake being light and dry, but I felt it was quite different.

When I went to the store, I was told that Hiyaoroshi was now available, so I bought it. The taste is familiar from my time in Hiroshima, but the clear feeling and the lingering aftertaste are as expected. I enjoyed it very much.
