Sake-no-wa commemorative 100th bottle (I realized later that it was the 99th bottle due to a bottle of sake being covered lol). It was the 99th bottle (I realized afterwards that it was the 99th bottle because of a flask. It has been one year since it was shipped. It is a sweet and sour ecru. The peculiar aroma that I felt at the time of ecru? I don't like it. I like strongly acidic sake, but is this an old-fashioned aroma? Is it a lactic acid aroma from the sake's traditional sake making process? What is it? I would like to try a freshly made Niimasa.

Good evening, Mitsuta24!
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉.
I'm sure there are many different kinds of sake that go well with some and not with others🍀.
I'd like to try a freshly made Shinsei too 🎵
I hope you continue to enjoy your sake life 😊.
