The silky oli, with a good amount of bitterness and a crisp, dry taste that comes out with a bang from within the silky oli, is superbly balanced. ❗️
Fresh and crisp at the start and sharp and dry at the end, this is one of my favorite bottles. ‼️
It was a winner with fried or stewed food 🤤🤤🤤.
