★★★ Sour and clean dry. Not too much fragrance, so it goes well with any meal. I looked it up on the internet and found that it's perfect as a food wine, which makes perfect sense! It's refreshing and easy to drink! I tried it hot and cold, but I preferred it cold.

★★★★★ Found at Yamaya! I love Ichinokura Mukanjyo for its reasonable price. I found this Ichinokura special junmai sake, so I bought a dry one and a sweet one. I found the dry one to be more refreshing when drunk cold. It just goes down so smoothly! Kiken! When I heated it up, a tingling sensation appeared in the dry one. Gas? Why is that? Strange! I preferred the sweet sake to the hot sake because it was more balanced. If I drink it hot or cold, maybe next time I'll buy a bottle of sweet sake...? I liked this one better than the Mukanjikan! It's a special junmai sake, so you can't always buy it. Too bad! Both were delicious and reasonably priced, and I finished them in no time... Maybe I drank a little too much.

★★★★ No!!! Sparkling is always good no matter how you do it! I was going to drink a little at a time because it was too good! I opened ...... and immediately finished a bottle! Because it tastes so good! I wonder what it is? Just a little swirl makes it easier to drink at once. Just a swig makes it easier to drink, really, what is it? That's right! I'm drunk now! Anyway, I'll be buying this again as soon as I see it! Thanks for the food!

★★★★ I've seen this at Sake-no-wa. I was really curious about it... I'm a local, but I couldn't find it... I finally found it at a sake bar in Mito station. (By the way, the sake bar was great!) It's a bit spicy at the beginning! When it goes down your throat, you can smell the slight aroma of koji rice malt in your nose! I felt it was sweet!

★★★☆☆ The first sake brewed. It is said that "only the first squeezed drops of the first new sake brewed are collected". What a precious thing! Collecting the first drops... that must take a long time and be a lot of work! Imagining such a thing... and then eating it gratefully, I feel it tastes even better! It's right in between sweet and dry. This is how I like it! Fruity, a little bit crisp, and delicious.

★★★★ Last winter I got hooked on hot sake. My boss, who loves sake, told me that sweet sake is the best for heating sake, so I bought this one to try. It's delicious and slightly sweet! Isn't it good to heat sake? It's like... the same warm feeling you get when you soak in a hot spring. This MUJUJUJUJIN is also the most cost-effective! I buy it by the bottle. Reasonably priced and delicious...pretty much unbeatable!

-Jan. Yamadanishiki 2022 Junmai Ginjo ★★★★☆ Hiyoroshi 2022 Junmai Ginjo ★★★★ -Mr. My favorite Saku. We compared two made from the same rice, Yamadanishiki. The "Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo" was so good that when I opened the bottle, I was convinced that I would like it. I was convinced that I would like it just from that. A little tangy, fresh and fruity, with acidity. Yum! The "hiya oroshi" has a nice tangy taste, but it's also very tangy! and tangy! but it was mellow and thick. It was mellow and thick. My preference is for the refreshing Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo (......), but honestly...they're both good! Saku is the best! (lol!) By the way, a few days after opening the bottle, the Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo was getting mellower and closer to Hiyayoroshi! It was very interesting to realize for the first time that the taste changes over time.

★★★⭐ Very cute bottle ❤️ It's so called "sparkler" so I guess it's a summer drink? ...I've started drinking it because it's about to be winter! It's refreshing, a little sour, and slightly fruity! Maybe dry? I really like the taste! I will buy it again when I see it!

. ★★★★ This sake is a collaboration between a wine import company and a sake brewery. As a lover of wine yeast, I had to try this! I rushed to the cash register with a bottle in my hand and my nose agitated. However, it is not made from wine yeast, is it? It is called MS3, which is an original yeast of Okuda Brewery. I didn't know there was such a thing. Interesting! It tastes sour and a little tangy. And dry. These days, when I drink sake, I usually just face it head to head without any snacks (lol). This was the kind of sake I would like to drink with a meal.

. Kido Drink Comparison~♪ Pink ... Junmai Daiginjo ★★★★★ Red ... Junmai Ginjo ★★★★ The pink one is a Junmai Daiginjo made with Yamadanishiki. It has a fluffy aroma and a hint of sweetness! It smells a bit like amazake made from sakekasu (sake lees). I would like to add a little of this to my amazake when I drink it (is this a bad idea?). Red is Junmai Ginjo. This one has a sour taste. I thought it would be refreshing because of the acidity, but it seems a little thicker. If anything, this one is easier to drink. But they are both delicious! It's hard to say which is better! I couldn't tell the difference between them when they were cold, but when I compared them when they were a little tepid, I could taste a lot of difference. It's funny how they taste so different!

. ★★★ From a sake-loving friend I bought a local one I saw at a sake shop. So I bought a local one that caught my eye at a liquor store. Oh~! It's quite sake-like! It feels very rich. It might be perfect for this season when it gets a little chilly. I'll have to try the other hiya-shitaoshi!

. ★★★⭐ Kiuchi Brewery is famous for its Nest Beer, which is now familiar all over the world! (As a side note, Nest Beer is my favorite white ale!) ) The Kiuchi Brewery's sake, Haruichirin. One of the things that got me hooked on sake is the manga It was introduced in the first volume of the manga I've been curious about it ever since it was introduced in the first volume of the manga I finally found it at a liquor store and bought it. It is a nigori-zake, but it is a light nigori-zake, almost transparent. It is almost transparent, and the slight carbonation makes it refreshing. Dry? It is very easy to drink. I thought it smelled a little musty, but maybe that was just my imagination. It is called "Haruichirin," so I wonder if it is a springtime sake. Maybe it was because I bought and drank it in the summer. Next year, I will definitely drink it in spring! ...I vowed strongly in my heart!

. Before Corona, I used to go to Fuji Rock every year. The first time I drank it was at Fuji Rock. It was so ...... delicious that I bought it at the local liquor store as often as I could find it! And then I found a bottle with a different bottle design than the one I usually buy! I wonder if it tastes different? I'm not sure, but it was delicious! I wonder why I gobble up sparkling sake, even though it has about 1% less alcohol than conventional sake? I finished it in no time!

. Nanbu Bijin's special junmai (red label), which I drank before and enjoyed very much. I found a blue one and a green one at a liquor store. I bought them. Red...special junmai sake Green...Junmai Ginjo-shu Blue...Ginjo-shu When I compared them, I could clearly tell the difference only in the blue one. It tasted like the sake I have known for a long time. It tasted like I was allowed to drink a little of what my father drank (...vocabulary...). The red and green ones had a nice aroma. I decided the order based on the impression I had when I first sipped them... (1) green, (2) red, (3) blue! I will buy green and red in the future.

. ★★★★ Echigo Tsurukame's wine yeast brewed sake, which I drank a lot when I first got into sake. I had always loved white wine, so I was hooked on this sake. I was hooked on this sake. I had never drunk any sake other than wine yeast sake, so I bought a bottle of the raw sake. What's this... it's so delicious! It has a slight sourness and is very refreshing. After comparing them, I realized that the wine yeast one had more sweetness and acidity. My current impression, hands down! I prefer the Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Nama Sake!

. ★★★⭐ These days, I am a watashi who checks the refrigerated section at the liquor store with emphasis. I love raw sake. This is a sake from my hometown, Ibaraki Prefecture. Morishima Sake Brewery. I learned about it after I started Sake-no-Wawa (shame on me...). I really wanted to buy "Morishima", but the liquor store didn't have it, so I bought this one, Honjozo Nama-shu. I was surprised at how refreshing and clean it was! Just like water. Or rather, water. It is a dangerous sake that you can easily enjoy. It is best when served in a cooled cup. Good for summer.

. ★★★★⭐ Longed for!!! Made!!!! Impressions!!!! 4 Liquor !!!! I requested this when I retired and received it as a parting gift... Thank God...(crying) I wanted to compare all the varieties at once, but that would have prevented me from enjoying the microcarbonation, so I drank two bottles at a time. The result: I couldn't tell the difference! I couldn't tell the difference! (bitter laugh) All I could tell was that they were all delicious. I'm so pathetic with my stupid tongue... But somehow, I think Type N (Junmai Daiginjo) had the best aroma!

. ★★★ A gift from my boss. He bought it for me as a souvenir since all I did was talk about sake! I'm grateful...(happy) As instructed by my boss, I chilled it in the fridge for 2 days and the glasses in the freezer to keep it nice and cold. The aroma was not so strong as I expected, but it was dry and crisp. It was dry, crisp, and delicious!
