Nanbu Bijin's special junmai (red label), which I drank before and enjoyed very much.
I found a blue one and a green one at a liquor store.
I bought them.
Red...special junmai sake
Green...Junmai Ginjo-shu
Blue...Ginjo-shu
When I compared them, I could clearly tell the difference only in the blue one.
It tasted like the sake I have known for a long time.
It tasted like I was allowed to drink a little of what my father drank (...vocabulary...).
The red and green ones had a nice aroma.
I decided the order based on the impression I had when I first sipped them...
(1) green, (2) red, (3) blue!
I will buy green and red in the future.
