This sake was made at a sake brewery in Hokkaido (Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery) where the wife lives alone because the brewery in Ibaraki was destroyed by a fire (TV information).
I have always wanted to try this sake!

I bought this at Echigo-Yuzawa station on my way home.
I also bought a lot of other things! I'm so happy with my splurge...
(I'm so happy to have spent so much money!)
This one is reasonably priced for being called "Premium"!
It is dry and the aroma is weak.
Slightly acidic and easy to drink!
Good for daily drinking!
By the way.
I tasted the purple-labeled "Junmai Ginjo" at the sake tasting corner in the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station, but it had a strong koji aroma that I didn't like.

My favorite Saku!
Everything about Sakaku is delicious, though,
This one has a sweet aroma and robust flavor, similar to pears, they say!
It says on the back of the label that it should be drunk chilled,
But when I tried it hot... it had a nice aroma and was delicious!
I wonder if it's not supposed to be heated?
But it tasted good, so I guess it's ok...(lol)
