fire-retardant
First of all, I really like the design of the package, like the label with sparkling silver letters on a white background!
It's what I call a jacket purchase!
It is dry and has a nice aroma.
Delicious!

I participated in FujiRock for the first time in 4 years...!
I bought this at Echigo-Yuzawa station on my way home.
I also bought a lot of other things! I'm so happy with my splurge...
(I'm so happy to have spent so much money!)
This one is reasonably priced for being called "Premium"!
It is dry and the aroma is weak.
Slightly acidic and easy to drink!
Good for daily drinking!
By the way.
I tasted the purple-labeled "Junmai Ginjo" at the sake tasting corner in the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station, but it had a strong koji aroma that I didn't like.
★★★★
Founded in the Azuchi-Momoyama period. Amazing, isn't it?
Maybe because it is unfiltered, it is thick and heavy!
The flavor of koji (malted rice) is soft and subtle.
Kikumori Junmai Ginjyo Hon Nama Shu Harumachigetsu
★★★☆☆
I heard that this sake is only available in spring.
It was the last one at the liquor store, so I bought it!
The first time I opened it, I could feel the aroma of koji.
And you can smell the koji aroma quite well!
I recommend it to those who like the smell of koji!
(I don't like it so much... I like sake, but I don't know why...)

My favorite Saku!
Everything about Sakaku is delicious, though,
This one has a sweet aroma and robust flavor, similar to pears, they say!
It says on the back of the label that it should be drunk chilled,
But when I tried it hot... it had a nice aroma and was delicious!
I wonder if it's not supposed to be heated?
But it tasted good, so I guess it's ok...(lol)
The description on the label is just for reference, right?
★★★★
The label, the name, it's not really sake-like in any way.
It has a very nice aroma and is fruity and very tasty!
Slightly sweet and easy to drink!
I'm sure I'll be repeating this one!
★★★★
As soon as I put it in my mouth I was like, "Yum!" I almost said (spilling my drink).
I just put my mouth on the glass and breathed in and it was already delicious!
It smells so good!
It's only possible with unpasteurized sake!
It was 17% alcohol by volume because it is a pure sake!
Maybe it tastes better with ice!
★★★★☆
Lightly carbonated, slightly cloudy, refreshing and tangy...............very tasty...............!
It was described as "slightly dry and slightly light".
I see, so this is what "slightly dry" means!
Then I guess I prefer the dry one!
I had a feeling that I used to choose and buy sweet, but let's try dry...!
I heard this is a limited edition, but it was reasonably priced, so I'll have to buy some more before it's gone!
★★★☆☆
I bought this at a convenience store near the hotel I was going to.
You know...
This one: ......
More than I thought! Much more! It was so delicious!
It smelled so good, like pineapple!
I'm kind of surprised that it smells so good in a tin!
Is it only available at convenience stores?
I don't go to convenience stores very often, but if I see it, I'll buy it again!
★★★★
Recently found at my favorite liquor store!
It was a "limited supply!"
I bought it without hesitation!
I'm a sucker for such claims.
The staff commented
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma like green apples.
I thought it might be... or might not be...
No, no, no, but it has a slightly nice aroma, and while it is sweet and fluffy, it is also refreshing and very easy to drink!
Gen-no-chi(Junmai) ★★★★
Kananotomo(Junmai Ginjo) ★★★★
Gennochi yum!
Kananochi yum!
Gennochi is a little more acidic and sharp?
Kananochi has a slightly less alcoholic smell and goes into the body more smoothly.
I'd have to compare them at ...... to know for sure, but they were both so refreshing and tasty!
Now I want to get a reasonably priced bottle of Gen-no-chi!

Pink Label
Wine yeast brewed Junmai-shu Ginjo-Nigori Nama-shu ★★★
Blue-yellow label
Junmai Ginjo-Nigori Nama Shu ★★★★
They were both lined up in the refrigerated section of the usual liquor store, so we got along well with them and bought them both.
Comparing them, the one with wine yeast (pink label) has a
The wine yeast one (pink label) is more like a nama-shu, with a "swoosh"! It's so tangy! It's so tangy!
The sweetness and acidity are also strong.
The aroma of koji lingered in my nose.
...It reminds me of "Miyakoji" which I always use to make homemade soy sauce koji...
The blue-yellow label is just as refreshing as the label says! The sweetness is restrained and refreshing!
It was somewhat like grapefruit. This one is also very refreshing!
My preference is definitely for the yellow label! I'd drink it again!
★★★
Sour and clean dry.
Not too much fragrance, so it goes well with any meal.
I looked it up on the internet and found that it's perfect as a food wine, which makes perfect sense!
It's refreshing and easy to drink!
I tried it hot and cold, but I preferred it cold.
★★★★★
Found at Yamaya!
I love Ichinokura Mukanjyo for its reasonable price.
I found this Ichinokura special junmai sake, so I bought a dry one and a sweet one.
I found the dry one to be more refreshing when drunk cold. It just goes down so smoothly! Kiken!
When I heated it up, a tingling sensation appeared in the dry one. Gas? Why is that? Strange!
I preferred the sweet sake to the hot sake because it was more balanced.
If I drink it hot or cold, maybe next time I'll buy a bottle of sweet sake...?
I liked this one better than the Mukanjikan!
It's a special junmai sake, so you can't always buy it. Too bad!
Both were delicious and reasonably priced, and I finished them in no time...
Maybe I drank a little too much.
★★★★
No!!!
Sparkling is always good no matter how you do it!
I was going to drink a little at a time because it was too good!
I opened ...... and immediately finished a bottle!
Because it tastes so good!
I wonder what it is?
Just a little swirl makes it easier to drink at once.
Just a swig makes it easier to drink, really, what is it?
That's right!
I'm drunk now!
Anyway, I'll be buying this again as soon as I see it!
Thanks for the food!

I've seen this at Sake-no-wa.
I was really curious about it...
I'm a local, but I couldn't find it...
I finally found it at a sake bar in Mito station.
(By the way, the sake bar was great!)
It's a bit spicy at the beginning!
When it goes down your throat, you can smell the slight aroma of koji rice malt in your nose!
I felt it was sweet!
★★★☆☆
The first sake brewed.
It is said that "only the first squeezed drops of the first new sake brewed are collected".
What a precious thing!
Collecting the first drops... that must take a long time and be a lot of work!
Imagining such a thing... and then eating it gratefully, I feel it tastes even better!
It's right in between sweet and dry. This is how I like it!
Fruity, a little bit crisp, and delicious.
★★★★
Last winter I got hooked on hot sake.
My boss, who loves sake, told me that sweet sake is the best for heating sake, so I bought this one to try. It's delicious and slightly sweet!
Isn't it good to heat sake?
It's like... the same warm feeling you get when you soak in a hot spring.
This MUJUJUJUJIN is also the most cost-effective!
I buy it by the bottle.
Reasonably priced and delicious...pretty much unbeatable!
