★★★☆☆☆ This sake was made at a sake brewery in Hokkaido (Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery) where the wife lives alone because the brewery in Ibaraki was destroyed by a fire (TV information). I have always wanted to try this sake! Now I want to try the husband's Yui Yui!

★★★★ ¥2310 Sweet, sour and fruity sake brewed in a single-stage preparation. Orikami sake squeezed out of a bag. It is said to be a very good sake.... My sense of smell has not fully recovered since my Corona... I wasn't sure if I should drink it, but I did. Sure enough, I couldn't smell it. But it was delicious! It's a light cloudy, and I'm sure I would have loved the taste! I'm sure it would have tasted the best if I was in perfect physical condition (crying)!

★★★★ 1610 yen I participated in FujiRock for the first time in 4 years...! I bought this at Echigo-Yuzawa station on my way home. I also bought a lot of other things! I'm so happy with my splurge... (I'm so happy to have spent so much money!) This one is reasonably priced for being called "Premium"! It is dry and the aroma is weak. Slightly acidic and easy to drink! Good for daily drinking! By the way. I tasted the purple-labeled "Junmai Ginjo" at the sake tasting corner in the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station, but it had a strong koji aroma that I didn't like.

Kikumori Junmai Ginjyo Hon Nama Shu Harumachigetsu ★★★☆☆ I heard that this sake is only available in spring. It was the last one at the liquor store, so I bought it! The first time I opened it, I could feel the aroma of koji. And you can smell the koji aroma quite well! I recommend it to those who like the smell of koji! (I don't like it so much... I like sake, but I don't know why...)

★★★★ My favorite Saku! Everything about Sakaku is delicious, though, This one has a sweet aroma and robust flavor, similar to pears, they say! It says on the back of the label that it should be drunk chilled, But when I tried it hot... it had a nice aroma and was delicious! I wonder if it's not supposed to be heated? But it tasted good, so I guess it's ok...(lol) The description on the label is just for reference, right?

★★★★ As soon as I put it in my mouth I was like, "Yum!" I almost said (spilling my drink). I just put my mouth on the glass and breathed in and it was already delicious! It smells so good! It's only possible with unpasteurized sake! It was 17% alcohol by volume because it is a pure sake! Maybe it tastes better with ice!

★★★★☆ Lightly carbonated, slightly cloudy, refreshing and tangy...............very tasty...............! It was described as "slightly dry and slightly light". I see, so this is what "slightly dry" means! Then I guess I prefer the dry one! I had a feeling that I used to choose and buy sweet, but let's try dry...! I heard this is a limited edition, but it was reasonably priced, so I'll have to buy some more before it's gone!

★★★★ Recently found at my favorite liquor store! It was a "limited supply!" I bought it without hesitation! I'm a sucker for such claims. The staff commented It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma like green apples. I thought it might be... or might not be... No, no, no, but it has a slightly nice aroma, and while it is sweet and fluffy, it is also refreshing and very easy to drink!

Gen-no-chi(Junmai) ★★★★ Kananotomo(Junmai Ginjo) ★★★★ Gennochi yum! Kananochi yum! Gennochi is a little more acidic and sharp? Kananochi has a slightly less alcoholic smell and goes into the body more smoothly. I'd have to compare them at ...... to know for sure, but they were both so refreshing and tasty! Pink Label Wine yeast brewed Junmai-shu Ginjo-Nigori Nama-shu ★★★ Blue-yellow label Junmai Ginjo-Nigori Nama Shu ★★★★ They were both lined up in the refrigerated section of the usual liquor store, so we got along well with them and bought them both. Comparing them, the one with wine yeast (pink label) has a The wine yeast one (pink label) is more like a nama-shu, with a "swoosh"! It's so tangy! It's so tangy! The sweetness and acidity are also strong. The aroma of koji lingered in my nose. ...It reminds me of "Miyakoji" which I always use to make homemade soy sauce koji... The blue-yellow label is just as refreshing as the label says! The sweetness is restrained and refreshing! It was somewhat like grapefruit. This one is also very refreshing! My preference is definitely for the yellow label! I'd drink it again!
