I bought this at Echigo-Yuzawa station on my way home.
I also bought a lot of other things! I'm so happy with my splurge...
(I'm so happy to have spent so much money!)
This one is reasonably priced for being called "Premium"!
It is dry and the aroma is weak.
Slightly acidic and easy to drink!
Good for daily drinking!
By the way.
I tasted the purple-labeled "Junmai Ginjo" at the sake tasting corner in the Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa Station, but it had a strong koji aroma that I didn't like.

I heard that this sake is only available in spring.
It was the last one at the liquor store, so I bought it!
The first time I opened it, I could feel the aroma of koji.
And you can smell the koji aroma quite well!
I recommend it to those who like the smell of koji!

Everything about Sakaku is delicious, though,
This one has a sweet aroma and robust flavor, similar to pears, they say!
It says on the back of the label that it should be drunk chilled,
But when I tried it hot... it had a nice aroma and was delicious!

But it tasted good, so I guess it's ok...(lol)

The sweetness and acidity are also strong.

...It reminds me of "Miyakoji" which I always use to make homemade soy sauce koji...
The blue-yellow label is just as refreshing as the label says! The sweetness is restrained and refreshing!
It was somewhat like grapefruit. This one is also very refreshing!
My preference is definitely for the yellow label! I'd drink it again!

I love Ichinokura Mukanjyo for its reasonable price.
I found this Ichinokura special junmai sake, so I bought a dry one and a sweet one.
I found the dry one to be more refreshing when drunk cold. It just goes down so smoothly! Kiken!
When I heated it up, a tingling sensation appeared in the dry one. Gas? Why is that? Strange!
I preferred the sweet sake to the hot sake because it was more balanced.
If I drink it hot or cold, maybe next time I'll buy a bottle of sweet sake...?
I liked this one better than the Mukanjikan!
It's a special junmai sake, so you can't always buy it. Too bad!
