I don't know what the heck it is... but I'm not sure how much of it is the name.
But it's pretty tasty.
Maybe it's the lactobacillus yeast, but it's very refreshing and sweet, with a slight sourness that makes it easy to drink.
The bottle design is perfect for the relaxed atmosphere of this sake.
I would like to buy it again when I have a chance!

This sake was made at a sake brewery in Hokkaido (Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery) where the wife lives alone because the brewery in Ibaraki was destroyed by a fire (TV information).
