I tasted it at a store in Sendai Station. The name is "Axe Koto Kiku", which means "Yokikoto Kiku" in Japanese. The origin of the name is related to Kabuki? Or something... Fragrant and sweet? It was quite delicious!

Popular 1 Heated Sake Special ★★★☆☆☆ I was looking for a good sake to be heated up and found this one! I heard it won the highest gold medal in the "National Heated Sake Contest 2024". I was a little nervous because I didn't know what it tasted like, but I was surprised at how delicious it was! It smells great, tastes great even without heating it up, and it's reasonably priced, so I couldn't help but buy another bottle! It's great to drink on a daily basis!

★★★★☆ A happy name and perfect for the New Year🍶? I had a very good bottle of Gokeijo at an izakaya before, so I bought this small bottle with a cute label to try it out. I bought a small bottle with a cute label to try it out! Slightly sweet and fruity! Delicious! However, even looking at the label, I'm not sure which sake from Gokeijo is packed in this bottle... I wonder if it is a specially made sake. I couldn't find it on the brewery's website. All it says is "Sake". Isn't that too rough? It seems to be made from 100% Hitachi-Nishiki. Next time, I'll buy a proper bottle of Gokeijo using Hitachi-nishiki!

Himenoi calm 2024 Glutinous rice four-stage brewing Lactic acid bacteria yeast 1760 yen ★★★☆☆☆ Calm? Himenoi Calm? I don't know what the heck it is... but I'm not sure how much of it is the name. But it's pretty tasty. Maybe it's the lactobacillus yeast, but it's very refreshing and sweet, with a slight sourness that makes it easy to drink. The bottle design is perfect for the relaxed atmosphere of this sake. I would like to buy it again when I have a chance!

Sasa Sunday ★★★ ¥1900 Tasted it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa station. It was delicious, so I bought it! The package was cute too! When I drank it at home, I thought, "What's different?
