We drank an autumnal version of Kyokuko, a sake from a very small brewery in Tochigi Prefecture I had an orizake in July and it was so good, so I have high hopes for this one too! (๑̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀́)و✧ I'll drink it cold. Gentle sweetness in the mouth, not fresh, but juicy but mature and juicy The aftertaste is bitter from the alcohol, but the initial attack is sweet and the bitterness finishes it off quite nicely with the food. The feeling of the alcohol unique to sake escaping from your nose really makes your meal go on. To be honest, it's not as good as the summer version of orizake, but the more mature version after autumn is definitely better, too To be honest, this brewery isn't that well known, so it's rather easy to get one now that I live in the area, but I'm sure it will be difficult to get one once it becomes famous. It's a drink you want to keep to yourself, really.

A sake with a very long name, Hirai Rokuemon's Junmai sake I'm going to try to drink Yushan Holy shit, the words on this label are pretty cool, in my aesthetic sense. I'll drink it cold. Next to the cup, it's rather yellowish in color, and the scent, I don't know about the scent because I'm stuffed up in my nose right now with hay fever, but I think it smells sweet. Let me just say... This one... this one is right up your alley! First of all, this thing is juicy! It's sweet, not dry, not really sweet, but it has no bitterness from alcohol, so I hope the people who don't like sake drink it too! Rice's moderate flavor flows elegantly into the bowl. Yes, it flows in, this expression. Chievijin had a peculiar taste to it because of its strong rice flavor, but this one comes together carefully and elegantly. No gas! Fresh, however! Fresh, you might say. I can't taste the traditional style of sake brewing. It's hard to compare it to a fruit... Now let's go to the website here. We brewed it with the traditional method of 'Ikomoto' using 'Ginotome' from Iwate prefecture. Well, that's what my tongue is like! Back.

Good evening! Sorry for my first comment! I couldn't help but comment on the ridiculously delicious review, lol. Can I buy one outside the prefecture? I'll look for it and drink it next time!

Good evening, Kanon! We don't even know the taste of the sake brewing, but I hope you enjoy it! It seems to be sold only at authorized dealers, but you can also buy it outside the prefecture. I bought it in Tochigi Prefecture.

I'm going to drink the new Natureland BIO that's in stock at the liquor store I frequent! I'll try drinking it colder than room temperature (just back to room temperature). Oh, what a natural taste (********) There is no doubt that it is sweet, but the rice is gently sweet There's a slight gasiness on the tongue, probably because it's freshly opened, but it's not a concern. There's no limit to the bitterness of the alcohol! Nabeshima: A very gentle version of Tokushu Junmai It's more of a permeating taste than a stinging one. It's gentle, but very robust and juicy, so it could be very good with a meat dish! I mean, it's so good to make your own beef tataki!

Drinking the famous two rabbits under the rabbit label I bought it because I was drawn to the words "unpasteurized sake". Huh? The plug is very hard...('-';) It is useless, so I dragged my fingernails and forced it to.... Bish! Hey, I'm sorry. Now let's drink it. I'll drink it cold, because it's unpasteurized It's sweet, but it has a... unique taste. The taste is very close to the Cemedine series, but it's a different direction from the Cemedine series of the Shiki white label. A slight tingling on the tongue, a slight gasiness on the tongue, the bitterness of the alcohol is as thin as it can be, though it's a little bit thin at the end. It has a consistent richness that is typical of Yamada Nishiki, but the directionality is unique. It has a refreshing acidity, but not overwhelmingly mellow, which is probably why it's called "two rabbits". Considering this unique flavor, and the fact that it's sweet, I think it's more of an intermediate flavor that you'll want to investigate a lot more than it is for beginners! By the way, if you multiply the aftertaste of these two rabbits by about 150, you'll get a taste of Laughing Four Seasons Vanilla Unseen Sweet! ('Omega')

You can enjoy it cold, at room temperature or warmed up. I've heard this line somewhere, and I'll try the number one drink that goes with it, Hirotogawa I'll drink it cold. Oh, I see! I know exactly what you mean, salmon lab! The first attack is very mellow. It's not sweet, if anything it's a bit dry in taste, but the aroma is soft There's a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, so I guess this one is good for a mid-meal drink. I'll drink it warm, lukewarm? Yeah, yeah, yeah, this is nice. (Translated by.) The bitterness is softened, making it easier to drink, but with a decent core flavor. By the way, it doesn't taste like fruity or melon or banana or anything like that. So what does it taste like? If you ask me, it tastes similar to Kido. I don't know if it's a standard taste, or how I would describe it ('-';) my vocabulary... In any case, there's a bitter aftertaste, so it's definitely not for beginners. But I think it's a taste that people who know their way around sake can drink with confidence. If you feel that Hakurakusei, Atago no Matsu and other typical food juggernauts are too light in taste, this is the perfect choice for you! (๑˘ω˘ ) و "

My first new government! Everyone loves a new administration! Let's take a sniff first... Yeah! The smell of wood vats! There's a sweet vibe to it. I'll drink it cold. The gasiness on your tongue, the smell of the wood vat that lingers in your nose... not so juicy, I guess... For a sake brewing, it's not too hard to drink, or is it a mid-meal drink? It has a strong sour taste and keeps your mouth refreshed. I guess it's one of those delicious drinks, but I'm not sure I'm as impressed as I thought I would be... I'd have been much more impressed with Asahi Xing's sake, but... My impression is that this is a very beautiful sake made from the sake brewing process. I wonder if it's enough to make it a hard-to-find brand... But one thing I can say is that it is infinitely drinkable...is that the hidden potential of this drink?

I just want to try a famous drink. A friend of mine who happened to go back to Sendai bought it for me as a souvenir, so I drank it with half-price sushi from the supermarket. The number one drink to go with sushi! And that's what I'm talking about. Yeah, no impact. There's no argument, just something in the background. Well, I knew that, because the real value of a food drink doesn't come out until you're eating something. That's why I'm going to drink a Hidakami while eating half-priced sushi! Hmmm, it goes well with rice (´positive'). Especially when you eat a kappa roll. When the sweetness of the rice is in your mouth, you'll know exactly what to expect when you pour the daylight into it. I wonder if this unobstructed feeling is why they say it goes with sushi. Oh, and when you eat with a cohada, they go great together! You'll get rid of the bluefish smell and amplify the flavor of the vinegar-clad cohada! Of course, it's not a trendy drink these days, so it's not the kind of drink you'd expect to drink for fruity or anything like that. This is what a foodie drink is all about, and you might as well drink it.

Isn't it hard to open this lid with Mr. Four Seasons? (Lo_A426)? Drinking the Vanilla Ansanse Suite from Laughing Shiki Shuzo, which is always challenging in all directions. Yeah! Sweet! ʻHoly shit! Sake is so fruity! Sgoi! I've often heard people say, "I'm not sure if it's a Japanese sake or not," but this is the first time I've ever heard of something so sweet that I can't even tell if it's a sake! A little bit of sour sugar water...? As I was analyzing the taste with my eyebrows wrinkled, my father, who was beside me, said, "It's like mirin. ( ºΔº )Indeed, the Mirin from Mikawa has a very mellow and sweet taste... That being said, does that mean this sake is brewed in the direction of mirin? I can't imagine drinking it with sashimi or other snacks, but if you dilute it a bit after a bath or drink it with ice cubes like whiskey before bed, you'll be hooked...

Turns out this guy's real drinking method is to drink a 1:1 ratio of alcohol and zero Pepsi (´´´´). It's the unorthodox and the high road. I'm not going to drink this shit! The first step to happiness is to help people get rid of their preconceived notions of "I don't want to be happy".

I'm going to drink one of the only 300 bottles of liquor produced! I've always been averse to folding drinks, but guess what? Juicy! There's a distinctive rice taste that's unique to the origami sake, but why? Very classy. It's very slightly carbonated, and it's easy to swish. It's 15 degrees alcohol by volume, so I guess it shouldn't be swissy. I can't even taste the bitterness of alcohol, but it's not just fruity, what can I say, dammit, if only I had a better vocabulary! ( ′̥̥̥ ♀̥̥ ) I'm drunk, so I don't remember the price, but I think I could have gotten it for a little over 3,000 yen. I've had some drinks that were at a premium in their own right, but no, they weren't losing at all! It tastes far beyond the price tag. I don't really like Tochigi sake, even though I'm from Tochigi Prefecture, but this guy is badass!

I won an Aliens in the liquor guzzler, so I'll drink it. It says on the official website to drink it cold, so I'll drink it cold. The first impression on the palate is that it's soft and fluffy, with a pleasant mouth feel. The aftertaste is quite tangy and dry. If you taste it carefully, you can taste the thin taste of watermelon juice left on your plate from eating watermelon in the summer. It's rather crisp, and the aftertaste is quite dry, and I thought it was like a Japanese sake called Minami. Looking at the label, it was a Kochi sake. Oh, I think I'm getting pretty good at understanding Japanese sake. The label has a loose alien on it that looks like a Nanja Monja illustration, as if it were a I know they make it sound like a beginner's game, but this is definitely not a beginner's game. But it's pretty good for a food drink. What, normally the price is 1,850 yen without tax? ! I don't think there will be a second one.

I opened this one more than a week ago, and I got drunk and lost my memory. So that's why this isn't a freshly opened review, but it's very tasty! The rice ratio is 60%, and I've been wanting to try it for a while, but it was hard to find, so I finally got it! ready-made liquor Not that it's worth it because it's famous, but because it's famous, I'd like to drink it at least once, Zicain. Or the fourteenth generation, or a flowery hot bath. That's why I'm going to drink it cold. Yuck! (!) What is this feeling of being in your body? No more bitterness from alcohol or anything else in the ministry (๑°ㅁ°๑) It's cold, but it smells gorgeous, and it's also very elegant, right? And the aroma on the nose is very pleasant. It is similar to the Mimuro-sugi as a strain, but it is not as assertive as the Mimuro-sugi. It's not, but the work is clearly more complete in terms of ease of drinking. Only the elegant sweetness of the rice is left in the aftertaste...ah, the aftertaste after drinking good amazake? If it's more readily available, this is the one you should start with if you're a first time sake drinker! Hey. Well, I'm sure you'll have a hard time after that.
