たけうち
We drank an autumnal version of Kyokuko, a sake from a very small brewery in Tochigi Prefecture
I had an orizake in July and it was so good, so I have high hopes for this one too! (๑̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀̀́)و✧
I'll drink it cold.
Gentle sweetness in the mouth, not fresh, but juicy but mature and juicy
The aftertaste is bitter from the alcohol, but the initial attack is sweet and the bitterness finishes it off quite nicely with the food.
The feeling of the alcohol unique to sake escaping from your nose really makes your meal go on.
To be honest, it's not as good as the summer version of orizake, but the more mature version after autumn is definitely better, too
To be honest, this brewery isn't that well known, so it's rather easy to get one now that I live in the area, but I'm sure it will be difficult to get one once it becomes famous.
It's a drink you want to keep to yourself, really.
