I enjoyed the gentle sweetness and slight aroma. I prefer it at about room temperature. It is a tasty, refreshing sake with a slight bitterness. I didn't feel much sourness. Also, the first sip after opening the bottle seemed to have a malt-like aroma, but I couldn't really tell while I was drinking it.

I bought it because it said it was the standard for the Kaze no Mori series. In the mouth, I felt the carbonation quite strongly, the aroma was good and the taste was quite clean. Bitterness? Spiciness? The bitter or spicy taste comes and goes away. I guess it's the three-dimensionality of tasting various flavors in order. On the third day, the carbonation is gone and it becomes sweeter and rounder, making it easier to drink, but it also has a loose feeling, which I don't like.

Sake brought from my parents' house When I go back to my parents' house for the New Year's holidays, I usually drink sake from the nearby Tomita Sake Brewery.
