Sake brought from my parents' house
When I go back to my parents' house for the New Year's holidays, I usually drink sake from the nearby Tomita Sake Brewery.
It has a bubbly and fresh feeling that is typical of nama-shu.
It has a good aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it is full of flavor, richness, and acidity, and you can drink as much as you want.
It is delicious and a pleasure to drink every year at this time of the year.
